upon arrival, the young lady behind the desk was very pleasant and very out going. The hotel lobby looked very clean. The room was excellent and very clean. I thought the break bar had plenty of choices, but it would have been nice if they would have donuts. The hotel was next to bar/restaurant, which was great. I enjoyed a meal with friends

Never stayed at an AmericInn before. Thought for the price it would be average. Found the hotel to be very clean, updated. The rooms were large, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was free and good. Great value for the price. A good choice.

The hotel was well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shops and the hotel provided shuttles to the Mall of America. Breakfast was decent, especially the strawberry waffles.

Great location. Close to food and shopping. The hotel staff was excellent I had a package shipped there for when I arrived and everything went smoothly when I. Checke d in the nice lady behind the counter made sure we got our package and to let them know if we needed help cutting the hockey stick to the right length.Gloria the next morning greater us at the front desk. And also offered to help with the stick. Everytime we entered the lobby they greeted us like we were old friends. T... Read more

We stayed at this AmerIcInn because of their park and stay option. We were on our way to Napa for vacation. The room was nice, clean. Staff was accommodating. We arranged for the shuttle to pick us up at 4:am and he was right on schedule. After a little bit of a confrontation with another guest, we were on our way. We called from the airport when we got home and they arrived within a reasonable time. All in all, a good experience. SUGGESTION: if you are going to use their shuttle, be sure you ... Read more

We got a good price on Priceline which is the only reason we stayed at this hotel. I think I will be leery in the future using Priceline however for the price we got this place was OK. The front desk staff was unprofessional and unkempt, borderline rude. I stood in line for quite awhile while one staff person was on the phone with a customer making a reservation and they were very snarky to the customer. 1 gal that was there in the morning, I did not catch her name, was the nicest of all the s... Visited as a couple and with family as well. Front desk staff always nice and helpful. I visited June 17th-19th and the rooms were a little outdated but still nice and clean. The staff reccomended we used the free hotel shuttle to the mall and used the blueline train to the Twins game.. I Do Not reccomended it! I would rather drive or cab next time. We had a hard time to find the train, the train was so full and a very long ride! The hotel shuttle and driver to the mall was awesome though. Rooms... Read more

Joe With a Bow was very helpful with the conflicts we had with a 3rd party booking site. He made it very welcoming! the other gal (we didn't catch her name) made sure we got everything figured out too!! Thank you guys for everything. we got to our room everything was clean and in order. I would recommend this to anyone traveling.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel one star was because I got it on Priceline, so the price was right. However, despite the decent price obtained through Priceline, still would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Points of concerns: -Cleanliness - EVERYTHING in this hotel is stained/scuffed/blemished. From the lampshades in the room, to the tub in the room to the carpet in the hallways, EVERYTHING looks worn and run down -Breakfast was so crowded, we couldnt even take advantage of the include... This is certainly not a 3 star hotel. Hallway smelled of urine. Clumps of long hair in our tub. Out of date TV. Breakfast was horrible. On the positive the location is pretty good Bloomington. The pool had a bunch of hair in it, but outside of that was pool pretty up to par.

Joanna and Gloria go above and beyond any other Hotel. They make sure your are completely happy. The rooms are always clean. There is 2 restaurants within walking distance. Hotel also has a shuttle to the Mall of America.

The carpets are dirty and sticky, the tub does not drain. The hallways were not clean either. It not a 3 star hotel, a 2 at best. Will definitely not come back. On the plus side the person at the front desk was friendly...but that is about it...

You shouldn't expect The Hilton coming to this hotel. But that's why people choose it, it's price is more affordable. My room was well kept and clean. I had a mini fridge, microwave, arm chair, TV, control over my temp., etc. This hotel has a nice pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It also has free breakfast. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!!

I have stayed here before when it was a Hampton Inn.. My last stay here the carpets were dirty, The drapery in my room was coming off the hooks and did not stay up right, My bathroom light worked sometime and other times would not come on.. I was in room 208... The breakfast and coffee in the morning are great..

American airlines put us up here overnight. Joe with the sparkly bow was bubbly at check-in and totally hooked us up with amenities as we didn't have our luggage. He could not have been nicer. Rooms were clean. Bed was lumpy. Hot shower.

