I stayed here for 5 days in May of 2016. Although the hotel is nice and centrally located, the staff seems disorganized and poorly trained. When I arrived, there was no friendly greeting, and the man at the front desk had incorrect information on the confirmation page, but told me to sign anyway. The key he gave me opened an occupied room, which surprised me and the other guest. When I got my new room, I noticed that a bottom sheet was missing from one of the two beds and told the front desk... Read more

I can not say enough good about the woman named Terry who ran the dining area where we ate our complimentary breakfast every morning, which by the way was great! Way more than we expected for a `free breakfast'. Terry kept the area very nice and clean, she was always on the go tidying up and replenishing the food. I recently spent a week at this location while onsite for business in the Twin Cities. The first night I arrived, I heard in the (adjoining) room next to me a family with a few small children. Most of the clientele I see at the hotels during the week are business minded -- visiting customers, having sales meetings, etc. It's very rare for me to see families with children at the hotels, except for the more vacation destinations like Florida or California, or during larger sports / competition eve... I stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave. Entire facility was clean, brightly lit and very updated d├ęcor. The workout room was very large and well equipped. If you want more than just a comfortable bed (which they certainly provided), this is the place to stay. It is very conveniently located only 10 min. from downtown with several great restaurants close by. I'll definitely stay there again the next chance I get.
