Stayed one night en route to Florida. Room was clean, big enough, reasonably priced & have no complaints. The real plus was the fantastic service received on arrival by the hotel receptionist. She couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. To my embarrassment, I never got her name (or number because I think I might have secretly fallen in love with her :), must be the Southern Charm) - but she was a real credit to the hotel. It was the night Donald Trump was in town (beginning of Jan) so it w... Read more

On the nights I could connect to the Internet, the speeds were abysmal. The rooms are middle of the road, but the HBO and Showtime package made the workless nights bearable. Overall, if you do not need the Internet, it's a good hotel close to everything with beach access within walking distance.

Our room on the 4th floor was an upgrade under my Gold Elite status; roomy & comfortable. This facility, although not new, was clean, well organized and well managed. The location is convenient to Keesler AFB, excellent restaurants, casinos, museums & galleries. Also the hotel is located immediately across US Hwy 90 from the beach. We stayed 3 nights & will gladly stay again and recommend to others. A couple of negatives-, a shortage of electrical outlets in the room, but I always have a sm... Read more

Stayed for one night, all employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Only issue was some wifi problems. I would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone in need of a comfortable hotel stay.

The customer service at the hotel was great. Everyone was super friendly. Location is great! Right across the street are various places to eat and souvenir shops. Keesler AFB is very close as well. The only thing it needs is a facelift. Seems a bit dated. Overall good place to stay. Beds were very comfortable!

Had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in a while and was pleasantly surprised. They have modernized their facilities. This hotel is across the street from the beach and on Beach Bvd. so it's a great location and not far from the many casinos. We had a king bed and a rather oversized room. The only downfall was that the A/C unit knobs had come off previously and when they were put back on were put on in the wrong position so what the thermostat said was on, was not. Took a while but we go it worki... Read more

I love the location however the hotel need major repairs. I had read prior to booking that there were issues with the outlets falling apart. Well I guess we got that room. One outlet was actually hanging off the wall! Another had a very loose fit. The hair dryer was also a fire hazard. The handle got very hot and it started to make some weird noise. Then it started to smell like burning. Of course I shut it off right away. But that time I was afraid that this room may cause a fire! I went to... Read more

Good location, near the beach and great seafood restaurants. Good beds, friendly staff, multi level facility with elevator. Right down the street from casinos and other sites. Restaurant in the lobby for dinner. Great gulf view.

Me and my group had a wonderful time in Biloxi. The hotel room was awesome! It was the size we needed (Suite with a sleeper sofa), so that we could comfortably fit 5 women and all of our stuff. The staff was more than great. Anke was super helpful! We had extra towels and blankets shortly after we asked. The room was clean and the location to the beach is perfect. Once you cross Beach Boulevard, you are there! Tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. Prime location. The only issue... Read more

The hotel was very clean, modern, and very affordable (especially considering the location). Check in and out were very convenient and fast, parking was good, and the location was great! It is within walking distance of the beach, shopping and food. Would stay here again!

The staff was great and helpful, and gave good recommendations for dinner. I had a nice room and it was quiet. The price was decent and breakfast was very good. The hotel was very close to the beach and Hard Rock Casino. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here after reading reviews. This Holiday Inn fails to meet the expectations of this brand. The room was vintage 1980s with a soiled, worn chenille-like covering on what was described as a sofa. The furnishings and bed were low end and dated. Neither bedside lamp functioned. Duvet cover was soiled. The air conditioner was exceptionally noisy making viewing television or sleeping difficult. One toilet seat hinge was not functional. A chef salad at dinner seemed to include slices of ... Read more

Well, overall, the hotel was okay. Just a standard hotel. It was a bit pricey for the room we got and the hotel looked really dated. Maid service did not speak English so it was a bit difficult to get more towels and bedding. Seemed like the hotel had extremely limited staff. There was only 1 waitress in the restaurant and it seemed she took all orders, ran them back to the kitchen, brought the food to us, and even did the room service orders which I never knew they offered there. I simply tippe... Read more

Nice hotel for the price. Affordable...not nearly as pricey as the casino hotels. Served its purpose...a room to sleep in when not out and about enjoying the attractions. Rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. Nice view of the beach. The walk to the beach was not very far.

Staying a month for business, got placed on the fourth floor, shocked after the first rainstorm corner of my room was sopping wet. Maintenance eventually moved me rooms but this one is soaked by the window too! Moving for the third time?! Let down. Save your time and stay elsewhere especially worrying if it's going to rain or not. Not worth it. Same price go down the street.

Clean room and friendly atmosphere! The workers at the hotel. were very accommodating. The hotel seemed to attract families, caring families that were able to share with one another everything from stories to food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

First off, I'm a Hilton guy, so IHG properties don't compare in my opinion outside of their IC hotel brand. The good thing about this location is Snapper's Seafood Restaurant is directly across the street, and Shaggy's is a short walk as well. The room was decent, clean, and had decent water pressure in the shower. My negative was the pool. I'm skeptical of places were you don't see anyone checking on the pool area, or even coming outside to check the water every hour or so, so that was a littl... Read more

My room was spacious and comfortable. It also had a great Gulf view. The bathroom was small but adequate for one person. All of the furnishings were in very good condition. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Came down for cruising the coast. Hotel was on the main strip, right in the middle of the action. Very clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds. Workers were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!!

This hotel is just what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, comfortable rooms. Not luxurious but nice. Would stay again and would recommend. Does not have any type of free breakfast but had coffee maker in room. We had a view of gulf from our room.
