Great concierge service. Good eats and craft breweries in the area. Nice gym downstairs Webster is great but pricey. Nothing too special about Burdick, it's pricey as well for an American food joint. Always ask for ninth floor access, nice perks.

In room, bathroom mirror and mini-fridge were filthy. No one came up to clean them after reporting it. Pool great, fitness area bathrooms, dirty. Vending machines dispense expired snacks. Given refund, told they would fix it.

The hotel itself is gorgeous! The rooms were nice and clean (standard room kind of on the small size). Nonetheless, a very enjoyable stay. Food prepared in the hotel for the conference was very good. Next time I am in Kalamazoo, I will upgrade to a larger room. I like spacious places because I carry much luggage. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Radisson is an anchor hotel for downtown Kalamazoo. It is close to some restaurants, shopping and services available in an up and coming downtown area. The hotel has some shops and some restaurants which means you don't have to leave the hotel unless you choose to. Parking is valet or self park across the street.

Recently stayed at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo. Very enjoyable. Good food. Great staff. But, there were weddings on Friday and Saturday evening and although my room was on the eighth floor I could hear the band! Way too loud!

No issues with the hotel quality, sleeping rooms or restaurants. Fairly good meeting and banquet services. The location was also very good. However, the room rate per night is way too high for Kalamazoo, MI. 190+ per night, really?

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's sooo modern large yet personal - you are right downtown, walking distance to everything great beds great staff and wonderful friendly bar downstairs The elevators were a bit slow the night we stayed but I understood it was Bc of many weddings staying in the hotel. I thoroughly recommend this hotel - it's lovely

Awesome location in downtown Kalamazoo! Very nice boutique inside and the best sports bar we found in the city is located in this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and in and out self serve parking garage across the street from hotel with walkway connecting the garage to lobby. Nice coffee shop and breakfast diner with alcohol service also in hotel. Only complaint were workers allowed to start working at 7am on roof which was right outside my 4th floor window.

We stayed at the Radisson for our daughter's wedding. It was close to everything. I wish I had not been so pre occupied with wedding obligations. I did not get to look in shops. I did not use the spa or pool. I only was able to go to the breakfast buffet.

The booking conditions stated parking for $15 per day but we were charged $25. Other than that the hotel is clean, has amply places to sit and chat and is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and breweries. Also close to train if you like to travel that way - although I would advise that the station seems to be a hangout for homeless. the hotel staff was great, I'll start with that. I had a room on the 9th floor, which is the conseirge level, so you would expect something really nice. the room was small and the bathroom was very dirty. the toilet had black mildew on it and my shower curtain even had mold! I did tell the front desk and they offered to change it right away, but I was leaving the next am. I had been there for 2 days when I discovered it. Overall the stay was very nice. The only concern I had was them allowing the after party to be held on the 8th floor until 11:30 at night when I was attempting to get my Children to sleep. The convention center was well done and the pool was great for the kids after I was done with the meetings. The gift store had excellent coffee.

Higher-priced hotel, but gave us an excellent rate for choosing a room in the block reserved for our son's wedding event at a nearby venue. Staff very accomodating to our requests. Room was clean and well-stocked, cleaned promptly in-between days. Burdick's restaurant was short-staffed, slow service, food was overcooked, but manager did not charge us for unsatisfactory meal. Overall, we liked the hotel, would stay again if we got a good price.

The hotel is extremely convenient to all the local eating and nightlife activities. The hotel is very modern and clean, the service was very good, my only complaints are that parking seems a bit expensive for a hotel in Kalamazoo ($18 a night, but I can be cheap on that sometimes), and free continental breakfast would have been nice (again, my cheapness showing). Add tax and $18 for parking in the garage across the street, and two breakfasts = $600 for a two night stay. I am glad someone else was paying for it.

The fire alarm went off, but I did not hear it sound until I opened my door to investigate the commotion being caused by other guests in the hallway. Had I been asleep, this weak sounding alarm would not have awoken me!

