This is not the fanciest hotel in the world by a long shot, but it's perfectly adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each day was pretty good (try the scrambled eggs). There's no elevator, which is a pain with luggage, but it wasn't terrible for us. The street is not picturesque, but the hotel is pretty conveniently located and the room was clean.

MOST OF the staff is friendly except 1! She's a little rude at times. Need refrigerator and stove in the rooms, rooms are too small. Breakfastis okay . Housekeeping needs to wash floors too in rooms. Okay, but if you have children it may be a little hard especially in a room with no kitchenette.

For our purposes, the Quality Inn and Suites Worcester was a great location. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room was old and needed a make-over! Carpet was torn next to the wall in a couple of places. One ceiling tile was broken and could have easily been replaced by maintenance. Toilet was leaking. Bathroom floor was not well cleaned. But the rest of the facility, including the bathroom was clean.

I usually stay at Marriott but the people I'm traveling with picked here. They are my ride so here I am. I didn't have high expectations for this place. I go to get into the shower and I don't have wash cloths or a shower curtain. So I call the front desk. Try, but the phone doesn't work. So I get dressed and go downstairs to get my items. He was apologetic and gave me my items quickly. I went downstairs later to buy some ice cream and he only let my pay for 1 ice cream and gave me the others fo... Read more

First were the questionable people hang out there. Then I tripped over the carpet that was taped down. Our room had the curtain hanging off on the corner. Bathroom had a pile of dirt behind the door. We had drove for 16 hours so we decided to turn in right away. Well, then began the banging of doors every five minutes and it sounded like furniture being thrown against the wall, loud music. After about 2 hours it stopped. On a lighter note the beds were great.

My two son's and I stayed just one night here because I was having surgery at UMASS Medical the next day. The room was big, full size frig., great tv, air conditioning worked great, quiet area. I saw other reviews complaining about the location and it being "seedy" but it is on a dead end street and very quiet. I smoke which is allowed away from the building and I was not nervous at all going out at night for a cigarette. No odd characters milling around. Only saw one staff member and that ... Read more

1. Approached on arrival at about 10:30 pm, by tall, elderly male offering to help with luggage saying he was a veteran and strong and so able to do a good job. For a gratuity, we assumed. On declining and approaching desk clerk, she told us: he was not an employee but a guest, who was drunk and had previously sustained a head injury while in military service. Clerk said he was sitting out front because "unfortunately" it was only place he could smoke because she said they were sold out that nig... Read more

I have to say that everything was clean and cared about, but the sign for the hotel off the road was rather small and we missed it completely twice...Monday morning there was some sketchy guy looking me over and up and down, when I came through the office, and apparent friend of the front desk person....

This hotel is very run down and needs remodeling badly. The carpets are stained in large areas. The curtains and bedspreads are very old, outdated and worn. The furniture is scratched and slightly broken. There is no elevator, and it is a three story building - carry your luggage. The free breakfast was also poor.

Quality Inn and Suites and Suburban Extended Stay at 50 Oriol Dr. is the most nastiest, unsafe, drug infested, and poorly ran hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a rehab city on the corner from the hotel, therefore the hotel attracts and unwanted crowd. The facility is not secured at night and any one is allowed in. During my stay, a crack head fell asleep in the hallway, pissed in the elevator, another crack head overdosed, used condoms where found in a customers bed upon check-in, they do n... Read more

Average, clean, nice room. Can't really complain for the price. Breakfast area was small and was pretty messy, someone cleaning up more would be nice. The location was good, very close to shopping and fast food. Would stay again.

From check in to check out we received excellent customer service. Edwin (listed as "jashc" on the billing) checked us in, gave us a military discount and let us choose which floor we wanted. He also helped us to get the WiFi working. Our room, #115, was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The room had a traditional coffee maker, in which we could use our own grounds to make a strong pot of coffee. To us that is a plus. Breakfast was good. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, and a pa... Read more

When we got there on Friday at 2:30 no rooms had been cleaned and available yet. Front desk was able to locate a clean room on the 2nd floor which had queen beds not the king we had requested. There are no elevators in the hotel and we told we would have to walk up 14 stairs as there was no rooms on the first floor available, I can not do stairs. The maintence person let us know that if we parked in the back and came in thru door 4 our room was just a short walk away which was good. There is n... Read more

Dad and I were here on business for a month. Our time was split between this property and the Suburban Extended Stay, which is owned by the same owners and is connected to the Quality Inn. Amanda, Vanessa and Chris were wonderful to work with and ensured that we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Dad and I arrived very early in the morning (2:30am) and Chris made sure we were in our room and comfortably resting within 5 minutes of our arrival. I would highly recommend the Quality Inn to a... Booked this hotel because TripAdvisor commenters said this hotel was within walking distance to the DCU Center. (It isn't.) We were in room 301 and the people around us were noisy, slammed doors and pounded on the walls well until four in the morning. The beds in the room are awfully high off the floor; being less than five feet tall made it very difficult for me to climb into it. (My boyfriend is 6' 2" and he said he was having a hard time getting into the bed.)The bath tub lacked any kind of s... Read more
