Room was OK and internet was as good as expected from a Hilton. Nice fitness room. Terrible breakfast buffet - you get much better food at one of those limited service hotels that give free breakfasts, even ones within the Hilton Family. It's a crime that Doubletree sees fit to charge $16/person for breakfast made of bland powdered eggs

The banquet service is poor, if you rent here for events or even weddings make sure you count the chairs. I requested for a 200 guest and they had to cramp 120 chairs and divided the event room I paid for into two. I had to talk to this rude manager to reset up and get more chairs half an hour to my event. I'm glad I got there early.

I was greeted when I entered the Motel by a lovely young lady named Anisa. She was very professional, courteous, and promptly took care of check-in while simultaneously answering questions I had about the area and the Motels services. So nice to see people trained so well, and give service with a smile on their face and in their voice. The rooms were clean, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub hit the spot, and the exercise room guilted me into a little morning run. Thanks for having what I ... Read more

Ours was a 5 day stay for a family event. The room was small but the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bathroom linens were excellent. The hotel hallways were clean, the room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel service was less than stellar. It took 3 requests to get a non-skid mat for the slippery bathtub. Calls to the front desk would go unanswered at all hours of the day. Unfortunately we were not impressed with our stay here. Upon arrival after dark we couldn't find it because their sign was unlit. Our room had mold or mold stains on the shower curtain and a continuously running toilet. It was hot and humid in event rooms and even our room, although we had the thermostat as low as it would go. Great staff -- friendly and helpful. I was fortunate enough to get one of the suites and access to the Executive Room. The Executive Room is the only way to go when traveling on business. It's a nice lounge-type room with food, beverages, TV, and a computer w/ a printer. The computer access was critical for the success of my trip. Also a great location--adjacent to a very nice group of excellent stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

It was stated that this was downtown but it was on the outskirts and not very easy to get downtown without a car. Hotel was clean, staff very nice but overall showing its age. WiFi very sporadic. There were several weddings as well as the conference I was attending. Our last speaker was stopped short as the hotel needed to get in our ballroom and set up for next event. Understandably but felt there was no leeway between events.

For the price paid, you certainly get your money's worth. The pool isn't bad. We had room service for breakfast, the food was great, and it got there very quickly. You should order bacon. We will stay here again.

Shout out to Katie at the front desk! She rocked! Check in was a breeze, executive lounge was on point, food was great that night and in the morning. Bed was comfortable, parking was easy, location was super convenient, pool was nice, workout room was a bit lacking but manageable, overall just a pleasant solid stay at a very good property. 10/10 will stay again.

Stayed at the Doubletree, only one night,of a scheduled two night stay for a conference. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. However,I was placed in a room on the second floor,#228. It was a suite, with a curtain that opened up to the hotel hallway and atrium near the pool and hot tub. There was no natural light and it felt, for me,sufficating. I was told that I would not be able to be moved due to the hotel being "almost" sold out. Word to wise,do whatever you can to avoid this room. I also n... Read more

Trash underneath my bed, sticky counters in the bathroom, bugs crawling on the lampshades, and hairs all over the sink and toilet. There are several other much nicer hotels for the same price in the same general area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone whether staying here for business or pleasure.

I enjoyed my stay. I was able to relax and be at peace in my downtime from work. The room service was good food and so was the breakfast buffet. I took advantage of the complimentary wi-fi and didn't have any issues.

This hotel was quite nice and affordable. The beds were comfortable and the huge tv was great for Sunday football! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was ok but not great during the stay. I expected them to come sooner in the day, and they didn't replace all of the towels (3 of 4 sets were replaced). They also didn't leave a new roll of toilet paper 2 days in a row. Parking is limited, especially when the convention space is in use. The most surprising thing ... Read more

Lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Love the sandwich place called Urban Sub behind the hotel and they will deliver to your room. It is near an area called Westend which is full of great places to hang out. $10 uber ride to downtown Minneapolis or the new stadium.

Loved the new digital check in with our HHonors membership. We were able to get rooms in the right location, floor and near each other. Great location for dining, night clubs and shopping. Shuttle was great!

This hotel is a typical large hotel. Prices are a bit high for what you get but were reduced for a wedding "room block". Room was clean and housekeeping was fine. The Dover, on site restaurant, had little ambiance but had a TV to watch NFL and World Series games. We didn't use the pool but families with kids would enjoy it. Would be a fine place for a convention, and in our case, a wedding celebration. Food at the reception was great and service was wonderful. All in all, a great time was had... Read more

My family stayed here for a family wedding for two nights. The hotel was clean as were rooms but the beds were small!!! Double maybe but not really good for two people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was Kefle who was the shuttle driver that took us to and from the wedding reception. He was great!!! Not a new property but well maintained. If the beds were queens it wld be a 5 star for us

King room we reserved was not given us as reserved, we got a double room instead. Double beds are very small. Overcharged for the second room (a suite) but corrected when I made a point of saying it was wrong. Clean room, housekeeping was helpful and friendly, front desk at check in was indifferent.

The front desk people were very friendly. Lillian in the Executive Lounge was great! She was very personable and provided great customer service. The lady in the Executive Lounge in the morning was good, too. Good value for the money.

I've stayed here twice now in the past year and both stays have been very pleasant! From the staff to the accommodations, I can't find anything negative to say at all. The new executive chef hit the nail on the head with his Wild Rice soup and 'adult' grilled cheese. So delish. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and look forward to future stays here.

This is a marvelous place to stay. Very quiet in a busy place and perfect for for walking right out a side door. There is a pond with a walk around it. Good buffet breakfast and fast elevator service. Never waited more than 30 seconds or so. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

During my stay I needed to change rooms from the executive level due to construction taking place in the room next door. The Hotel was quite nice and transferred me to a sweet on a lower level away from the construction. A slight hassel, but overall quite a pleasant stay.

Last night I went to the nearly-empty restaurant at the Doubletree in St. Louis Park, MN, and I was told by the manager to sit anywhere. After waiting more than 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table, I eventually decided to leave. I cannot comment about the quality of the food, but the service certainly stinks.

Rooms were not very clean. Full size beds instead of queen. Two towels for four registered people. No continental breakfast. Expensive dry muffins. Halls and elevators needed vacuming. The pool was nice for kids to swim.

Very standard offer. It was convenient, clean and comfortable. The walls are thin so when the neighbor next door woke up at 5am and was talking, I could hear every word. No different than any other hotel in the category.

My party was calling in to grab a room from our block and had nothing but problems calling the hotel and reserving a room. Our suite (main room) was for some reason cancelled when I called. Glad I called in to check on this. Typically I never call the hotel to check after making reservations but I JD my suspicions after my family and friends were having all the issues they did. Luckily they had another room when I called that morning upon arrival. Had two names on the block and they couldn't k... Read more

We were in Minneapolis visiting our daughter and chose this hotel because it was fairly close to her home. We stayed for 4 nights. There are quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance which was a plus. We stayed here during Thanksgiving and it was a great value! Rooms were clean. Lobby was a comfortable place to do some work for business. Cookies were delicious

I have stayed here multiple times in the past few years. It has always been pleasant, especially with easy access from 494. I particularly enjoyed the pool and workout amenities this time. Very good way to relax.
