"Upon arrival, a $100.00 fee was placed as a hold on our credit card. The hotel room floor was listed as smoke free, the entire IP hotel and casino has the horrible smell of smoke. Some of the staff was friendly( valet, room attendants, buffet cashiers and servers), others were not. Overall I would not return to the IP Casino and Hotel."

"Room was adequate. Athough we did not receive a king as requested, we were offered the opportunity to pack up our belongs the next day to get a king if one became available (we did not bother...too much trouble). Also upon check in, the attendant announced 'Oh, you booked this room through an agency'. Not sure why she announced that, but it made me feel awkard. But I should have exlaimed that the rooms were actually cheaper through the agency (HA!). Unfortunately, the pool hours were changed the day we arrived (9am to 7 pm). And two other things that bothered me: 1)we left the sleeping sign on our door on 3rd day of our stay and returned to find that housekeeping entered our room anyway and made our bed and 2)the bed spread looked worn and the underside of the bedspread (yes, not comforter) had another guest's hair stuck to it (grossed me out, so I removed it but other sheets were nice and clean upon inspection)."

"This was my first trip to Biloxi and I will definitely be going back again. Every single staff member with whom I came in contact, was friendly, had a great attitude, provided excellent customer service and had a smile the whole time. The food was great. The pool area was amazingly relaxing. We did lose a little bit of money at the casino but it was so worth it because it was a blast. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a light weight cardigan to wear in the casino. It was freezing in there. My overall experience was excellent and I can't wait to go again. Next time, I'll be bringing some friends along with me so they can enjoy the experience as well."
