We arrived in 6/4/16 and was accommodated with a ocean view room. Granted we are only in the 3rd floor and the main view is the truck and camper parking lot but at angle you can see the gulf. The room was clean upon arrival. The lighting in the room is dim and even in the bathroom. That could be improved. There was no pen and paper so I had to ask housekeeping for them. She said they don't supply them any more but gave them to me as she did had some in her cart. Great addition of the soap and sh... Read more

We enjoyed staying at Harrah's Gulf Coast but it was more in spite of the staff & circumstances than because of them. We had to request towels & washclothes 3 times before we got them. We had zero when we checked in. (In all fairness, it was a problem with the linen company but I don't expect to have so much trouble getting a towel.) It took an act of congress to get a microwave. We "reserved" one when we made the room reservation. We didn't get it until after 10:00 p.m. & only after numerous ... Read more

The employees, facilities and location are excellent. With the exception of the steak house, the food is excellent. The food in the steak house was good, however, given the price, the steak was not tender.

The price for this hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. We had a city view room and it was nice just sitting at the window. We didn't go there to gamble, but we did go to the casino for a little bit. Everyone was friendly and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Biloxi whether they want to gamble or not.

Everyone at this hotel made our stay very enjoyable. They say customer service is what the South is made of and I agree with that. Room was amazing; view spectacular! Facing gulf on top floor (12) and room was in pristine condition. Staff always ready to assist when asking questions. Everyone says hello when passing in property hallways. Harrahs had a great view out of the hotel window. The casino is kind of small. Had to come down to the craps table early because it would be hard to get on later in the day. They only have 2 craps tables and the first night we were there one of the tables was reserved the whole night for a private party.

We stayed in two different rooms here, because the first night the people staying in the room next door were playing music and talking loudly until 5 a.m. We called security at 4 a.m. and complained. Security came and told them that there were complaints that they were too loud and to keep it down, but as soon as they left, we could hear them calling us names through the wall and they kept the noise up. I had a nice room but the rest of the hotel was dated and worn. I'll admit that they had signage posting renovations so I'll give them a pass. I've been to larger casino hotels so perhaps I was expecting too much. Still the staff was friendly and personable as well as helpful, so I'm willing to give them another chance once their renovations are complete.

Harrah's only serves breakfast in their buffet restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday through Fridays you order room service, eat elsewhere or come down to their little Corner Cafe that has only 7 small sidewalk style tables that seat 2 people. Not good at all when it's pouring down raining outside. The hotel is very nice, but, I love convenience. This is my 1st visit here. Next time I will book at Golden Nugget or Hard Rock.

The Staff is very friendly at Harrah's Biloxi but the room will make you sick. The slots are tight and the Steak and Shake would not honor my casino comps. The housekeeping staff use too many chemicals to clean the rooms resulting in upper respiratory issues and headaches. This is the only property that does this to me. Staff were all friendly. Everyone we ran into said hello. The parking was fine but the stairs and the elevator from... Read more

The hotel at Harrah's has recently been renovated. The rooms have new furnishings and bathroom fixtures. The rooms are very well lighted unlike other casino hotels. Very nice pool and sun bathing area. Several restaurants to choose from.

The rooms are real nice and clean, beds are very comfortable and employees are helpful and friendly. The restaurants have wonderful food and are reasonablely priced. The beaches there are really pretty white sand and the water is warm.

The rooms are extremely nice. Casino is very small, not a lot of action. Nice place to stay for relaxation and convenience. I love the Steak n Shake inside the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I have stayed at this casino on 4 different occasions.

OK rooms. Servers at pool are rude and walk right by you unless you are in a rented cabana. Bartender was rude and inattentive until we made a comment and then he changed his tune. The only positive was the concert that was held across the street while we were there.

The only negative was the absence of a non-smoking section in the casino. Our room was comfortable and clean. Hotel amenities were very nice including free valet parking. Food at the nice restaurant was pricey but delicious. Harrah's has a convenient location to beaches, restaurants, souvenir shops, and other attractions.

The staff was wonderful! The access and rules about using trolleys to get suitcases up to room was frustrating. I could only have help if a bellboy pushed the trolley. I did not feel well, therefore I did not want to engage in idle chit chat. Luckily I had my dog trolley and I moved all my things up with it. That was disappointing as I do want to have fun and go to casino and enjoy the amenities, but I do not want to interact with all hotel employees per say as I like my privacy and my pups tend... We stayed here one night, it was great value and the room was nice but a bit worn. The bathroom needed updating as the shower area looked old and didn't fit with the rest of the decor. The casino was a good size and the pool area was lovely. I would recommend staying here.

The only minor problems I had with the room on my most recent stay was the distance from the elevator, my room was at the end of the furthest hallway from the elevator and in the room there was a whole with wiring sticking out at the top of the wall. It was not a hazard, but wasn't aesthetically pleasing.

The service in the restaurants were the worst ever. Every time we sat in the bar area, inside or out, you had to wait. The excuse was always that they had employees call in and not show up. The was only one bartender for inside and out, they were jumping from one to the other. Service for cocktails in the casino was just as bad. On Sunday we had one great waitress, that even brought me a second drink without having to ask, because she knew that by the time she came back around I would of as... Read more

Nice place to stay. The only thing, the bed was very firm and the pillows were king size body pillows. I went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond in D'iberville and bought me a pillow to use while there. The staff and facilities were very nice.

Fun and relaxing trip. Great staff, always ready to do anything to make your trip memorable. The location is close to everything and we enjoyed going to great seafood restaurants. The gaming door has a nice variety of machine and a fun vibe.

When I paid ahead I thought the prepaid price was it. I knew I was going to arrive late and only spend one night and be out early the next day. It was a business trip and I chose this hotel because it was a great price. I should have known better. When I arrived, I was told there was a $17 "resort fee." I said I wasn't using any of the facilities and did not want that. I was told I had no choice. I asked to speak to the manager who informed me that I didn't have the option to not use the ... This casino is on the small side, but we still had a really good time. Rooms were very nice with close proximity to the casino. The buffet was exellent with a wide range of choices. I would stay again if I am ever back in the area.

Newly renovated, nice hotel rooms - fun casino. Opened a new casual restaurant - Mix and Mingle - great variety of breakfast foods - enjoyed eating there every morning. Also open for lunch and dinner. Manager and Staff were great in Mix and Mingle. Steak and Shake is good too, nice staff, good food. Buffet is like the other casino buffets - not for us. Their fancy restaurant, Magnolia Room is delish. Entire staff are friendly and helpful - hotel, restaurants, and casino. They now char... Read more

1. Arrived after 8pm and had to wait on line for 15 minutes as only one person was working supposedly at the desk- but then suddenly a guy stands on the 'purple' rug and an agent comes rushing out from the back as that means you are a special member.....fine- so why do I have to stand in line and wait and wait and wait when you have staff that can assist watching on camera??? 2. $17.00 won't change my life, but charging me a RESORT fee when I checked in at almost 9pm and left at 7:30am is imbec...
