All are friendly esp. Sharon. I may not win at times but they make the games fun. The casino is easy to get into and usually there is room at a variety of tables. The pit bosses stay on top of everything and all employees work together to make my trips there a good experience.

Excellent room overlooking the gulf. Good casino. Lots of slots, table games and limited video poker. Visited other Biloxi casinos and would recommend Harrahs, although Hard Rock and IP were also impressive. Buffett I very good. Pool area and lounge were great. Will definitely be back.

Don't think I will return to the casinos in Biloxi. You don't have a Non- Smoking area in the your casino. Most casinos offer some promotions for returning guests but that was not the case. Not much to choose from for dinner and the choices available were very expensive.

We attended a family wedding over Memorial Day weekend. Harrah's was conveniently located near the wedding venue. The price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend. We were pleased with our comfortable room and extremely impressed with the friendliness of employees throughout the hotel and casino. The hotel is nicely decorated and the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is outstanding with a great view of the Gulf Coast.

My wife and I spent 4 days here. Are room was a little small compared to other Harrah's properties we've been to but it was newly renovated and beautiful. The staff, from the front counter to the cleaning crew were professional and friendly. We had a great time at the pool everyday. The bar and food service at the pool was great, good drinks, good food and great service.

Harrahs is a wonderful place to stay. The updated rooms are nice. The people are the most wonderful staff we have ever had at any of the Caesars properties. Special thanks to Janet Cavenaugh the most amazing dealer we have EVER had. She went out of the way to make us feel like family. Also thanks to Kim (pit supervisor) and Trish (cocktails). They were incredible.

It has a safe in the closet. Coffee machine was nice, coffee not the best though. I hate the resort fee, but this is so typical just about everywhere now. The wifi in room was good. We booked a double room for my brother's retirement from the 5th through the 9th then was offered an upgrade to a suite for $58 per night. We were offered to pay $28 for early checkin as we had gotten there about 12 noon. They said the room was not ready to come back at 3:00p and we came back at 3:p and the room was still not ready. We went to Biloxi to see Toby Keith as we were offered free tickets. Of course since my play was down for the year, I did not get VIP tickets this year. When it came time for the concert, we could not even WALK thru the pool area to get to the walkway to cross over. We ended up not going as my husband did want to have to walk all the way around, but we won so we were happy.

My stay was very good and a lot of options for food. Hotel was pretty clean but there could be improvements. The comforter on my bed had a small hole. The furniture was a little dusty. No microwave or refrigerator(include in resort fee/ upon request). Early check is $15 and there is $50 deposit upon check in. I stayed 3 nights (comped). The lines are too long. The service is not good. I think they are understaffed at the hotel desk and the total rewards cages. The diamond lounge is by far the worst I have ever been in. The hotel at Harrah's are new redone and provide a relaxing place with great sleep. We also made stops at other casinos in Biloxi which was enjoyable. The pool was jumping at Harrah's because of the great weather (a few rain showers which is normal this time of the year on the coast). A new "family only" hotel has opened that offers amusement (not a casino).

We came in with a large group and had only a few issues. The hotel is part of a casino in case you didn't realize this. So it's really a casino first. The rooms were updated in 2005 after hurricane Katrina. Parking is inside and connected to the hotel/casino. The good thing is you don't have to walk through the casino every time you leave your room. The handicap room was good and had a coffee pot. Which was nice since we were on the 8th floor.

I would have given a 5 rating but did not because they don't offer free Wi-Fi which is ridiculous. If I'm paying more than $400.00 a night after taxes for a room, I'm thinking the least they could do is offer Free Wi-Fi. They also don't offer a military discount if you reserve your room online.

I had a great time, the casinos atmosphere was great, i love the rooms and i even spent time out by the pool! I even took time to go and explore another casino. It was great, i hadn't been there since Katrina hit.

Played for three hours here and only received one drink in those three hours don't expect to go here and have a few drinks while you are playing because they simply do not have enough waitresses or they do not circle around enough. Slots are also really tight lost a lot of money right off the bat.

