We booked here with our son's basketball team. The breakfast was really impressive, the boys at before their games and afterwards! The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed. They were happy and accommodating, great change from other places we've stayed.

This Hampton Inn has nice clean rooms and they change all of the bedding for each guest. The staff are friendly, the breakfast in the morning has lots of options, and it is convenient to the airport. I had no trouble with allergies at this hotel, and strongly recommend it for anyone who has asthma or allergies.

I stayed here overnight with my father on our way back to Canada from Chicago. The women working the front desk when we arrived was extremely friendly, and very helpful. It was obvious that the hotel had recently been renovated, and has since been kept very clean since then. The whole hotel was very clean, and our room was fantastic. Very spacious, with a great bathroom. My family loves to stay at any Hampton Inn because they have the comfiest bed and pillows. The breakfast in the morning was go... Read more

Very good with friendly staff. Adjacent to Airport. For downtown business a little far out, but connects easily to I-94. It is well within the quality you expect from a Hilton organization. I wish the organization could decide to be a little more eco-friendly and use less plastic materials.

My family of 4 stayed at the hotel, right next to the airport. Literally, you can walk over. This is the most quiet stay I think we've ever had. Our kids played in the pool, there was no hot tub, and enjoyed themselves. The breakfast was good with the usual fare. The one thing that kept this from being an excellent rating is that my shoes kept sticking to the floor in different parts of the room (tile and carpet). I thought there was something on the bottom of my shoes until I spilled some... Read more

Stayed here one night in Kalamazoo to tour the breweries. Can't really speak on the price since I used points. Using Uber, it's about a 10-15 min ride to the downtown area where a good number of breweries are. Stayed in a King Size Bed. The hotel looks like it's been renovated recently within the past 2 years, alot of the furniture and room looked new. It is near an airport, but since it's not a large airport, the noise wasn't too bad. Room was clean. Fridge but no microwave. Staff was n... Read more

My first visit to this hotel, 2 nights on a business trip. Hotel was clean, well maintained and staff were all professional and friendly. Good location just off a main highway, adjacent to the local airport and just a few minutes to down town. Found a new travel home in Kalamazoo.

Upon arrival I was given room 418 and when we went to the room the key did not work so we went back down to the front desk and were given new keys. We went back to room 418 and tried to get into our room again and the keys still did not work. Again we went back to the front desk and were told they made a mistake and that we were in room 222 so we took our new keys to our new room and upon entering the room we walked in on people who were already in that room and it was a very very uncomfortab... Brand new hotel with excellent staff. Stayed there for one of the many hockey and roller tournaments my son plays in, this hotel was one of the best!! Accommodated our request for late night swim due to our son's late night game, past the pools closing time!! That made the teams night!!!!

The room, lobby, and breakfast area was clean and looked modern. Good shower pressure. The staff was pleasant. Overall, would recommend. Hotel needs to add charger outlet to both sides of bed--only had on one side. Wi-Fi included in room rate and worked well. Breakfast downstairs came with the room. Would like the hotel to have offered yogurt all days. Otherwise has usual Hampton Inn morning food. 1st floor backdoor entrance was unlocked the entire time we were there--was supposed to be lock... Although the location of this hotel is very "unscenic" (next to airport and a Taco Bell) the lobby is lovely and our room was excellent: modern, comfortable beds and very clean. Because Kalamazoo is a relatively small city we were a close drive to downtown, Bell's Brewery and the suburban graduation party that brought us to town. Would stay again at this property!

We stopped here on our way to Lake Michigan. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean and conveniently located next to the airport and off the highway. I believe this hotel is new and sometimes got the feeling that the staff were still learning. We had a good experience and would recommend staying here.

We had some issues with our stay here, but overall it was pleasant. Every staff member we passed, whether in the lobby, hallway or parking lot, was happy and greeted us. It made us feel very welcome. The elevators make loud, groaning, gonna-break-down-any-minute noises. First floor might be safer. The room was clean, and on our 2nd day, they also did a nice job of tidying and replenishing the room. The faucet on the bathroom sink is very long and goes across the width of the sink, which ma...
