From walking in the door to a restful night of sleep, I was happy to be there. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. I will be back to stay there again. Location is great for travel throughout the city.

Great place to stay and eat at Axels. It is so nice to have a quality restaurant right on premises. The pool and whirlpool area is spacious and clean. The staff is always very helpful. Having Starbucks kiosk area gets you going in the morning.

Stayed Saturday evening 5/21/16--- SUPER impressed. The folks at check in were prompt and courteous. Dinner at Axels was AMAZING!! I had the steak and I rarely eat was so delicious! The room was large, bed comfortable, ample towels, just overall fantastic! Cant say enough how impressed we were and will most definitely be back. We are already planning to revisit in the next month!!

Our experience at the Radisson was wonderful. No problems, well trained staff. Shuttle brought us to and from our meetings. Driver was flexible about times for pickup. Option for great dining. Certainly a notch above expectations.

We had our wedding reception at the Radisson Roseville and it was amazing! From the first meeting with Kathy to the Brunch the morning after everything was perfect. The staff is so attentive, Gerry, our event manager the night of the reception was fantastic, constantly checking in to see what more he could do or what we needed. They took care of everything, the decorations were beautiful, the DJ was great, lots of complements on the food too! It was an amazing value! We got so much more fro... Read more

I stayed at the Radisson for a week-long business trip. My room was clean and cozy with beautiful photos of local attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. In site restaurant was great, with delicious breakfasts and dinners!

Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The pools were the warmest we have ever experienced at a hotel! They have a 1ft deep pool for toddlers as well which was very warm, awesome to splash in for hours! Room service food was very good with excellent service.

When we first got there, the front desk was extremely slow and rude at checking us in. Our check in was interrupted by the person helping us chatting with other people and being distracted. Once we got our keys we made the long trek to our room. Once we got there our keys did not work. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk with my exhausted toddler and luggage, I was told, the battery must be dead. They re keyed it anyways and sent me up with the maintenance man. He had me try the new k... Read more

Good food, service, convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was so Australian that I thought he was going to offer me a Foster's. The breakfast buffet was to die for. The hash browns were the best I've ever tasted. I didn't even need to ketchup them.

Yes, it is to the north but still quite accessible to all you want to see - and a lot less hassle to get to. The staff are great and the restaurant is pretty good. The pool area is always well maintained and the overall vibe of the place makes it a winner. I'll be back.

We stayed at this hotel in a wedding group we traveled for 3+ hours with a baby and preferred an early check in at noon and staff was rude when asked about this. Staff was not kind and shuttle service provided for Wedding by bride and groom was delayed multiple times we almost were late for the reception. Guy who brought us back was the maintenance worker and said he had never done the shuttle service he was also late . Hotel was expensive without continental breakfast and an expensive breakfast... It is the first time I host in Radisson hotel. Many people from my surrounds have had a great stay in this hotel chain. My expectations were high even though I usually travel a lot with my company and have already experienced some great hotels. My impressions of this hotel, however, drop from 100 to 0 right in the second day of my stay: the hotel staff gave the keys of my apartment to another guest! While the event happened I was in the hotel swimming pool and have left all my belongings in my ... Read more

We recently stated here for an event for my father. The rooms are nice and decent sized, the pool was clean and nice as well. The air conditioner in our room was not draining properly so the carpet was soaking wet. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk and they had someone come look at it immediately, he said he would replace the unit the next day. When we got back the next day the unit had not been replaced and the room was starting to smell of wet and mildew. We again told the fro... Read more

We always stay at this hotel when we come for the Tanbark horse show. In the past beds are made, coffee and coffee cups restocked and trash cans have been emptied. Not this time after our first night here (we are staying for several) I had to go down to the desk and ask for cups and I asked for trash bags so I could empty the garbage. I asked why this had not been done and the response was well you will be here for 4 nights. Exactly! If I am here 4 nights I am paying for items to be restocked, b... Read more

We stayed at the Radisson over the weekend for our niece's wedding. The reception was not at the hotel, but it was the hotel choice for a lot of our large family. I was disappointed. It is a large, 4-story hotel. Lots of rooms, therefore lots of activity. Rooms are nice and seem to have been re-done recently. But there seemed to be a lot of hallway noise and the one thing that they didn't change were the doors. The room doors are old and let a lot of noise into the room. This is especial... Read more

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The Hotel is recently remodeled, well staffed, and clean. The king bed was very comfortable with high quality linens and ample pillows. The room was on the larger size and included a mini fridge, coffee station, desk, and sofa. The pool and sauna were great and never busy. Parking is easy and the location is close to everything you need.