Customer Service is very good however the casino needs an update and to be enlarged. It's small compared to other casino's in the area. The free slot play they provide to their VIP players could be improved as well as the buffet. The casino staff are very friendly and helpful.

They are so kind there. They greet you, converse in such a kind manner. Rooms are recently redecorated. Sports Bar is fun and Morning Breakfast there is excellent. Sydney the Bellman will even sing to you as he carries up bags. Never complains about all the bags you packed! Ha Love the Beds, wanted to load it up and take it home with me .

We love EVERYTHING about Harrahs Gulf Coast! Our room was just beautiful! The decor in the entire facility is beautiful and very well maintained! Close to the beach, the marina, several other nice Casinos. The food was wonderful! There is a Steak n Shake which is my husbands favorite! LOL! The buffet was excellent. The gift shop was great! EVERY employee we encountered was excellent, very nice and helpful, always greeting us each time we passed. I can't say enough about the Valet emplo... Read more

Very nice casino with employees eager to serve in a nice environment. Good parking facilities and food was excellent. Attended a concert there, and it was excellent. Good choice considering the competition on the MS gulf coast.

Stayed for one night. Room was clean and an overall nice hotel. Be careful of the extra fees. You are charged $16 for a resort and spa fee which would be okay if you used the pool or the spa. You are charged a $100 deposit. For what the advertised rate is there should be comfortable pillows. The pillows were extremely hard and the toilet paper is generic grade. The television channel is extremely lacking. For the advertised rate i feel that you do not get your moneys worth. You can get free wif... Read more

They do just enough to get by. I think that it has potential. They just need better management. As far as gaming it is one of my favorite casinos for the fact that there is Keno. The gaming floor though is always so bare there are never a full house.

Pleasant staff, great rooms. Pool area is really nice and buffet is good. Overall a nice place to spend a few days. We enjoyed the casino a lot. Location is really good, easy to get to off of I-10. Only thing I had negative was the beds are too soft and not as comfortable as I would like.

The staff was very friendly however I have some issues with this facility. The first is the Valet parking or what they call valet parking. I used the service when checking in. I wanted to go out to dinner so I pushed the valet button on the phone. Nothing happened. I thought I had done something wrong so I keep trying, after a while I called the operator. i told her I could not get the valet on the phone she tried but had no luck either. I don't think she was at the site. I called the fron... Read more

We stayed 5 nights at this property and really enjoyed it! The pool area is really nice. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink if you're into that. The casino slots actually let you play and didn't just take your money quickly. The Gulf beach area was nice and clean.

Our first stay and visit at Harrahs. We both have comps and free nights at the other establishments but we chose to stay there because they are pet friendly. ( we have a four lb Yorkie ). The room was great and the staff are very friendly. We will return. Priced good as well.

We decided to stay at Harrah's one night on a long road trip. The room rate was good and figured it sould be nice to stay in a casino. Most casinos have luxury type rooms even for an average price. This is the worst casino than I have ever been to. We frequent Las Vegas, Shreveport, and Lake Charles casinos. To start, there was a long line to check in. Only one person was working the front desk. It took about 30 minutes to check in. The room was very nice, it looked like it had just been u... Read more

Harrah's Hotel continues to be an excellent place to stay. The room was spacious with a water view; we had two queen beds that were comfortable. For those who like to work there is a long desk with good lighting and a comfortable desk chair. There is a hidden icebox. I would have liked a chair to sit and look out at the view.

My third or fourth trip here to Harrahs Gulf Coast in Biloxi-- in the last year.. Rooms have been redone--which is nice--and now comfortable etc.. Still has harrahs employees which are always friendly. Fairly nice pool area and outside bar overlooking the gulf.. Worst thing in my opinion is that they have one of the smallest casinos for a major chain with not that many choices of machines due to size-- and that they do nothing to mitigate the super smoky atmosphere inside the casino (geez buy ... This was my 1st visit to Harrah's Gulf Coast and was very excited due to the great reviews I received. To my astonishment, it was a far cry from the reviews. The facility was hot and humid, the waitresses were m.i.a. and customer service made asking a question was murder!
