My wife and I wanted a nice getaway for the weekend and we found a great rate online at the Quality Inn. Upon arrival the staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and we were greeted immediately. After chatting with the friendly staff for a few minutes, they learned that my wife and I were celebrating her birthday and they kindly offered to upgrade us to the jacuzzi suite! We had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great quality and service at a great pric... Read more

Where to begin... we had an awesome experience at this hotel! They are currently renovating the hotel and clearly they are cleaning up some of the rif-raf that seemed to occupy this hotel in the past. We had a very pleasent experience, from Dawn at the front desk to the amazing suite. When we checked in there was a slight mixup in our check-in and the hotel was very accomodating and easy to work with, even though the mixup had nothing to do with them. The most important thing for my family w... Read more

We were upgraded to a suite and it was very nice. It was clean, and had a TV in both rooms and a small refrigerator and microwave. It also has a business center and decent free Wifi. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants. There is an indoor pool. The breakfast wasn't too bad, but it seemed pretty much the same as most Choice Hotel breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

Well I travel a lot and I always split my hotels up so I am not bored this was Hotel #1 in this state. I was in town for the Beyonce concert after my flight I was exhausted and we decided to stay here for 3 nights before heading to the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bloomington. Where Do I Start? The Pool Area was dirty and there were hairballs floating in the pool. I got out immediately and decided to try the Hot Tub, There was dirt on the wall near the hot tub and paint peeled on the sides. I was ... Read more

I was very worried after reading several bad reviews on this hotel. We got a good deal through a popular booking website, so I figured if it was terrible we'd just bite the bullet for landing a "deal." I do have to say though, I was surprisingly impressed. Our room was obviously recently updated. You could tell they were trying to make it a nicer hotel. It was very close to a rail road track, but I can't say the trains bothered us during the night. The pool area was nice, a little small; but it... Read more

It was an awkward start. Walked in to lobby to check in at about 11pm and found a guy with no apparent reason to be there hitting on the female night clerk. He tried to make some awkward friendly conversation with us and went over and slouched in a chair. She seemed to be OK with this strange guy there and was very nice and friendly but when she saw that we were using our Choice Hotel value points to pay for your room changed our room. When we were fully in our room and started to get into... Read more

My first impression was not great, as there were a few people hanging around the doorways who seemed to be living there. (Can't explain why, that's just the impression I got.) When I went inside, the staff was friendly and professional and I got checked in with no hassles. I requested a queen room on the first floor, and that's what I got. The room door was propped open, the room was clean but there was no comforter on the bed and the bathroom light wouldn't turn on. (I did arrive at the earli... Read more

First impression was there was lot of shady people hanging around up front (people you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley.) The hotel is super dirty the handles on the stairs are in disrepair and have garbage shoved in the and the holes in the wall my mattress has stains on it and both comforters and sheets had stains all over them. I don't think the have house keeping as our room is gross and we never got fresh towels not staying here again.

Came to minni for a family vacation for 80 a night with a great free breakfast this place is great for your value. Pool open til 11pm the staff are constantly mopping. Very clean basic hotel. Great proximity to mall of America and valley fair. No complaints whatsoever. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very friendly. The people that complain must be used to 5 star because... Very nice hotel, only drawback, had to do steps to second floor. Courtesy breakfast was the best I ever experienced , plenty of variety & plenty of everything . Parking was difficult as the parking spots were all full

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We came to Savage for a trail run and it was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room and the pool and hot tub were perfect for after our race. We enjoyed the free breakfast, there was good variety of hot and cold food. We stay at this hotel every year and have not been disappointed yet.

Stayed at the Hotel with my fiancé and was very pleased with my stay. Under restoration but handled very well by staff and Management. Manager Sal helped with every need! Would recommend to friends and family if you are staying in the area. Close proximity to great food, shopping (including the mall of America), and the heart of the Twin Cities!

The staff was extremely friendly. Helpful about surrounding restaurants and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to the twin cities. Close to the Mall of America, yet far enough away from all of the hustle of the city traffic.
