Having a separate bedroom was super nice. The hotel gave us a special rate because we were attending the theater nearby. Everything was clean and employees were so friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and was filling. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a very average and adequate business hotel. They have everything a business traveler needs: wireless WiFi in the rooms, breakfast buffet included in room price, in-room refrigerator, microvave, iron & ironing board. Rooms are decently large with a desk that has room to work. You will not feel "pampered" here, but everything was clean and in working order. I've had better breakfast buffets, but the breakfast here is good enough to get you fueled up for the work day. Price is very goo... Read more

This is a great location and if you are in the area make sure to visit the U of M Landscape Arboretum. The Chanhassen Dinner Theatre is next door and there is plenty of close by shopping. Prince's estate Paisley Park is a couple miles away on Hwy 5. I enjoy that this hotel has whirlpool suites and a hot tub in the pool area.

This was another really nice Country Inn and Suites. We had a corner room with a fireplace and jetted tub. The breakfast was good. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is because of the noise. The hotel was fairly full. I believe there was some teen sports event nearby, as there were a lot of them here. Normally we don't hear much outside noise staying at hotels, but I could hear people talking at a normal volume in the parking lot, so this property could definitely use some better sound p... Good breakfast! Nice & close to the Chanhassen dinner theater. Just a quick walk, so everyone could feel comfortable enjoying a couple fancy drinks during the show. :) Pool was not huge, but we stayed on a Tuesday, so was not crowded at all.

We booked this hotel for our wedding party. The woman we worked with to block off rooms and organize the shuttle was very pleasant to work with. The same cannot be said for the reception staff. They were rude to our guests and were not willing to answer questions they had regarding the shuttle service and where to eat near by.

Hotel is in a great location, as I was working in Minnetonka. So quiet, though lot was busy, I heard no one. Clean and new enough feeling. Breakfast didn't attract me, nor the unfriendly looking person refilling things. Desk staff was cordial and helpful. Near Arboretum and Prince's place.

Hotel is dirty, in poor repair, and staff are unhelpful. Broken toilet, sink drain, and air conditioning. We brought problems to manager attention and housekeeping cleaned soiled bathroom and changed dirty, damaged bedding with a bad attitude. Promised repair of other issues were never completed. Black ants were in the room. The microwave turntable was unstable/ didn't fit. A fire alarm went off at midnight as a false alarm. Trains kept us awake after fire alarm. Worst experience ever!

Pull out dble bed from living room couch for 1 or 2 people, while bedroom had king. 2 TV's, bathroom clean, plenty of clean linens & shower amenities, great outside smoking area connected to outdoor patio-access to all on first floor, great breakfast selection. Partiers stayed on the patio instead of inside the rooms!

This hotel was booked for our son's wedding at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre. A block of rooms were booked for out of town guests. Upon arrival staff needed to be reminded to clean the rooms, deliver towels, and to fix a television that was not working. A sense of uncaring was noticed by all guests. This is a very nice hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone EXCEPT I have one BIG complaint and that is the water is WAY too softened making showering a miserable experience. Otherwise it's a clean attractive hotel with great service. It's a very short walk to the Chanhassen dinner theater. It has a complementary breakfast but we had already planned to eat elsewhere so I can't attest to its quality.

Was I ever disappointed with this facility. You don't expect glamour here, but you do expect to have a functional room. The room had a huge wet area on the carpet, the Air conditioner did not cool the room (or stay on), the sheets were like sandpaper and the bed was a recipe for back pain. We told the front desk about the wet carpet, they 'shampooed' the carpet, when we returned 10 hours later, it wasn't dry and smelled like a wet baby diaper. It was awful. I stayed at this property in June with my baseball team. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite, it was very spacious and offered plenty of room for my family. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great every morning and there was plenty of variety to please everyone. The pool was a little on the small side but kids still had a lot of fun swimming. For what you have to pay, it should have been better. We stayed because of a wedding at Chanhassen Theater, and had to get one of the fancy rooms. It was expensive, but the whirlpool barely worked, the blow dryer didn't, the breakfast was marginal and the whole place just felt like it needed a deep cleaning and a face lift. OK for Super 8 prices, but not for what we paid.
