Stayed at Doubletree for our Tulip Festival Event. We were with friends and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi . Upon arrival we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies very delicious. Our morning breakfast buffet was very good with a great assortment.

Went for business trip - the hotel was nice, no issues there, LARGE conference area, kind of a lame bar, breakfast & restaurant were nice, so was breakfast. Room was off pool with small balcony but heat/humidity from pool room was SOOOO HOT, could not open door or sit out, cranked A/C. Room was small - staff was very nice. I would go back, just request different room

My sisters and I stayed at this property the last weekend of Tulip Festival. We were traveling without kids and enjoying the time away. Our trip started out great. We arrived early and appreciated the accommodation of the front desk to keep our bags behind the desk and give us suggestions for the events. We loved our room, secluded at the end of the hall. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot in the shower. Everything was great until morning. At 9... Read more

The property was clean and updated. The room was also clean, appliances (microwave, fridge, safe) were all in working order. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and refreshed toiletries and towels as needed. Though we were near the ice machine and beverage machines, our room was very quiet. Ate 2 times in the bar and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Servers were very attentive. We had the daily breakfast buffet and the selection was ample. Comm... Read more

Stayed here at the last minute and got lucky to get a good stay. Hotel is older so rooms and bathrooms are smaller. Service was excellent. breakfast was usually Continental plus but good. The hotel has an atrium pool with some rooms having a balcony overlooking the pool. We were on the fourth floor so the noise from the pool was OK. However, if we were lower it may have been an issue so don't opt for a balcony if the sound of kids playing will bother you. Beds were on the softer side but comfort... Read more

We've stayed at this hotel twice. We appreciate that it is a large parking lot, versus other hotels we've stayed at in Holland. The rooms are fine. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn't have a freezer. We had a king bed room, which had a couch with a coffee table, plus a desk. There was a safe in the closet too. The pillows weren't as nice as at The Hampton Inn. The bed was comfortable though. It isn't near downtown or the beach, but is near shopping, and right off of the highway.

Always stay here have never had any problems love this place. The staff has always been great and it's not far for downtown Holland and the windmill island or the tulip farm. The warm cookies are great when you first check in.

I would stay again. Location is okay. Breakfast was great and staff was extremely friendly. We used the pool and exercise room and we were very comfortable. We did not get a chance to dine in the restaurant. Cookies were great!

Stayed Nov 30-Dec 2. Had a room that faced the indoor pool, not actually an outside facing window. The room smelled like chlorine and was very warm, likely due to the pool area's temperature. I turned on the air conditioner (end of November in Michigan!) and it banged as if someone was trying to get out of it. Breakfast was good. If staying at this property, I would advise getting a room that does not face the pool unless you like to be very warm.
