I needed a place near the Inn at St. John's for a business conference. I was able to book a very clean, very comfortable room just 3 minutes away. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The room was a pleasant surprise for the cost. The truth is that I didn't want to leave my hotel room the next morning because I was so comfortable. Present in the room was iron and full size ironing board, refrigerator, microwave and Kurig coffee maker with K cups, flat screen tv and it was so clean. I will... Read more

My experience from making a reservation to checking out was commendable. Loved the room decor and set up. The Kerurig pot was an extra in-room-bonus. Linen/towels were nice. Excellent customer service.

Hotel is situated at the exit of the freeway. Service is good and the rooms are also ok. The rooms are clean, air con is noisy, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very "American Style", Coffee also. For dinner you have to drive some minutes to several restaurants.

Jason and his team are very warm and welcoming and go beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was well taken care of during my 6 months business stay. I would highly recommend this hotel over any I have stayed at in the area.

Great Firm bed. Clean room. Great location for our needs. Good above average breakfast with a cooked to order option. Smiling faces! We had coupons for the breakfast which made it complimentary. Electronic check in was easy and everything was ready when we got there EARLY. I did not hear anyone express any complaints.

The staff and appearance of this hotel was above par. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Aside from noisy children in the hallway (not the hotel issue, but inattentive and inconsiderate parents). Would definitely stay again!

The rooms staff and amenities were great-top notch really. The only down side was that we kept getting bumped off our internet connection. We did not pursue the connection very hard, so it may have been easily resolved. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Room A/C very noisy, Bed supported by a 4x4 post because of broken frame. No hot water. You should not have to run the faucet for 20 minutes to obtain hot water. Mattress was of poor quality and needs updated. For business travelers who spend a lot of time in hotels an important feature is not only cleanliness but a good nights sleep on a mattress that does not resemble a canoe.

There are six very upgraded rooms in the Hilton Garden and I lucked out with the on-line pick your room option given to Hilton Honors guests. It has a king size bed and the usual amenities, but the shower is at least 6'x6' with a rain show and a great shower head. You could throw a beach party in it! (When I mentioned this to my colleagues, they didn't know what I was talking about. Their rooms were not among the upgraded rooms.) The room included a Keurig hot drink brewer, desk, plenty of ... Very clean and nice place to stay within short distance of Detroit. We enjoyed the pool and the closeness to M-14. Restaurants and shopping very close. I wish that the price was a little cheaper, we were charged a little over $100 per night.

It's the closest hotel to our family when we gather, so we stay often. Always a pleasant stay. As I mentioned earlier, however, having to pay extra for breakfast makes the stay more expensive for us...or inconvenient because we have to leave to find breakfast somewhere less expensive.

While the hotel is a nicer and newer hotel that was close to the business that I was in town for the management at the hotel was terrible. I had to deal with Jason, whom I believe was the general manager, for a issue that came up with the room and I felt that he really was short and didn't want to concern himself with my problem. When I am a guest I expect to have any manager welcome me and any problem with open arms and not just push me aside since my company paid for the room.

We booked a room here, because it was conveniently located, near the annual Plymouth Art Fair. Selected our room and checked in, via their mobile app. Pretty cool. Fairly typical Hilton property stay and amenities. We felt the room was clean and comfortable. Ours was located on the main floor, across from the indoor pool, but it wasn't noisy, at all. Nice place close to M-14. Easy on and off highway. Staff had that small town hospitality feel. Breakfast is not included with the room, but worth the $10.95 buffet or made to order selections. The room was quiet and clean. The hotel was built in 1999 and they've done a nice job of keeping it looking fresh. The location is close to downtown Plymouth where there are numerous restaurant choices if choose to leave the hotel and venture out. We would stay at this location again.

The quality and comfort of my 3 night stay was excellent for the price! I did have an event discount for a high school reunion but can safely say that the difference in price from a recent stay at a lower quality motel was only about $25 but the condition of the room, the amenities, facility overall were worth more than that!

I stay at this hotel frequently and it's usually fine. But on this visit, hotel staff ignored my request for wake-up calls on two mornings (I missed meetings because of it the first time, then had to rush to the airport the second time). I mentioned it to the manager after the first slip-up, and he reduced my bill for one day, but then it happened again. On another of my eight days my room wasn't cleaned. Coming back to a unmade bed and dirty towels is not the way I like to end my day.

For $189 a night I wouldn't expect a stinky room, dirty shower, an $11 breakfast, and slow to non-existent internet. The worst part was the staff behind the desk mocking a customer who had requested a new room due to some elevator noise or something.

Check in was a breeze. Clean and neat rooms. If you are a light sleeper there is train that periodically goes past, didn't bother me but it was noisy. The food area needs help. The tables were not cleared timely and the service was bad. I was ignored by the staff. Every time I went to the buffet for breakfast, the eggs were dried out and needed to be replaced.
