I had a 2 queen bed room. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside window was very dirty. My view was of the construction company across the road, nothing worth looking at during the day, but I would have enjoyed the night view. Otherwise the food was good, check-in was good. I loved the pool, but would have liked an umbrella. I am not a sun lover, but I do enjoy lounging under an umbrella at the pool. My only options were to either rent a cabana at $200 a day, or sit at the bar for shade... Read more

The casino is owned by Boyd, which I'd never heard of, but it's a pretty good casino. The hotel is decent, but he whole place smells like cigarette have non-smoking rooms, but it real doesn't matter. The slot machines give out a respectable amount and the poker tables were pretty standard.

If you are looking for a casino/resort that actually caters to customers, try the Beau Rivage or Hard Rock, not the IP. I was staying at the IP for a conference, so I would not have picked over the other two properties mentioned above. My first mistake was using the valet parking. Yesterday, I had to run an errand so I went downstairs to retrieve my truck. There were only a few people waiting, including myself, but the wait was 1/2 hour. After complaining about the wait, a very young girl sa... Read more

We were visiting my brother and he took us to IP Casino. We had a great deal of fun gambling and the food was AWESOME. The waitress' were always friendly and right there any time you needed anything. Other clientele were very friendly and employees always with a smile on their face which would prove they enjoyed their jobs.

IP has all manner of slots and table games. I like the Texas poker and the three card poker best. The Mississippi stud is also fun to play. I play the dollar slots a lot and have won quite a few times, The five dollar slots also pay off better than the cheaper slots. I like the buffet at the IP also. They have almost any manner of food that you like.

All parts of the Hotel very smoky. I understand the casino being smoky but even our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I had to call 2 times to get maintenance to the room to fix toilet. The staff was nice but did not go out of their way to help.

First off, the hotel is very nice in decor. The room was nice and chic. I really liked the vibe of the hotel. The casino was 2 levels with a lot of machines as well as tables. This is one of the few casinos that have a nice non-smoking area called the Cove. They have a game room for your kids also. For signing up for the players card, all of my friends and I also got free buffets. Plus one of my friends was celebrating his birthday and received an additional free buffet. That was an awesome... The IP was a good value, especially because we got a good rate through Priceline. On the positive side, the hotel itself was pretty. It had shops, a spa and, of course, the casino on the lower floors. The casino was fun--it featured the old one-armed bandit machines, as well as, new interactive video slots like ones based on The Big Bang Theory and Game of Thrones. (So, they'll still take your money, but they are entertaining.) The room was both chic and clean. No issues there. Sign up... Read more

The hotel is sub par and marginal at best. The rooms are hit and miss depending on what you are expecting for a casino resort. The cost of the room is a good value and I will say though the spa is the best on the coast hands down better than all others

After the very first visit, me and my family realized we had a new place we loved to go staying overnight and that has the best restaurants around! Imperial has a nice property. Our room wasn't exactly clean though. You could write your name in dust on the dresser and it looks like the carpet had not been vacuumed. Great view of the bay which was nice. Kudo's to the casino staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of slots, but they are tight. Buffet was very good with good selection. I will be visiting again, but hope they improve house cleaning and slow valet service.

We spent two nights here while exploring southern Mississippi, and it really added to the experience. While we don't gamble, there is a great rooftop pool area where the big screen television was playing the NBA playoffs, and the bar served stiff enough drinks. The main lobby has several bars and restaurants, each well priced and serving excellent food. Plus several floors of games and machines of course. Paid less than $100 a night, definitely worth much more!

First I want say that Mandi and Jessie was wonderful they worked with us on the bus trip and I cant compliment them enough. The rooms were big and all the views from the rooms we had were great. It wasn't one compliant from anyone of my family members. I will visit them again.

Smoke everywhere. I ask if there was a non-smoking bar in the casino. I was directed to the smoke-free gaming area. I went in to the bar to discover ashtrays everywhere. I went to have dinner at another of the bars (sports bar). I came in stone sober and was cut off after four drinks. I weigh 230 pounds. I watched a female stumble in and sit down. And she was served immediately. This place is terrible. And the wifi sucks and is almost nonexistent.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during our vacation. Room was great, gambling was good. We have been here before and the consistent problem we experience is the buffet. There is always an outrageous line for supper, no matter what night of the week it is. They are quick to get you through the first line where you pay, but then cram you in to second line of switchbacks to be seated. This line moves at a glacial pace despite having obvious tables open. Our recent visit to the IP Biloxi was in June. My husband and I had tickets to see our favorite comedian, Brian Regan at the IP and we decided to reserve a room as well. We had been very pleased with price, service, room, etc. on previous stays and expected the same on this trip. Service was excellent from start to finish, I can't complain. Me and my best friend went to Biloxi for a girls weekend celebrating our birthdays. We chose Imperial Palace because I love the spa services that they offered. We were not disappointed. We went with a spa package that included a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure. It was amazing! We aren't big gamblers, but it was our birthday so we thought we would give it a go. When we signed up for the players card, they gave us birthday T-shirts and pins to wear! How fun!

I stayed here 1 night this week, passing through on business. I found the hotel clean and very quiet even though the place was packed. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. The only drawbacks I found were the (1) bathroom was a bit cramped with the shower door next to the toilet, which made it awkward to move around, (2) the elevators took forever because the place was packed and (3) the check in line was really long at 5:30pm but it did move fairly quickly conside... Comfortable Room with view of the bay. Comfortable bed. The bathroom in the standard 'deluxe' room was better than average with good lighting and long vanity. All staff was friendly. My boss got an upgrade to a spa suite at a great rate. Have stayed at other Biloxi hotels and this is a great value with just about everything you would want with a good location. Not on the beach, but with views of either the bay or the Gulf. Many restaurants options as well as other amenities.