I visited the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center for a business conference and was pleased with my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to nearby breweries, restaurants, bars (including Kalamazoo Beer Exchange - A MUST!), etc. Meeting space is ideal, the only complaint I have is the business center and printer are not easy to utilize as they are in separate rooms and the printer didn't even work so I had to have the front desk print off business needs.

The Radisson is a bit higher end than our usual hotel choices. It was fine. Clean, quiet, nice decor. But it is really the ONLY good option for walking to all the breweries (we did 8 in two days, all on foot). It gets 4 stars just for location. Pricey (and paying for parking on top of that) but still glad we picked it.

Attended a meeting at the hotel and had the chance to stay for two nights. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the large TVs. The WiFi connection was kind of slow and it kicked me off several times. Not condusive for surfing the web. Our meeting rooms were also appropriate for our needs.

Clean, modern hotel. We were there for a show tat the State Theater. It was a pleasant walk through the Burdick Street Mall. Burdick's Bar and Grill was nice and staff was very helpful with our questions.

From check in to check out, the entire staff was attentive and on-point. I will admit that I was spoiled with the experience on the 9th floor. While I was in the lounge enjoying the complimentary happy hour, housekeeping came into my room, straightened up my bed and bathroom and put mints on my pillow. I almost couldn't bring myself to leave.

It was snowy and cold out but plenty to do indoors here with a couple restaurants and workout facility. The rooms were clean and the shower was marble ceiling to floor, so no mildew! In the heart of downtown

My colleagues and I love this hotel. The location is perfect for after work dinner and drinks. When we don't feel like leaving the hotel, Burdick's is a great alternative. We prefer staying on the 9th floor so we can take advantage of the 100 West lounge (drinks, snack and breakfast). The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stayed on a Thursday evening for our anniversary the hotel was very nice location was within walking distance to all the local breweries, bars and spots we wished to visit. Restaurant / bar at the restaurant was also very nice which is where we finished our evening in Kalamazoo. The only negative I could give is the valet parking was a bit pricy at $25 to park or self park was $18 for the price of a weekday room I believe they could bring that down.

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice & helpful! The restaurant was awesome too! The only issue that we had to report at checkout was the shower had a very very slow drain. We would recommend and return!

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were very accommodating, they let me check in early and check out late! I did not experience them however they have 2 very nice restaurants on site. The bar/restaurant Burdicks was very comfortable and so was the breakfast at Burdicks upstairs. I would recommend this Radisson to anyone who wants to park their car and walk to everything

I stayed there this weekend. Was rudely treated by all staff. Especially security who kept asking me to leave because I was sitting in the lobby. I informed them that I had a room here. When the night security manager came he said we don't like your kind here and your upsetting our guests. I am disabled veteran with missing limbs and I was just sitting and reading with my service dog. DO NOT BOOK HERE. This hotel is conveniently located, has a shuttle to game, good food, clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Only negative - the mattress was too firm for me, that is just me-I like soft, sink into it type of mattress, fine for the rest of the family.

Clean hotel centrally located to all the shops, restaurants and breweries downtown in Kalamazoo. High quality places like food dance, Bells and Hopcat all within walking distance. Old Burdick's is also a wonderful place to for food and drinks!

Came into Kalamazoo to watch WMU football on College Game Day. I have always had good stays at this hotel. Everything was clean and modern. Many amenities were available. The only negative that I have is you must pay for overnight parking, which seems a little unnecessary when you are already paying $170 for a room for one night. We had to pay $18 in parking.

Well after being lied to several times and waiting over 4 hours in your lobby I couldn't be more dissatisfied. The hotel knew it was having a large event and is still extremely unprepared. I am very tired of hearing excuses of why I don't have a room yet. If you can give someone else a room that checked in 3 hours after me, the same type of room I'm waiting for and then tell me that it was a computer mistake then you clearly don't care about your customers. This is ridiculous and I wish I could ... Read more

My room was not cleaned by 6:30pm my second day. I went to the Front Fesk staff and she stated "it happens sometimes" and did not offer to get my room cleaned. In the mornings, the TV service would not work on the NBC channels, in the evenings, the ABC channel would pixilate, and this happened throughout the entire stay.
