The hotel was easy to find using our GPS...hehehe. The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable after I lifted the bed back on the platform because when we first entered the room I sat on the bed and it almost tipped over. Beyond that minor snafu, our stay was good. Interestingly, the room had quite a large refrigerator but no microwave...odd.

We just returned from a one night stay at this hotel. This is our 2nd time staying. I would recommend this location if you are only in town for one night, just passing through. It is located on a side street, sort of deserted but OK. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would give the breakfast which is included maybe a 2 at best. There is no waffle maker like at our Choice Hotel properties. There were scrambled eggs in the warmer but no microwave to reheat them t... Read more

Place is rundown and definitely is doing some kind of a long term housing deal for the state. I was in the suburban commons section or whatever it's called. That said, I had about a 800 square foot room for 100 bucks. And the bed was very comfortable for some reason. I slept like a log. Good option in my opinion despite not being a high end place.

Apparently there are two different hotels in this building. The Suburban side is a million times better than the Quality side. The quality side has no elevator. It wasn't fun bringing all our luggage up and down the stairs from the top floor. The back entrance doors did not lock. There was hardly anything in the breakfast area. The room was the dirtiest room I've ever seen. Sticky tables, hair, stained beds, wet carpet, etc. The staff didn't care that we had an issue with the lack of cleanliness... Read more

Booked this hotel because TripAdvisor commenters said this hotel was within walking distance to the DCU Center. (It isn't.) We were in room 301 and the people around us were noisy, slammed doors and pounded on the walls well until four in the morning. The beds in the room are awfully high off the floor; being less than five feet tall made it very difficult for me to climb into it. (My boyfriend is 6' 2" and he said he was having a hard time getting into the bed.)The bath tub lacked any kind of s... Read more

Dad and I were here on business for a month. Our time was split between this property and the Suburban Extended Stay, which is owned by the same owners and is connected to the Quality Inn. Amanda, Vanessa and Chris were wonderful to work with and ensured that we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Dad and I arrived very early in the morning (2:30am) and Chris made sure we were in our room and comfortably resting within 5 minutes of our arrival. I would highly recommend the Quality Inn to a... When we got there on Friday at 2:30 no rooms had been cleaned and available yet. Front desk was able to locate a clean room on the 2nd floor which had queen beds not the king we had requested. There are no elevators in the hotel and we told we would have to walk up 14 stairs as there was no rooms on the first floor available, I can not do stairs. The maintence person let us know that if we parked in the back and came in thru door 4 our room was just a short walk away which was good. There is n... Read more
