The food is great, the pool is great. The staff is very friendly, the valet service is quick. This review is forcing me to use two hundred characters which is pretty annoying since I ran out of things to say :).

We arrived in 6/4/16 and was accommodated with a ocean view room. Granted we are only in the 3rd floor and the main view is the truck and camper parking lot but at angle you can see the gulf. The room was clean upon arrival. The lighting in the room is dim and even in the bathroom. That could be improved. There was no pen and paper so I had to ask housekeeping for them. She said they don't supply them any more but gave them to me as she did had some in her cart. Great addition of the soap and sh... Read more

Harrahs property is perfect for family vacationing. I enjoyed the stay, and it was relaxing! The casino area had a great variety of slot machines and the pool and cabanas were well accommodating. I'm ready to do it again.

we were not blown away with Gulf Coast Harrahs, definitely not even comparable to Harrahs New Orleans. Casino was small, rooms were ok. not being on the beach side of the street was a bummer. won't be returning, especially with other fantastic casinos in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Harrah's Gulf Coast but it was more in spite of the staff & circumstances than because of them. We had to request towels & washclothes 3 times before we got them. We had zero when we checked in. (In all fairness, it was a problem with the linen company but I don't expect to have so much trouble getting a towel.) It took an act of congress to get a microwave. We "reserved" one when we made the room reservation. We didn't get it until after 10:00 p.m. & only after numerous ... Read more

I loved the hotel. My room had plenty of space, which made it very comfortable. The casino has nice variety of machines and the pool is nice. But would not recommend the buffet, it's too expensive for such unappetizing food.

The employees, facilities and location are excellent. With the exception of the steak house, the food is excellent. The food in the steak house was good, however, given the price, the steak was not tender.

The price for this hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. We had a city view room and it was nice just sitting at the window. We didn't go there to gamble, but we did go to the casino for a little bit. Everyone was friendly and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Biloxi whether they want to gamble or not.

Everyone at this hotel made our stay very enjoyable. They say customer service is what the South is made of and I agree with that. Room was amazing; view spectacular! Facing gulf on top floor (12) and room was in pristine condition. Staff always ready to assist when asking questions. Everyone says hello when passing in property hallways. It's not like that in some places outside of the south! Bottom line, I've been to Harrahs Gulf Coast before and will continue vacationing at this wonderful plac... Read more

The rooms and the employees are so nice. It's good when you and the family can take a trip and still feel like you are at home. We can there to go to the beach. I was so glad my family enjoyed them self.

Harrahs had a great view out of the hotel window. The casino is kind of small. Had to come down to the craps table early because it would be hard to get on later in the day. They only have 2 craps tables and the first night we were there one of the tables was reserved the whole night for a private party.

We stayed in two different rooms here, because the first night the people staying in the room next door were playing music and talking loudly until 5 a.m. We called security at 4 a.m. and complained. Security came and told them that there were complaints that they were too loud and to keep it down, but as soon as they left, we could hear them calling us names through the wall and they kept the noise up. The next morning we switched to another room. The rooms were recently renovated, so they were... Read more

Check in and getting settled was very easy as the bell service met us when we got to the room. Questions and concerns were addressed by staff as we would expect. The claim of newly renovated seemed to be correct as the facility was in excellent condition.

I have 2 very disappointed boys who were so looking forward to a swim in the pool. Went down at 7:50pm and was told the kids can't swim after 8pm. We watched from our hotel room window for a half hour while one man swam. Not a family friendly hotel. Won't be bringing the kids back.

It never fails when I go to Harrah's in Biloxi that all I need to do is give them my money when I walk in the doors and go home. It would be fun to go in and win enough money to enjoy myself while I am there and I don't mean hundreds of dollars just enough to play for a while because I know when I go that I am not going home with any money because they are a business and have to make money or they would close the doors and people would be out of a job. It is very clean and when you do have cont... Read more

Awesome time but need towels in bathroom and pool bar to stay open later. The jacuzzi was leaking and low on water. Very friendly staff. Area around casino very run down and torn up roads. Need an entertainment show I.e comedy or talent. Add some popular slots and open more diverse table games during week.

Beautiful rooms, great food, pool is excellent for you and family. The Favors buffet had had great Gumbo, snow crabs and tasty sweets. If you like the gaming, there games for all. Just an all around fun place to vacation.

as always attentive, polite, and prompt service from the staff at the hotel, restaurants, and casino. Good pool area, not crowded. Nice workout area, not enough machines, and no towels, but clean, and well maintained. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well maintained. Restaurants were a little high priced, but casino tables were uncrowded, and had low minimums.

Good overall staff very friendly. Hotel room was nice and clean. However there was a spotlight shining directly into the room. Casino dealers were friendly but did not win. The pool area was also very nice

I had a nice room but the rest of the hotel was dated and worn. I'll admit that they had signage posting renovations so I'll give them a pass. I've been to larger casino hotels so perhaps I was expecting too much. Still the staff was friendly and personable as well as helpful, so I'm willing to give them another chance once their renovations are complete.

Tear it down and build new one. This place is very small out dated. Wasn't happy, had to go across the street to play at another casino. I stayed at harrahs in Atlantic city, North Carolina, Vegas. They had all the games and dining and night life that was good, will not return to this dump again.

Super friendly and makes you feel appreciated. Not High rollers, and some first time casino visitors. Everyone from the top down was very nice. Cocktail waitresses are fast and friendly, table staff all are engaged with players. Even the Pit Boss took extra time with us.

Harrah's only serves breakfast in their buffet restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday through Fridays you order room service, eat elsewhere or come down to their little Corner Cafe that has only 7 small sidewalk style tables that seat 2 people. Not good at all when it's pouring down raining outside. The hotel is very nice, but, I love convenience. This is my 1st visit here. Next time I will book at Golden Nugget or Hard Rock.

People are great, pit bosses on table games are also a good group. Got comp'd twice while playing table games. Mostly craps but also played blackjack, paigow and even learned to play baccarat. The room was very large and offered all the amenities.

I love the fact that this hotel separates the hotel part from the casino part. If you're not a gambler like me and you don't care to lose a lung taking in all the casino smoke, this is your place. Everyone in the lobby area seem nice. In fact, based on the number of times I heard it over the weekend, all the employees must be told to say "Thank you for staying with us". Corny but nice anyway! The room was very nice but not particularly large. Room amenities include coffee pot, refrigerator, lar... Read more
