Everyone. I mean everyone was nice, kind, considerate and helpful. These people are well trained at pleasing the public. the rooms were very clean. the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a magnificent view of the Gulf. The weather was a bit treacherous but it did not stay that way long. The Casino was exciting. The comps really grow fast..I actually made money. It was worth every second of my precious time.

Left a large VeraBradley bag on the bench. The lady in lost & found Fed-Exed it to us. Nothing gone or broken! Wonderful service and special attention. The entire staff is fantastic. It was left on bench outside while waiting on our car in valet. That was one experience we will never forget. We have told all our family & friends how you are treated at The Beaux. That was the end to a fabulous time there.our room was beautiful and the entire hotel was also! We will be back!

I was very excited to be visiting Biloxi on a weeknight, so I could stay at the Beau for an affordable rate. My husband and I typically stay with family when visiting Biloxi, but we have always wanted to stay at the Beau since everyone always talks about it. The room was clean, but the decor seemed dated with strange floral patterns and brass restroom fixtures. We booked a standard room, but were upgraded to a suite on the 29th floor, facing the water due to overbooking and our late arrival. Th... Read more

I am no fan of casino resorts and this one, Beau Rivage, reinforces all my dislikes. Beau is big, very clean, with excellent room climate control. The elevator system is probably the best I've ever used. The staff are all polite and helpful. So, what's not to like? The clientele. I have seldom been in the midst of so many seedy, sloppy, overweight, cigarette smoking people. It's actually depressing. So, Beau Rivage has been quite the gamble. Our first 2 days here, the food wasn't very good at all, their Customer Service has been truly lacking, their pool area feels unclean, but service out there is okay. No one goes out of their way anywhere here. Their rooms are very outdated, old furniture, not overly clean, but large. But, their brunch buffet today, Saturday champagne brunch, was outstanding. The Beau Rivage could be a very nice resort & casino but they really need to do a better job ventilating the smoke out. There was a very long wait line for breakfast and the wait staff in the café were acting as if they could not help anyone because they were to busy but they did not seem to be doing anything. It took forever for a waitress to come take my drink order while I was playing black jack & then I never got it.

The hotel is really getting worn. We had to ask for a different room due to stains on the carpet between the beds and the bedskirt. They did apologize and helped us relocate, but the 2nd room needed a serious deep cleaning. I won't stay here again till I hear that it has been remodeled. The buffet was the worst I've ever had. Sad, but true.

This resort has some of everything to see and do. The rooms are spacious and clean!!! There are many places to eat from different coffees and beignets to sandwiches, salads, or bowls of gumbo, and at least three major restaurants that provide Asian, Italian, or Steak that is served in quite the atmosphere. Also, there is a buffet that has some of everything to eat. The food is tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend this place..

The hallways are bright and cheerful as was the room.I am not sure what the other floors are like or a reg room but the suite was wonderful!! We a... Read more

I read with interest the comment about how the Beau is no longer customer friendly. I have been going there since it first opened. In the past two years it has cut back on everything. Flights are priced out of sight. Comp rooms are cut back to support those who come to play in tournaments. They like to tell us there are no more rooms available and then offer us a room at a rate like they were doing us a favor. Free play is practically non existant because the slots are so tight it discourages pl... Read more

Beautiful property and very luxurious with a LasVegas atmosphere. Very relaxing pool area with lovely view. The shopping is very good with something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and accommadating. There is a good variety of food with seafood and southern style selections. Restaurants could have been open more days.

Not our first trip to Beau Rivage but so enjoyable each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great furnishings. Not a buffet lover but by far the best buffet we have had. Amazing freshness considering the huge variety of choices! Enjoy the casino and atmosphere. Good variety of shops to browse through and love the local selections. Can't say enough about the staff throughout the hotel...friendly, cheerful, and over the top helpful.

The Beau is big and nice. It was very comfortable and had a Vegas feel. For all of the smoking going on....I did not smell like an ashtray when I walked outside. The location is good and staff was very friendly.

Researched the area and my husband had wanted to go to Beau Rivage for some time and finally made it. It was out of the way for our road trip with family, but we decided to shift our travel and go through Biloxi for the purpose of staying at Beau Rivage. I have been to several casinos - Coushatta, Harrahs NOLA, etc in the Louisiana area and must say the service at those casinos are above the bar compared to Beau Rivage. The staff was rude, the wait staff with cocktails and beverages in the ca... Read more

Traveleing via Sun Country Airlines was a wonderful experience out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The airline staff was wonderful as well as the flight attendants. The Beau Rivage is a beautiful hotel on the Gulf of Mexico. The rooms were clean. The MLife desk and staff amazing! Machines are very tight at this location so you may jump on the trolley and visit others. The Hard Rock Resort and Casino is next door. We found the best seafood restaurant called, McElroy's. On trips to Florida, I generally stay at Hampton Inn or comparable. Decided to stay this time at Beau Rivage. When I checked prices for this trip, Beau Rivage was less less costly than the interstate inns and nicer. The restaurant selection is very good. And easy to get to from I-10 plus parking was easy and free. The facilities and our room was very clean and nice. No high definition TV in the room though. Wireless worked very good. And going to the casino is always fun. So very nice a... Read more

The hotel and casino common areas are beautiful-really first class-though the room we had was somewhat dated. The food in the restaurants is very, very good. Especially the buffet, which is by far the best I've had in Biloxi. Big complaint is no in-room coffee maker. You either have to go down through the lobby to a restaurant (which is a pretty good hike-or order room service. Plus, if you want a small fridge in your room it is a $25.00 per day extra charge.

Beau Rivage is a nice hotel on the water in Biloxi. Beautiful inside like a Vegas Strip hotel. Many shops & restaurants. Nice casino with good variety. Fidnt really win there. There is a pool, but the beach is a bit of a walk away. The property has a sea wall. We would stay there again when we are in the area. Probably one of the nicest hotels in the area.

We were in the neighborhood of Biloxi, but did not know there was a MGM resort over there. As we love Vegas and we are Mlife member we decided to go there for a night. Did not know what to expect, as we did not prepare for this place. We saw the signing 20 miles before when we booked the room. Paid 90 euro's for 1 room for 1 night. Resort fee was 11 euro's. The Hotel guests are mostly elderly people, i think we were the youngest over there (31 years old). They even asked us for a pasport when ... Read more

Our visit to Beau rivage was a great visit. We were surprised to find the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. We ate at the breakfast buffet which was great. Dinner buffet was good too. Sandwich at the snack bar was good too. We mostly played video poker and ended up even. The room was clean and nice. The only thing that was not as great was how cold the place was. Be sure to take a sweater or jacket with you.

Went for 3 nights by invitation. Check in and check out was so easy and quick. The room was clean and spacious. I really like the fact they have people by elevators to hotel watching to be sure only hotel guests were going to rooms. The casino was clean and being a non smoker I didn't have any issues with air quality, so they must have that figured out. Great place and look forward to going again.

Hello all! I finished up my second stay this month at Beau Rivage and decided to write a review. First off , I love MGM Group properties. The Beau has all the bells and whistles you would expect. Great food options , nice lounges, and comfortable rooms. If you are looking for a Vegas feel , this is the only option in Biloxi to give you that in my opinion. Here is my only complaint . I am a rated player when it comes to gambling. I have a Mlife card and I check my points often. I have spent 4 n... Read more

The Terrace Cafe is very good but the Thanksgiving dinner was not as good as it was two years ago .We had a couple of billing errors they were handled quickly. The slot machines were great .