I visited this hotel with my wife and 2 young kids. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Washroom was reasonable size pillows were ok with some choices. The pool area was very humid with a very warm pool and the hot tub was very comfortable. Kids are allowed in the pool till 10pm and adults till 12. The breakfast was typical for a free breakfast. All in all this is a 3 star hotel. It was recently converted from Hampton Inn to AmericInn so an older GPS may have trouble finding it. But Ea... Read more

Very clean and cheap hotel. The room was more of an expensive 200 dollars a night hotel. All the necessities were in our room and some we didn't expect. Room was very clean and they even drove us t the airport . Very impressed w the airport shuttle driver. Please thank him for us again. Very recommended !

We stayed at this hotel while we attended wedding festivities in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The front desk staff (Gloria) went over and above her duties when we arrived from Ontario too early for check in. She accommodated us and remained that way throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean & comfortable, and the pool area was also clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room for either one night or longer. Excellent.

We needed to find a hotel near the airport with a 4 am shuttle to the airport, a refrigerator in the room AND would allow us to leave a vehicle for 10 days at a reasonable price. This hotel fit that! It was inexpensive, has pool and, if you don't have to leave early, a hot breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of that. Don't expect luxury accommodations but the staff was very friendly and the price was right!

The hotel was nice and the room was slightly better than I expected from an AmericInn. What was most disappointing was the bathroom. It was extremely small and cramped. The toilet was the smallest toilet I've ever seen in my many years of traveling, almost like it was a childs toilet, and I hit my head on the bathroom door several times getting up. The shower curtain rod was bent and the shower curtain would never stay completely closed. Finally, the TV remote didn't work well...I had to li... Read more

Bed sagged in the middle. Employee checking us in couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Pretty sure the eggs were once in powder form. I would either spend less on a hotel that doesn't pretend to be nice, or more on one that is worth the money.

We stayed here during the Ryder Cup, had friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and quick interstate access. We had to leave early to get to the golf tournament, so missed the free breakfast, and the staff had brown bags with snacks and water for us, it was greatly appreciated!! The access to Denny's 24 hour restaurant was good...we had breakfast there all three days. I would definitely stay here again, the access to France avenue restaurants as well as American Blvd restaurants is reall... Read more

had to stay because of delay with our flight. The lobby is locked down after 11 pm. had to wait for someone to open door. the rooms are okay, but old furnishings. Bed and linens were clean, but bathroom and tub were moldy and dirty. they included breakfast which was okay in quality, especially the fresh waffles. will not return.

We picked up this hotel on Priceline' express deal. The price was low and you get to pick how many stars the hotel is ranked. This worked out perfect for us. It provides uses an 'ok' breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. Our only reason for getting a room was to avoid any frustrations getting to the airport during rush hour. We were very happy with the price, airport shuttle and breakfast.

Stayed here because of the park and fly option & was pleased. Good shower, comfortable bed, quiet noise level, prompt shuttle driver, & courteous staff. There was even hot coffee at 4 a.m. I'd have no problem staying here again.

The rooms were what you expect. The staff were very helpful when I ran into issues and were quick to make the appropriate accommodations. There's a free breakfast in the morning and there's a pool for the kiddos. It's also right across the street from Joe Senser's and has a Denny's attached (just in case you aren't digging the free breakfast).

Don't stay here if you like taking a shower. If you don't like showering then this is the hotel for you! It would have been more effective to shower in the rain storm then in the shower in my room. Aside from that the location is nice. Next to a couple restaurants which is always convenient.

The rooms were not cleaned well, the bathroom had stains that appears to look like blood and the drains backed up. The toasters did not work in the breakfast area either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Not even to stay over night! there were bugs in the room and the screens to the window popped off. The TV did not even work and I had to move hotel rooms.

Great choice. Naif, the guy in the reception, welcomed me in the best possible way. He was very helpful, and allowed me to check in a little early. The pool seemed clean, even though I didn't use it. The breakfast was good, in both quantity and quality. The hotel is very close to the airport and to Mall of America. It has a gas station right in front, very convenient if you have a car rental.
