Be ready to be charged extra and not have fees completely removed from your credit card. Not exactly what you expect a professional company to do. Tell you one thing then do another. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

I have stayed here twice for business and both times I have left smiling. They have a manager's reception in the evening complete with hot appetizers and cold beer. The rooms are quiet and up to date. WiFi is consistent and always works. They have free self laundry on site...new HE washer and dryer. Check out the new Grammy Museum while you are in town. Great place to stay.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. We had to stay here for business. This a new hotel and the rooms are fresh and clean! Breakfast was very good too. The desk manager even offered to help me get my luggage up to my room. Not too many offer to help a lady out anymore.

Overall, this Hampton property was okay. Our room was fine: clean with all the typical amenities. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Our biggest issue was with the noise from the pipes. Saturday afternoon it literally sounded like a freight train was right outside our room. We asked about it - twice - and got different responses from the front desk. That was disappointing. Note - We are Hilton Honors members and our first choice of hotel is always a Hilton property.

The hotel was very accommodating to all who had traveled there and being able to visit with everyone during breakfast was enjoyable. We didn't have to ask for anything in the room as it was adequate in every way. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were always cheerful and welcoming. The one who cleaned our room was very nice and we enjoyed visiting with her. She asked us if there was anything we needed.

We had a late check in on May 18 we were coming from Chicago. We came in for a 50th reunion celebration. I can not recall the names of the 2 young ladies who were at the desk. But if you know their names, I want to tell you they were very nice. Every time we saw these ladies they were nice. Our accommodations were nice and comfortable. I only had breakfast one day and it was very good. The only bad thing about our stay was the two men who were on duty when we were there. They were not so friend... Read more

i and my family came in for a funeral and due to it being a holiday weekend, all the other cheaper hotels were booked. Since this didn't leave much of a choice, we had to stay here if we planned on attending the funeral. Although the room was pricey, it was VERY nice and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Check in with efficient and the friendly front desk agent directed my colleague and I to the hotel's evening reception. She also took the time to recommend multiple restaurant options for dinner. My room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked well and was quiet enough for me to get a good night's sleep. I am happy to recommend this hotel do any Traveler, weather on business or with family.

This hotel because it is so small feels so intimate, getting help is easy because it's not busy and employees aren't running around frantically. It's extremely clean, both the room and the bedroom. Anyone who books this hotel should be aware that this hotel does not have 2 room suites, but the rooms are adequate in size. It has a microwave and fridge and a huge tv and nice sized desk. The rooms are clean; lovely furniture, soft linens on the beds and smells fresh. The food provided for guest in the lobby such as breakfast and dinner are delicious. Nice place to lay your head while visiting Cleveland, Ms. One exception, they don't offer any discounts such as AAA or military discounts, which is always a nice benefit, but, since most of the lodgings available there in Cleveland are owned by the same individual, none of them do, so I guess all in all, Hampton Inn retains it's 1st place amongst all the others around.

First, there is the hot water issue. When this place was built the contractor must have hooked the cold line to the hot and vice versa. So reverse your thought on how to get a hot shower. If you turn it all the way to hot you are only going to access that cold line. Be careful thinking a kid is only turning cold or warm on. Second, if that back door lock is still tapped and rigged with a room card so anyone can walk in and access all levels of hallways all hours of the night, ask for your m... Read more

This hotel prices to be a nice place to stay while working in the area. Those delectable cookies were tasty! The staff were informative and it helped to have a computer and printer handy. The only bad thing was that the newly renovated gym had an odd smell, maybe emanating from the floor. The staff received the information well when it was mentioned to them. Perhaps the most practical aspect was having use one of those rolling luggage carts. I would recommend staying here.

We've stayed here several times and it's an average Hampton Inn at a premium price. But there are not many choices in Cleveland for those coming to DSU or the Grammy Myseum. This time, we found ants in the bathroom and someone's underwear & socks under the bed. We were also promised a room with a pullout sofa but our room only had a chaise lounge which was not comfortable for our son to sleep on. We also had to ask for linens. Not our best experience in this hotel.
