The hotel had been open less than a week but from the service you wouldn't know it. Sean and Dustin in the lounge were great! Sean was just like your friendly neighborhood bartender and he knew everything about the area. Dustin was great as well and helped explain the dining options on property then brought by order up to the room promptly. The room and the whole building have a great feel being a historical building. You know you're not in a sterile cookie-cutter hotel. I will definitely return... Read more

If looking for an amazing hotel, gracious staff, and a comfy bed...look no further. You'll love this particular Embassy Suites in downtown Minneapolis. Our 3-room accommodation had a living area, a large bedroom and a large bathroom. The bed was amazing and I could choose my pillow among the ones offered. I chose the feather pillow!! My daughter and I fell asleep immediately and my neck was at its best the next morning!

Very nice facility and located to great restaurants. A little on the pricey side if you don't have points. The parking can be a bit of an issue if you're not familiar with the location but isn't a huge problem.

The Embassy Suites is the latest addition to the downtown Minneapolis hotel landscape... and a great one! The hotel opened in August at the old Plymouth building. The restoration work is exceptional. The suites are very large and well-appointed with the latest technology. The complimentary breakfast offering is superb and overall service level is excellent. As a business traveler, a gym is a very important amenity and this hotel probably has one of the largest, most well-equipped gyms i've seen ... Read more

I had a great stay. The cook to order egg white, spinach and mushroom omelette was excellent, appreciated everyone. I went to Gym where the machines and weights were clean and easy to use. Nothing more to say!

The corner room King Suite was much bigger than I had originally anticipated. The hot and ready-to-serve breakfast was very convenient. Everyone seemed gracious, for the most part. A memorable time...

We stayed downtown for my wife's birthday. This was a new hotel and decided to give it a try. What an incredible property. Great location, big beautiful rooms, and the view from our 12th floor suite was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Love what they did with the property. Very nice rooms and great service. Also its a great location. . Check in and out was a breeze and all employees were very pleasant. I'm hoping I can stay here again! One down side was it took a long time for my room to warm up. I had to crank the heat up to get the room warm but I presume that is because its an old building.

Great locations. Very nice oversized 2 room suites. Staff was very nice and helpful. Reception and breakfast were very good but the location for both was overcrowded. Breakfast had several machines not working and items were not replenished as quickly as they should have been but still was a very good selection.

We enjoyed a short stay at this Hilton brand hotel & found it to be conveniently located and central to many of the sights we desired. The hotel was completely renovated from a former office building which allowed for spacious rooms and amenities. Of particular note was the vastly improved security key card system that doesn't allow anyone without a room card to leave the lobby floor. The roomy bar on the lobby level has a nice selection of wines and cocktails, plus a large/long cozy, welcoming ... Read more

I was in town to visit my daughter, who has recently relocated to this great city. I wanted to treat her to a nice hotel stay, and a friend recommended the Embassy Suites for its recent renovation and downtown location. I can't imagine finding a better hotel for value, cleanliness, comfort, quiet. And the breakfast - and breakfast staff - made the whole experience delightful!

Great location in downtown Minneapolis, a lot of restaurants near by. Recently remodeled. Everything is brand new. Would definitely stay again. The valet parking is expensive but we used a nearby parking lot.

My family came down for the holiday and we cheated on the Westin by staying here. We had a blast! Rooms are big, hotel is clean, staff is friendly and location is perfect. Don't let the valet parking scare you away -- there is plenty of street parking and nearby parking alternatives. The evening cocktail hour is great and its FREE. The breakfast in the morning is cooked to order and its FREE. The pool is small but for kids that love to swim or play in the water it gets the job done. Overall, gre... Read more

Was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was. I also loved the modern decor. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of food and the variety of items to choose from. The only downside was the evening reception which was nothing to write home about.

We flew in for the Vikings game and took light rail from the airport to the hotel. The light rail station is one block to the north; a quick easy walk to the hotel. The light rail was super cheap and super convenient. Hotel is less than a month old and very clean and new. Absolutely LOVED the included breakfast. They have made to order omelettes, eggs, and waffles. In the warming trays they have everything else you can think of, such as bacon, sausage, pancakes, hash brown, etc. There was... Read more

Almost like staying in a small apartment, the suite was quite large with a separate bedroom, living room, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Modern, updated design throughout the property. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Downtown Minneapolis
