This hotel is new, modern, clean and comfortable, but what makes this one stand out for me personally, is the staff! I found everyone I encountered during my stay to be so accommodating and courteous. I was traveling with a large group and we had booked five rooms and arrived a little early to see if it was possible to check in. We were told no problem and they very quickly had us all in our rooms. The parking lot is very large and easily accessible as well. There are a couple of sports bars w... Read more

This is a great new property that has good access to I-35E and 694. Excellent staff and extremely clean property. There is a Perkins near by that is open 24 hours. Also, if you would like a beer or a cocktail there is a good bar across the street.

I stayed in a room on the second floor directly above the lobby. It was quiet and the only noise was the automatic door opening which soon ceased after all the guests checked in. Double room had large & comfortable queen size beds, nice desk, closet with ironing board/iron, small microwave & refrigerator, small upholstered chair and ottoman. HVAC could be left with fan running continuously which was appreciated. Bathroom was immaculate with excellent water pressure and temperature. Internet ser... Read more

Super clean room. Nice lobby area. There were a couple of issues that I'll mention. Firstly, the window wouldn't close. I was able to fix it, but only because I know a lot about windows. The other odd thing was that the curtains will cover the heater / air conditioner if you close them.

We found it to be a bright, quiet hotel with a nice breakfast. Quiet with one exception, typical of many hotels the air conditioner can be annoying and noisy. We would possibly stay there again though.

Very new Fairfield Inn. Friendly helpful staff, especially Laurel who changed our reservation last minute for us. Quiet clean room. Didn't matter that it was close to the elevator and ice machine. Walking distance restaurants close by. Conveniently located right off the expressway. The model Fairfield Inn.

This Fairfield Inn is nice and new. As a Marriott Rewards member, I've stayed at Fairfields that are past their prime. Definitely not the case here. Staff were exceptional. Shout out to Brittany, Bernadine, & Asha. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The facility itself was nice and most of the staff were very nice. But you really find out what kind of property it is when a problem arises (as they will anywhere, regardless of how good the property is). The general manager here is more about justifying her employees than taking care of her guest's concerns. Return calls were very slow and unpleasant. She thought extremely noisy guests until 4am resuming before 6am should not be a problem. Bottom line: under perfect conditions a very nice Fair... Read more

We just finished a 2 night stay at this hotel and can't wait to come back. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and competent. Bernadine, part of the breakfast staff, is especially helpful. The hotel was opened less than 2 years ago and has a sleek, colorful, modern design. The rooms are large. The beds are so comfy you won't want to get out of bed. Instead of struggling to get into a tub to take a shower, there is a very big walk in shower that is bright and well designed. What a clean ho... Read more

I stayed here for a week for the USA Cup soccer tournament, and everything was very nice. The staff was helpful, and friendly. The only snag was a contractual deal between the tournament that ran the reservations for the tournament, regarding the cancelation policy. So, I recommend anyone staying with one of these arrangements, make sure you get something in writing about the cancelation policy, as your stay typically changes based on your kids winning or losing. Again, the staff worked everyth... Read more

I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience here. After driving for 8 hours on a road trip, we came in late at around 2am, and were checked in with a really nice staff. We got a kind-size bedroom, and had a great first impression on the room, neat and clean. We slept well in the comfy bed, and woke up feeling energized. This is not the best part. After coming home, I realized that I left my toiletry bag in the hotel bathroom. It has my teeth retainer I wear every day. So I called ... Read more

This has been the best hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed alot of places in our 10+ years of traveling for softball. The people are ridiculously polite and helpful, the rates were reasonable for the middle of Summer. It is located in a perfect spot to get to everything in the St Paul area. I would recommend this hotel 100 out of 100 times. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!!!!!!
