We have stayed here before and will use GrandStay again. Pricing was good and place was very nice along with their staff. Location was just off I35 and close to downtown. Wish they were with a chain as we travel all over the US. B, from Iowa

This is our second time staying at the GrandStay Faribault. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is more than adequate and better than most hotels with fresh fruit options as well as yogurt along with the usual bacon, eggs, waffles, etc. There is a nice pool area and game room too. Parking is free and the location of this hotel is very convenient.

Great hotel for a weekend stay. The suites allow for several people to visit, rooms are easy to move around in. Full kitchen allows for bringing in favorite foods and snacks. Great for traveling with kids!

This is my second time in staying at a GrandStay property and once again I am very impressed. The suites are above and beyond excellent, roomy and comfortable. All of the staff was always smiling and helpful. I would absolutely choose this hotel again and also recommend it to anyone staying in this area. I have stayed in many hotels that cost a lot more and offer so much less than GrandStay.

We were pleasantly surprised by your hotel. Everything from price to comfort was excellent. This was our first time staying at a GrandStay Hotel. We were traveling thru and gift too tired to travel anymore. So we took a chance and so glad we did !!

If the beds had been a little better, the entire stay would have been fine. The bed was a king that was quite soft and kind of wavy and you sink in a lot. If you do not mind a softer bed, the play would be very good.

Loved access to a kitchen. It had everything I needed to make a few nice meals on site so I didn't have to interrupt my work. Nice friendly staff. A Wednesday so it was quiet but could hear neighbors talking at times. Nights were quiet. Pillows were plentiful but none that comfy for my liking.

The room layout was so impressive that when we walked in we said this is really nice. It is the best room I have stayed in in that price range. A real value. The location is very convenient to both downtown Faribault and freeway access. I would highly recommend staying there.

Clean & well maintained - dim lighting in the hallways was a little weird. Only thing I'd like to see is "Pet Friendly" rooms - Breakfast was good, reception area & bkfst area were very nice. Pool was awesome with a lil tyke area

Incredible value!! Even though we didn't need it, our room had a very nice kitchenette. The hotel overall was very neatly kept. There was a variety in the vending machines, including toiletries. Their breakfast area was spacious as well.

Good for family traveling you can close the bedroom door when someone gets up early. Two televisions one in each area. Bed very comfortable but sofa bed not so much. I would definitely stay there again. Very clean, everything you could need. Iron, ironing board, full refrigerator, dishwasher dishes, coffeemaker, pans and stovetop. Microwave too.

Incredible value!! The room has a very nice kitchenette, with full size refrigerator and 2 burner stove (if needed). Was grateful for the full refrigerator to put in a case of bottle water, which was needed for a hot weekend.. The hotel overall was very neatly kept and very friendly.

Staff was super polite. Easy check-in. Rooms were very clean. Staff even helped me get access to type a letter needed for family business. The swim pool was very clean. The cleaning staff was super!! We have stayed before and found the service the same. It is the only place we will stay in this city.

Although there is not much to do in Faribault the hotel is right by the interstate so you can get to other locations quickly. The staff helped us identify places to go to keep us busy during our one-night stay in Faribault.

This was a place that was recommended to us when we visited family this past weekend. The hotel was easy to find and not too far away from eating establishments. The pool & hot tub was refreshing to use at the end of the day. If you use the online reservation system please make sure the reservation went through - we reserved 2 rooms and the system only made one even though it said I had two reserved. Thankfully we caught it when I called in and the hotel staff was able to straighten this out bef... Read more

basketball was being played late into the evening with foul language heard everywhere. When a late check out was requested there was no flexibility to accommodate. I would have expected at least a conversation about why we needed the extra hour and maybe an offer of 30 minutes?

great accommodations bit a screw up at check in but it was resolved. Stayed for the 2 bedrooms and it was as advertised. Breakfast was great, and maid service was prompt and good. Proximity to interstate and down town was nice. Golf course across the road was great.

Very nice hotel. We combined a business activity with a short family getaway. The room a/c was a bit difficult to regulate, but we had good blankets! The location to the Aquatic center was great. The outside basketball court was a plus.

Very nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. I will always make this the place I stay while in the area, and will travel a little bit out of my way to get there if I would have to. The rooms were very large with some very comfortable beds. Great breakfast as well.

Been here twice now, both for family reunions close by. Staff accommodated us, as we requested. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast meals were so delicious. Swimming pool was just right for the grandkids. Suggestion for a good chicken place was just perfect. Staff is great to work with.LS

Very nice! Very clean! My only very minor negative was the walls are a little thin and you can hear people in adjoining rooms pretty easily. Not enough to hurt the rating on this wonderful hotel. A true hidden gem

We loved the amount of space in the room and especially the separate bedroom. So nice to have the kitchenette and desk/work area. Pleased to have the patio tables and our group of 7 made good use to the tables. Breakfast dining area pleasant and nice choice of breakfast items. We definitely will be back.

Nice hotel for the area and if you have a family. Almost too much for a single person unless you plan to cook etc. All I needed was a comfy room. Should have a coupld rooms just for a single person traveling.

The hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. However, I didn't sleep well because our room was right above the lobby and next to the stairs. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper and was awaken multiple times from lobby noises and people running on stairs.
