The location downtown is great and I was not expecting much because of the low price but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was modern and clean and the bed was great. The lobby was cold however so meeting a friend there did not work. The Hyatt is right across the street.

Immaculate hotel, great breakfasts, quiet room, terrific location...characterized our stay there April 22-24. Best of all were the amazing people who make this place outstanding. EVERY employee we met was friendly, efficient, and did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant. Even my 11-year-old granddaughter commented on how nice everyone was. Terrific employees put this hotel above others.

Goodness. She is an over-the-top perfect representative for this hotel! Her shift had ended 15 minutes prior t... Read more

Close to everything and minutes away from the convention center where we were playing. Staff we encountered were superb from check in to check out. Anita Anunciacion was the first employee we had the pleasure of interacting with and she was excellent, professional, helpful, courteous and she made sure my family was well taken care o... Read more
