We traveled from North Carolina to Michigan for our daughters wedding shower. We worked with Lauren to organize the shower and room accommodations. She was very prompt and professional while working with her. She took care of all details and when we arrived it was all taken care of and we didn't have any worries or concerns.

Everything was above my expectations, rooms were very clean and most of the staff was very polite. EXCEPT 1 really bad experience with the breakfast. there was confusion with the vouchers they give out. We had a party of 20 and were told to leave the vouchers on the table. but the staff picked up the vouchers and gave us the bill without the vouchers attached. and there 2 extra charges on the bill, which they said it was because of 2 people standing the waitress said she saw them put food in... The suite is a fair size, the bathroom well appointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was quite good and not too expensive. Parking is easy. The building and furnishings were a little 'tired' and could do with an update. For example the seats in the 'Great American Grill' were saggy and not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. This was booked for me, I won't request it, but I won't complain if it gets booked for me again.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights. The check in was speedy despite a large gathering of several weddings. Our room was not ready so we were accommodated quickly with one that was ready. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff was relatively friendly (I think they were tired). One thing...the sink in the bathroom was difficult to reach for us shorties (5'3 and under). My husband who is 6'2 had no problem. My husband said, don't blame the Hilto... Read more

I have been traveling to this town for 20 years on business and this is the best hotel yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff could not be more helpful. I had an issue were I had booked a room far from the elevators but I have a problem walking and even though the hotel was full they were able to switch some rooms around to accommodate me.

We were in town for a wedding and this is the hotel the groom blocked rooms for. I am a rewards member at both Hilton and IHG which has Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. I prefer IHG because the rooms are bigger and have full kitchens. Also they have the same breakfast buffet as Hilton but it is free where Hilton charges $14.95.

The hotel we picked for a family event and the location was why we picked this hotel, but the room was more reasonable than any we have stayed in for years. The room was an excellent room with a separate bedroom, and mini fridge. The restaurant smelled delicious, even if we did not have time to enjoy it. All employees were warm and friendly. This was the best hotel bargain and room we have had in a while.

I stay here every so often when I have to visit one of my company's locations in Auburn Hills and it is usually a pretty good experience and relaxing. The on-site restaurant has some pretty good food but can get a little pricey. My room has always been clean and I haven't had any issues. Problems were with the drainage system...stood in 3 inches of water in the shower and bathroom sink also didn't drain good. Then trying to sleep I was kept awake by a cricket somewhere in the airconditioning unit...really. Breakfast is on continental..nothing. Room was dirty and outdated. Bathroom tiles weren't grouted so they came up when you walked on it. Overall the room just felt grimey. Always a disappointment when breakfast isn't free but for those who will eat enough to justify the price I'm sure it's fine. I expected more since it's a Hilton. Overall not very impressed with the state of the hotel. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

First time in Michigan on business! Had a great overall experience with Hilton executive suites! Definitely will stay here when I return in spring of 2017! Great staff, and great food, all reasonable priced! Thanks Hilton for a great stay!

We were down for a baseball showcase the next day. The room was clean and very comfortable! The hotel was very busy, but, we never heard any noise. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!

This hotel has a great atmosphere with plenty of convenient parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful for us since we were out of town and unfamiliar with local dining and places to go. The prices are reasonable and you get your money's worth for what is offered at the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, neat and fresh. No smell of smoke and loud music like I've experienced before at hotels! I highly recommend the Hilton (Auburn Hills, Michigan) for your stay!

My room did not have a thermostat installed when I arrived. There was just a hole in the wall with wires sticking out. It needed to be installed a day later after I asked for it. My refrigerator didn't work. We were not given a key to our meeting room until the second day of our meetings after repeatedly asking. The A/V equipment (tv and cables) did not work. Another tv had to be rolled in, and it was awkward to use. I wasn't asked how my stay was when I checked out. This is the first ho... Read more

This hotel reminded me of an Embassy Suites with large 2 room suites. The rooms in general could use a remodel, but it seemed the shower area was redone recently. The bed and pillows were just ok and could use replacement as well. I ate breakfast and dinner here and the food was ok but expensive as with most hotels. Not many options in this area so this is a good choice and I would consider staying here again if business brings me back.

Hotel room was very clean. Enough space for two people to get ready in the bathroom simultaneously, however the very dim lighting in the bathroom wasn't conducive to makeup application! Close to Great Lakes Crossing Shopping as well as the Palace of Auburn Hills!

Very nice staff. Food was very good, breakfast was delicious! I only had one glass sliding door in the shower made it cold and wet outside. We stayed for business there were 9 in total. Centrally located to restaurants and malls.

Nice big suites! Wonderful breakfast! Great staff! Arrived and was very welcomed. Also there was a large group of hockey players/children staying at the same time and the children were very much kept under control by the staff so as to not bother the other guests.

Visited family nearby to this hotel. It's more like an Embassy Suites, all suites hotel with a very spacious atrium. Similar breakfast although not free for most guests. Room prices are very reasonable for such a nice hotel, even if you have to pay for breakfast. Drawbacks are the low toilet seats in the bathrooms and an eyesore, old Pontiac Silverdome, where the Detroit Pistons used to play, is around the corner. But really enjoyed our stay. All staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Every... Read more

I was not really impressed with his hotel at all for being a Hilton. I wanted to have a nice weekend with my daughters going shopping going to the theater and staying in a nice hotel , first of all I checked in online Kama since I was a Hilton Honors member and they said that I could use my phone for my key which never appeared on my app. I had to go back to the front desk and get keys from them. When we got to our room the first thing I noticed was a very odd smell almost like chlorine which wa... Read more

The room was disgusting, trash, used laundry, bed not changed, no toiletries. I contacted the front desk and they sent the maids up to address the issue and the maids acknowledged that the room was disgusting but the still did not change the sheets. They did address the other issues.

We stayed here in November along with about 30 members of our family. We were well looked after, great rooms, kids had a great time in the pool and courtyard. There was not much more we could have asked for especially with a great shuttle service to the wedding venues arranged through the hotel. We had a minor problem with one of the rooms and another one was provided right away - in the middle of the night.

I stayed at the hotel for business. It is a very nice hotel but I was a little disappointed because of the mold on the tile in the bathroom. There was also trash in the hallway. It appears they do not vacuum the hallway on a daily basis. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly. I am a Hilton fan and expect the hotel to have a level of cleanliness. The issue that set me over the top was the interaction with their call center. I did not receive a copy of my bill when... Read more
