This hotel was exactly what you would expect of a Hampton Inn property. The hotel was located close to the main highways, very clean and well maintained (including the room) and the rooms were decorated in the typical Hampton Inn style. There was an area off of the lobby where breakfast (included) was served each morning and families used it as a gathering place the rest of the day. The indoor pool seemed to be popular with the guest who had children. Breakfast was served buffet style and of... Read more

My stay was arranged for business but I have also stayed in Hampton Inns in the past. This hotel was clean and the hotel team were helpful and professional. The complimentary breakfast offered a varied fare of cereal, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and hot food (eggs, sausage, etc) to get you started in the morning. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and provides easy access to I-35. There are many very good restaurants, pubs, and fast food places close. I am very pleased with t... Read more

My husband and I stayed two nights while traveling near Minneapolis and I have to say this is one of the top hotels we have stayed in. Immaculate, friendly, spacious rooms with microwave, fridge. Lots of convenient charging outlets. Roomy bathroom with sink in the bathroom, which I prefer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with some extra touches like actual fresh fruit, not canned. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, pastries, and much more. Clean comfortable beds and... Read more

Clean, nice staff, needs updating in the bathroom. Located in a safe area and close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Right off the highway so very noisy. We were able to hear EVERYTHING going on above us and next door.

We were here for a trip with 8-year old grandson to go to Lego Land and to see friends in the area. This hotel is close to good shopping and a great restaurant, Roasted Pear, for lunch or dinner. They have a very good breakfast with lots of choices and an very nice and friendly person at the breakfast who welcomed us and asked about our day. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Well worn, other wise fine. THis was a fine hotel at one time but the years have past and you can tell that everything in the room has been used and not refreshed or replaced. It is probably time to update.

This was our third trip to the Burnsville, MN, area and we've always had a good experience with Hampton Inn. The breakfasts are always good and variety is appreciated. We'll be back in the future. The only negative was a luxurious comforter bedspread, which was too heavy for a summer night (even with the AC on).

Great location with quick interstate access to the Twin Cities. Clean and quiet rooms. Complementary breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold item options. The staff was very friendly and helpful..especially at check-in.

Stayed at this hotel based on a friends advise. It was a good stay, was able to check in quick and with no hassles. The bathroom was pristine ( no mold thank God ) room was clean, bed was comfy. The only not that great thing was the breakfast, did not care for it, the biscuits tasted old . I would recommend this hotel, safe area with plenty of restaurants and minutes to the Zoo. Good job Burnsville!!!

My pre-teen daughter and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Minneapolis. Nothing was horrible, but there wasn't much fantastic either. Check in and out were quick and painless, but not overly hospitable. The room was clean, except that a bottle of facial cleaner had been left under the vanity in the bathroom. The beds were extremely firm. The room was over furnished with a desk, two dressers and a cabinet stand for the refrigerator and microwave. We were on the 1st floor on the end and ... Read more

We were pleased. Not the hotel's fault, but someone's car alarm kept going off during the night. Room was clean and so was bathroom. Good place to stay. The price was better than hotel in Shakopee and Burnsville is close to Valleyfair and the Mall of America.

This is a inexpensive but nice hotel with an excellent staff who makes your experience enjoyable. I would recommend staying here, the rooms could use some updating as our windows leaked during a rain storm. The pool and hot tub are also a wonderful perk to this hotel.

Great place to stay in the Minneapolis suburbs. It seemed like everything we wanted to do was only 20 minutes away! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well appointed and a good place to relax. Breakfast was a highlight; we were there for 4 breakfasts and enjoyed each one throughly. They also had a breakfast to go option, but we liked sitting down to breakfast so much we made sure we were not in a rush!

With so many other choices nearby, you would think this place would be nice. It is tired. Staff was fine. Nothing special here. Make sure you put in Nicollet COURT as Nicollet Ave address puts you a half a mile away. Plenty of parking In a well lit lot.

The location, right at the split between I-35W and I-35E was very convenient. There were numerous chain and local restaurants within very close driving distance (try the Blue Ox sandwich shop!). We were treated great by the hotel staff, including them allowing us to tailgate in the back parking lot on a nightly basis while we were in town for a baseball tournament. We were able to play tailgating games (bags, washers, etc.) while grilling and enjoying our "adult beverages" without incident. I wo... Read more

We stayed at this hotel while in town for a baseball tournament. The staff was extremely helpful & tolerated our large group of kids well. Nancy in the breakfast area was excellent - keeping food well stocked, cleaning tables, helping people find seats, and even refilling coffee. The only downfall to the trip was that I did find the beds & pillows a little uncomfortable.

This is a fairly typical Hampton, except that the reception area is very small and cramped. The room, however, was just fine and included my required bathtub, so I was happy. I had been, however, under the impression that they had laundry facilities in the hotel, but they do not. It is across the way in the Fairfield property. We opted to go use a laundromat instead, so I can't speak to those facilities. The location is a bit out of town, I suppose, but that made it quiet, but still conveni... Read more

I travel a lot with my husband while he works. We come here a lot, they are always very nice and friendly. Clean and like the decor. Nice swimming area. Breakfast is good, nice choices, only issue is they don't seem to have any type of meat. Been here a lot and today was the only day they had some meat, cubed ham in scrambled eggs, but very few at that.

This is a slightly older property, with that said was very clean, and staff very friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, not that it's a bad thing. There is plenty of parking and an overflow lot as well which is handy if you are towing something or driving a truck. Rooms were very clean, pool very clean, plenty of linens. Book this hotel through trip advisor based on the positive reviews. This is an older property that has been renovated. We had a king size bed on the 4th floor. Room was spacious with a flat screen TV, small refrigerator and microwave. Nice counter top height vanity in bathroom but the tub seemed unusually narrow and sides sloped noticeably. A nice, clean hotel. Our door did not lock, we discovered at 11:00 pm but reported the first thing in the morning. The fix took about an hour and the handyman was very nice. Breakfast was fine but the best reason to stay here is the location right off Interstate 35W, you have easy access to wherever in the area.

Hotel is dated looking on the outside, but is updated inside. Friendly staff! The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure, and I liked the room amenities. Hotel seemed booked, but it was quiet in our room. Basic complimentary breakfast offerings, but it was good and I did enjoy the fresh mango and papaya! The Hampton in Burnsville is very close to the interstates, in fact, in our room, 322, we were able to hear the road noise, although it did not interrupt our sleep. The amenities were typical for Hampton, although the hotel itself seemed a bit older, as in older bathroom facilities compared to other Hamptons we have visited (such as it has a tub shower combo, as opposed to a nice walk in shower). Service was terrific, including giving us directions. our bed was comfortable, and we were able to... Read more

Was in town for business. I am a loyal Hilton Honors person and am used to the Hampton and Hilton standard. However this Hampton was exceptional. From the minute you check in to when you are eating breakfast, to when you are just leaving in the morning or coming back at night, you are greeted and welcomed with a smile and easy conversation. Extremely friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean, neat and customer service was excellent.
