Staying at this hotel currently until tomorrow 4/21/16. The room was decent on the first floor but smelled musty every time we walked in. The Staff appears to be constantly missing from the front desk. On our arrival night, we had problems getting the TV remote to function properly and a young lady made every effort to take care of the issue. With our help, she finally corrected the issue and all was good. Location is great, showers are great, and grounds are well maintained. Pool and hot tub we... Read more

We are loyal AmericInn customers and have stayed at this AmericInn location multiple times. We went back recently because of great past experiences but this time was a completely different experience. The front desk clerk was extremely rude when we arrived, the breakfast was disappointing (we only ate the complimentary breakfast once out of the two night stays), and then we received HORRIFIC customer service after we checked out. Never use their safes because your items are not safe in them if y... Read more

We came for wedding and the facility was clean and our room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and staff was great. I am disappointed that there is no taxi/uber/lyft service w/in a reasonable distance.

We have stayed five times in the last two years. Always a comfortable room, especially those with a jacuzzi tub. Nearby shops and dining options abound. Near the home of Prince and his studio. We were there immediately after he passed away. Matt, the manager is always responsive to our needs. D

I was there for a Wedding and Matt Mayben checked us in. He was friendly, helpful, and speedy. Without us asking, he said he likes to take care of his wedding groups and upgraded us for free! He also answered questions, but more importantly provided additional helpful information about the surrounding area. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Chanhassen Area. Thanks Matt!

We were only staying overnight, but at check in we were greeted warmly and the process was very quick. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He answered a few questions for us and gave a few recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area.

The AmericInn is not only an exceptional value but a delightful place to stay. Meticulous rooms and and common living room area...even a puzzle set up to make it feel like home. Delicious breakfasts and helpful staff.

Pretty standard Americinn, but nicely updated rooms, which were very clean. Good breakfast and nice pool area which they kept open for our group coming in late after the show. Convenient location and lots of parking.

I have never stayed at an AmericInn and I must say I truly enjoyed my time. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was wonderful and changed up a little each day. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice. We stayed for 4 nights and I got some restful sleep. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat and things to do. I could easily walk to a restaurant, get my nails done and my hair cut. Great property! Keep up the good work.

We paid $180 a night for a room that was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We could hear the neighbor coughing all night and the bed sheets with gum in them, cut foot over broken glass, remotes not working, card reader not working. It was a horrible experience.

We were in town for a family party and wanted a pet friendly place to stay. The AmericInn was perfect. We rented a suite which provided ample room for my husband and me, our adult daughter and our dog, Lucy. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was a refrigerator, sink and kitchen table in the suite we rented so we could bring breakfast upstairs. We‚??ll be back the next time our travel plans bring us to this area.

Comfortable queen beds, good reading lights. I had to wait a while after the toilet flushed to get much water pressure in the shower, but then it was fine. Room included microwave & frig & safe & individual coffee maker. Free parking. Tv remote seems worn out; only works about 1 time in 10 pushes. Hair drier medium & high settings seemed the same--these were minor annoyances. The furnishings in the room appeared new. Plenty of outlets. Close to Arboretum.

The hotel is clean and well kept. A little hard to access. A restaurant is across the parking lot. The pillows were awful. We slept well and would go back. Stayed here while enjoying a trip to the Dinner Theater. Discounted rates if you book through the theater!

We had elderly family with us for an out-of-town family wedding, and the staff provided exceptional support and care for our elderly family members! Truly above and above!! Also, the beds are comfy, and the breakfasts delicious.

Staying several nights with lots of gear for an athletic event, so booked the king suite. The hotel itself looks a little rundown in spots -- mainly around the elevators. The space there is limited and I think people are bumping into corners, walls, etc. with their luggage. However, the room was great -- updated and in very good condition, no nicks or scrapes or stains or anything else like that. This suite was huge -- possibly the largest hotel suite I've ever stayed in. We had a very comforta... Read more

The overall appearance of the hotel was average however, the room we had was above average. Very spacious and very clean. We had a jacuzzi in our room and a king size bed. It was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised.

This hotel is well maintained and a pleasant atmosphere. I was happy to be a guest and was disappointed that I was staying briefly for one night. I usually look for Americinn Lodge and Suites for where I am going because of the staff, amenities, cleanliness, comfort-ability, and price of the hotel.

We stayed here to visit the Ren Fair. It was close by and there is a great restaurant on the parking lot to eat at after you have exhausted yourself at the fair. Air conditioner worked great and the room was quiet.
