My new husband and I stayed here for night 3 of our honeymoon. Out of all the hotels we stayed at this one was his favorite! Parking was a little tricky to figure out and we had to call the guest service desk. The room was pretty and the view of the city was spectacular.

This hotel is about 7 blocks to target field. A 15 minute walk so an excellent location right in downtown. From the minute we arrived, the doorman was there to greet us. A parking attendant helped us find parking and then we went inside. We were greeted by Wolfgang at the front counter, he was excellent to deal with. A very fast and curtious check in. Wolfgang also answered all our questions for our stay. While dealing with the front staff, Wolfgang asked to upgrade our parking to include br... Read more

We have had a great experience, we arrived early and were met by Scott who took care of our luggage while we registered for a conference, he then helped us register and delivered us and our luggage to our very nice room. Each time we have seen him since he has gone out of his way to make our stay special. We really appreciate how friendly the staff has been and our room is well appointed and clean. We will defiantly return.

We came to the cities for the Beyonce concert and have nothing negative to say about our stay! Loved having the Club level amenities, totally worth the fee for the upgrade and having access to the lounge. The location was perfect, in walking distance to everything. The bed and pillows were fantastic, I would stay here again without hesitation. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and deserves kudos as well!

The hotel looked a little ruff from the outside and lobby area. However the rooms were very comfortable and up to date. Staff was very friendly and had no issues with check in. Close to convention center but a little bit of walk to the downtown area. Beds were pretty firm but comfortable enough.

Rooms are awesome, clean, great bed, big bathroom, great location, and most of all excellence in customer service! A home is where people care about you, not just a place to stay. THANK YOU to SCOTT LORI WOLFGANG JEFFREY AND MIRANDA! Gee, it seems like I got to know the staff...way cool! Such professional and sincere and helpful. Isn't that what it is all about?

Nothing to write home about. Rooms are clean but small and at least in my bathroom you could tell that there had been some recent painting over a poor patch job. Front desk staff weren't the friendliest you Minnesota friendly but they were efficient. Now the folks out front dealing with bags, cabs, etc. were super friendly and helpful in directing me to cool finds. They should probably do a training session for the front desk folk. I was housed here for the week through the Playwrights' Center for their Apprenticeship I'm a part of. I had a few personal issues happen with my bank and my laptop dying while I stayed here. Not only did the hotel staff make me feel welcome and comfortable in general- BUT they let me use their computer at the front desk to complete a deadline I needed to complete and they stayed on hold with my bank for HOURS to help me troubleshoot my issue. I can't thank the staff here enough and for helping ... Read more

The Millennium hotel has been completely remodeled, the rooms are clean and the service is superb! Ask for Anita at the front desk! I recommend staying on the club floor. The happy hour & breakfast spread included when you stay on the club floor was well beyond what we expected! You're getting more than a snack or a continental breakfast, it was a meal! Syhid was attending the club lounge and he was very welcoming and accommodating.

I stayed at this location with my brother and I'm glad that we did. Parking here is $18 dollars per night which hit us by surprise when we were told that at check-in by Blessing. She greeted us with a bright and welcoming smile and had the best humor with us. She was genuine and had great personality which made our check-in more relatable and personable instead of it being routine, she also told us that we could upgrade our parking and get breakfast which was a plus. All around I'd give the Mill... Read more

The rooms in this hotel are good- clean spacious and good facilities. Two negatives in the rooms. I found it difficult to get the air con set to the right level. Secondly, I realise this is the US but no tea in the room was a problem. The foyer is currently quite cramped due to the renovations being carried out. But even once completed, it is hard to imagine it being spacious. The hotel doesn't really seem to be set up for tourists- more just for people on business. What I mean here is... Read more

I stayed at the Millennium for a conference and was very happy with the location (nice access to restaurants, shopping, parks and museums, and downtown) and pleased with the room (clean, nice bed and linens, in-room amenities). I also took advantage of their workout room which was efficient and provided the basics of what you would need. I would definitely stay here again knowing that it provides what any guest would need.

The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. I wasn't happy about the renovations but it was all for the better. There was one employee who reached out to me. Her name was Miranda. She is very warm, sweet, and welcoming. Made the check in process flawless. I enjoyed our intelligent conversation we had. I also appreciate the overnight staff at the front desk for helping me print a boarding pass out for Spirit Airlines. Thank you all

I stayed here for 3 days for business. I selected the hotel for its central location and because I needed a venue where I could do a day of interviews in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is a lovely space and the restaurant was very accommodating to my all day reservation. But what really stood out was the service. I arrived around 11:30am and Dulce at the front desk was able to do an early check for me. Since there was road construction outside the hotel, she proactively put me in a room on the... Read more

I wouldn't trust this hotel to have a room for you when you arrive, even if you already paid for it. My room was pre-paid well in advance via Expedia, BUT when I arrived at 10 pm was informed "Sorry we gave your room to another guest and will give your money back." This and all other hotels in the area were sold out "but the good news" I was told, is we can send you to a Ramada Inn, 30 miles away. Great front desk staff, great location & very clean. We did have a minor problem with the thermostat in our room. We called the front desk, and in less than ten minutes it was fixed. There was construction outside the hotel and no clear marking where to enter which was frustrating. The man that checked us in certainly did not enjoy his job because he was very curt with us and when we asked a question he acted like we were bothering him. The room was dirty. Ran our finger over our bed on the headboard and there was literally an inch of dust. Also the window sills and lamps were dusty. Stayed two nights at this hotel in order to see the Adele concert with my best friend. The staff was incredibly friendly, easy-going, and helpful (Blessing is lovely!). It's a bit far from the light rail station (8 blocks) and the river (14 blocks), but if you have a car or don't mind walking, then it's well-situated. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are modernly appointed. Overall, nice hotel and would definitely stay again.

I was here as an exhibitor in the convention center nearby. The staff here did everything possible to make my visit comfortable. They were thoughtful and understanding and attentive to every little need. Anita, at the front desk, as well as a brand-new front desk person, Shondrea, were able to arrange two rooms together for my coworker and me, in spite of having to go to a lot of extra time to do so. I recently stayed at the Millennium when in town for a work conference. I reserved my room through the conference website. As my husband was staying with me, his room was also on the reservation. Beautiful hotel! We got a good deal on our room for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday night). But that may be because of the construction around our hotel. We went to Minneapolis the weekend after Prince past away and loved how "purple" the city was. We'd definitely visit Minneapolis again!

The Millenium is right near the convention center which anchors one end of downtown Minneapolis. Their problem is that the Nicollet Mall is being torn up which is gonna take awhile. If they have good deals available to make up for being in the midst of a construction zone, I'd take them up on it. Room was very comfortable, staff was friendly. My only criticism is that the cooked breakfast was slow to arrive.

This hotel has great potential to be memorable, but as is, it's barely adequate. The rooms have been nicely updated with nice vanity and shower. The beds are very comfortable as well.
