Made to order omlettes for breakfast. Very tasty. Staff were very courteous and professional. I have stayed here for many of my trips prior to leaving for the airport and upon return. On my most recent stay the manager was asking the guests how they enjoyed their stay and their breakfasts. Genuine concern was shown for a comfortable stay!

Average size room with a wall dividing it into 2 rooms doesn't make it a suite! Closet door fell of. Light bulbs dim. Furniture uncomfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff courteous, and manager seems to care, but the building is not up to Embassy Suite standards

Not your traditional Embassy Suites. A takeover of another hotel. Still, all the usual amenities. Good selection of beverages for the evening reception. Usual great breakfast with bacon to die for! Did I say excellent thick sliced bacon? If not for the jet takeoff noise this would be a 5 star. It did not bother me too much but may bother others.

When we visit our daughter, we always stay at Embassy Suites. It's five minutes from her home, and we are able to invite them to breakfast and let the children swim in the pool , which enhances our visit very much. The rooms are always clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. Makes a pleasant stay.

While this is not the best Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at, overall it is very good. The staff is very friendly and always offers a "hello" when you walk by. The room was nothing special and pretty standard for an Embassy. They do have a better than average snack selection at their nighttime happy hour and the service is very good. The breakfast is excellent as they usually are at Embassy Suites. One of the things that could use improvement is what appears to be a maintenance area on t... Read more

Pros: The best staff from the time I checked in (early) until the time I checked out. Every staff member almost melted my heart from such positive energy and warm smiles to greeting passing in the hall or outside. Cons: Smallest room I have seen (comparing to three in Texas) no sink by coffee maker. (Irked me just a tab bit but not enough to stay away.

Overall and a very positive experience. Quiet unassuming on the outside especially with the construction going on all over and then you go inside and you experience the welcoming environment. From the initial check in which was quite fast and pleasant to the layout of the lobby and then the next day the continental breakfast the helpfulness of the staff, basically overall a very positive experience that made this lengthy trip a whole lot better for me and my family.

If you want to stay near the airport (for whatever reason) this is a solid bet. A little hard to navigate the road around the property (due to construction) but the property is in great shape. Good hotel, like most Embassy Suites, staff was solid, food was good. They even have a quick service burger stand inside if you didn't catch dinner.

The room was smaller than I expected, but nice. There was no sink in the wet bar, but not a major issue. There were also 2 flat screen tv's mounted in room which gave the room a nice touch. The only thing that bothered me was a slight smell in the room (smelled like burnt hair) but that was fixed by day 2. The breakfast was great! Unfortunately, my room was not clean. There were bugs in the windowsills, a stained pillowcase, badly stained and torn upholstery in the living area, and most surfaces were somewhat dusty or oily. Maybe it's because travel alot or perhaps because I work in the travel industry....who knows;) I found this hotel suitable for an overnight at the airport. There was construction outside but the inside of hotel was clean. We were not impressed with the friendliness of the lady at the reception. I don't think she smiled once. There was a lady that went around asking people if they wanted anything from the restaurants and she was a pleasure to do business with. She had advice on what to order based on our tastes. It was good advice too. Not much signage on how to get to the hotel but that could be due to the construction.

Have been traveling for sports with my kids for years and have never stayed at a hotel that treated both the players and parents in a way that everyone felt truly welcome.
