The Rooms are pretty good in need of an update big time but the price is good the staff is very friendly and the wifi is good and the beds are comfortable I was exhausted so the very old Rooms didn't bother me but for the rate and location wasn't bad

We got a main floor room which we requested. It was very clean. The girls at the desk were very courteous. Had a good breakfast before we left the next morning. It was just off I-75 which was very convenient for us. very good nights sleep.

My fiance and I always stay at America's Best Value Inn and Suites when we're in the Flint area. Along with having very reasonable rates, the hotel is in a quiet and safe location, right next to a few fast food restaurants and across the street from Meijer. The rooms are always very clean, and the staff is very courteous (especially the gentleman behind the desk named Dennis). The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is functional. I say "functional" because it's not the most spacious, but it ... Read more

Lobby is nice. Place was clean. Room was very large and open. Liz the receptionist was super friendly and actively engaging with guests. I felt very welcome not like I was interrupting her time like most places. Rooms could use a little more blankets but heater fixes problem.

I did not stay here, but wanted folks to know. They are no longer America's Best Value but they have not been bought by Best Western yet either. Because of this, they do not offer Park and Fly at this time (June 2016). Very helpful on the phone. If you call them, (810) 209-1520, the recording is nondescript, press 0 and it will take you to the front desk.

I enjoyed my stay until I looked at my account and the room was charged an extra $200 for smoking when no one had smoked in the room house keeping stated they smelled smoke. I am very angry and want the situation taken care of as soon as possible.

They have done a tremendous job on this remodel. It looks like a new build. The beds are out of this world, the decor is elegant and the staff is top notch. Every employee we encountered was professional. Traci at the front desk was very nice and helped us find a good dinner option. The breakfast gal -Diane I think- was also nice and kept the breakfast area very clean. Our housekeeper-Ronnie (??) was efficient and our room was impeccable. This will not be our last stay.

Very helpful and polite service, Keniesha was the most helpful. Great remodeled room, and breakfast! The pool and hot tub was a great plus. The lobby and entire hotel was very clean and pleasant. The best place I've booked at in a very long time.

Nice hotel , clean , hotel employees very professional. The price is good. The only negative thing I can say is that it is a noisy hotel. Since it is located near the freeway you do hear the vehicles going by. But that's why I wanted to stay there, as it was so easy to get to from the freeway. Their is a Arby's restaurant next door. A Meijers close by along with a gas station. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave in them. A nice breakfast bar is available for free to hotel guests.

My family and I stayed overnight on 8/25/16. We're in the area at least once a month and usually stay at the hotel across the parking lot but decided to give Best Western a try. Upon arrival, the beautifully decorated lobby made up for the less than enthusiastic staff on duty that didn't even look up when we walked in. Walking down the hallway, our nostrils were overpowered by the smells of old cigarette smoke and mildew. We got to our room and the toilet was running like someone was recently ... Read more

I want to thank Liz and the entire staff who signed and presented me with a sympathy card during my recent stay there. It was very thoughtful and unexpected. The hotel is seconds away from major fast food chains, and across the street is a Meijer where you can buy food and clothing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Found the rooms & general areas very clean. Room was well laid out. Slight problem to hang long dresses since no closet only cupboard to hang clothes. All staff from front counter to cleaning to maintenance very friendly and very helpful. Had a problem which required fixing and was done immediately & cheerfully. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great place to stay when in Flint, Michigan.

My name is Toni . We stayed at the Best Western for 7 days. We had very nice breakfast attend name Diana . She made sure everything was clean , nice and neat. Ms. Traci at the front desk was awesome too. They are some awesome workers. But the housekeeper was very unprofessional. They was very loud and rude. But overall we had a nice stay. And Angelo ( the maintenance guy) was awesome too.

First, I was familiar with this property before when it was AmericInn Hotel and Suites. Previous reviews are accurate in that regard. However, this property has seen a ground-up reno and a re-brand as a Best Western, and is, in fact, one of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever been in. The staff and GM were extremely friendly and helpful, and housekeeping does pay attention to detail. I checked in right at about 3pm. I had reserved a King room, but one wasn't ready yet, and they opted to upgr... Read more

Located just off I-75 and only minutes from the airport with shuttle service, this motel is modern, clean and reasonably priced with a great lobby, friendly and helpful staff, well-appointed rooms (loved the Jacuzzi/fireplace suite), indoor pool and hot tub, very good breakfast....what more could you ask for? Absolutely no problems or complaints. We'll definitely be back any time we're in the area.

We were going to stay at another hotel but it was out of rooms so we came over to the best western. It's top notch Modern, clean, microwave, two tv's, fridge - really nice bathrooms. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was free and good. Lady overseeing the breakfast area was very nice and kept the place stocked and spotless. There is a pool as well if you are so inclined. Price was very reasonable . Very impressed - 5 stars and I highly recommend!

Every member of the staff is very attentive to their guest. They are all excellent, but Dave the desk clerk and Diana the breakfast attendant really make staying at this facility a real pleasure. Both of them go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Best Western Flint Airport Inn & Suites should really appreciate having people of this quality on their staff.

This hotel has a clean, modern design with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The price is excellent, too. We paid $99 per night. Our room was a suite with 2 televisions. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

I can not even begin to thank the entire front desk staff. They went over and above accommodating ALL of our special requests. The lobby was beautiful!! All the night before pictures were taken in the lobby. We were quite the handful but they work with all of us. We basically had people in the pool, the hot tub, all around the hotel. Everything is new and clean and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay!

Splendid staff, delightful property, and delicious breakfast. Will most definitely return to this Best Western in Flint, MI. EVERY staff member that I encountered spoke to my family and made us feel right at home coming AND going. The exterior was well lit & well groomed. There was plenty of parking. The lobby and breakfast area was warm and inviting. Our room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and very stylish.

My parents and I have had to stay at this Best Western for over 2 weeks, because we're having trouble moving into a new house. I'm glad it was this one. The comfort of the room, the cleanliness of them thanks to the sweet housekeeping employees, and the friendliness of the entire staff as a whole, has made the process a lot easier on all of us, but especially me.