First of all as of July 2016 there is not much to choose from in Roseville. There are new hotels under construction. The check in is a very small desk (about the size of a bank teller window) The clerk did not even verify my rate at check in, which I booked online. He did though, include one free drink coupon from Axels. The hallways in the hotel are dated and appear to be cruise line like. (kinda like they are almost bending, strange). The rooms were great, comfortable bedding and pillows. Cl... Read more

Spent one night with my wife and was really impressed. There were a lot of kids in the hotel but no noise. Pool area was super. Our room was as clean as a surgery suite! We will definitely return anytime we are in Roseville! It is also only about 6 blocks from a huge mall. Very good location

My wife and I were taking our first trip without the kids so we felt a little more freedom with picking a hotel. We found a great deal on one of the hotel booking sites so we went with it. Very pleased. Super clean, well-maintained rooms and common spaces, modern décor. We had the room right by the elevator but didn't notice any noise. The fan kept up a pleasant level of white noise to drown out whatever may have come in from the hall or parking lot. We even extended our stay for another night.... Read more

Great sports channel selections, great location, fast check in, friendly people. Walmart and Burger King down the street. Room service and Starbucks in hotel. Conference rooms plenty of parking, free fast internet, rooms quiet and clean. The room was a bit small and paid a small price for the room so it off set the value of the room but everything else was great. A very great class of people stay here felt a bit out of place.

After more than a year of significant upgrades to its rooms, services, and amenities, the Radisson Roseville has now completed a welcome renovation of Axel's Charhouse, its on site restaurant. Centrally located, flush with amenities, and popular with the business crowd, this refreshed Radisson is a solid choice in the Twin Cities area.

Nice older hotel that has been re-done at some point. King bed room was really nicely appointed with plugs everywhere for the tech traveller. Staff were great and the only downside to the stay was this was a really noisy stay. Some of this was due to inconsiderate guests but overall the hotel was not very well sound proofed.

Clean, great staff and very convenient location. We have used this hotel's conference rooms in the past. We all found the location right off the highway to be very convenient. We also found the staff very helpful and friendly. Based on our previous dealings with this location, I decided to try and stay the next time I came to Mpls for business. I was able to find the hotel really quickly and it was convenient for my meetings in Arden Hills. I found check in to be easy, but the hotel is very very long and I had to talk a long hike to get to my room. Yes, there are various entrances and I found that there were multiple elevator banks, but it was a little much. Luckily, I didn't have to go to and from the room often. I checked in for a one night stay. As usual, the front desk authorizes the credit card for the room charge and $100 for incidentals. I informed the clerk that I would be paying cash. The hotel is clean, the room was clean, as it should be. Upon check out I paid for my stay in cash. I checked my bank statement to see that they had charged my account for two nights stay and two additional $100 incidental charges. The clerk had NO explanation as to why this happened. I needed to stay the night near Roseville for a meeting. The places I have stayed in the past were all booked so I ended up here. I was checked in quickly and professionally. When I got to the room I found it and bathroom to be large, very clean and bright. That bed was also very comfortable. Only drawback I found was there is not a lot to do nearby. So if traveling on vacation this is not the place to stay. I'll stay here again.

To begin an "adventure" with my sister & our friend, I booked a room with 2 queens. After early morning flights and MOA experience, we headed to the Radisson for a meal and early to bed. Next morning we decided to tidy up. HORROR--the duvet had blood stains hidden underneath. To think someone had slept under that cover.
