I stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year, 3 or 4 nights per visit. Great rooms, excellent staff and service, the best breakfast value in Worcester. The location is close to everything and the parking is very safe.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn during a college reunion weekend. The service was exemplary both in person and on the phone, and the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I had no issues with the wi-fi provided with the room. There was a late night fire alarm that required the hotel to be evacuated. I wasn't back at the hotel yet, so it did not disrupt my sleep. But the staff were willing to accomodate those affected by the disruption. And they asked everyone at check out how the... Read more

Parking is confusing. You should validate your parking ticket each day with the staff. Otherwise you will pay at the gate and you will also be billed on checkout. The staff did not discuss parking charges and if you normally leave the location before 0800 hours, there is no one in the parking garage to give you a receipt. The validation at the garage only accepts cash, and this wasn't explained wither. This could leave a business traveler in a bit of a jam if you rely on credit cards for bu... Read more

Stay is nothing special. Server at breakfast began proselytize to me and would not stop. That was it for breakfast the next day. Had a 1am fire alarm. No real explanation to it and no guidance by staff as to where to stand for the alarm.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The hotel lobby was very bright and cheery The rooms were comfortable and there was enough bureau and closet space for your clothing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. An excellent breakfast is offered at very reasonable price.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always looking to assist. Free parking is located in the parking garage across the street. Hotel is attached to a restaurant, which also provides room service. There are restaurants within walking distance, including a great Mexican one located at the parking garage. Breakfast is a cook to order setting and has continental style with the basics of coffee, fruit, cereals, etc..

Evacuation for false fire drill put a damper on returning to sleep We were kept outside for 40 minutes at 1 am in the morning No apology by hotel or compensation Frustrating since I was there to attend a graduation

Good location in downtown Worcester. Easy access to highways. Hotel restaurant is an Uno's. Service is poor but prices and selection are fine. Hotel is clean and well managed. Downtown area is a little rough at night.

We also experienced the early morning fire alarm-not exciting and no apology. Check in was easy. Lobby was attractive. Our suite left a lot to be desired.Bedroom was fine as was the bathroom. The living room looked like it was only partially finished. The furnishings were spartan to say the least-no decoration , a ratty looking small couch, a small coffee table, a desk. There was a kitchenette area that looked as if they forgot to put in a cabinet. In the bedroom, the curtains were falling apart... Read more

The internet service at this hotel is horrible. The TV reception is bad...they must use TV over the internet and the band width can't support it...if it's satelite, it needs replaced. The hotel is kind of noisy...you hear noise from other rooms through the walls.....that can be aggrevating...the beds were terrific !

Service at Hilton was always excellent. However; all pillows in room were fluffed up with air to make them look big; but we're horribly flat when sleeping on them. They should all be thrown into the garbage. This is first and foremost the most important detail is to have a good nights sleep; which the pillows did not allow! The worst of any hotel chain that I've been at!! Room was very ordinary.

The staff was top notch. I needed to charge my phone and had forgotten to bring it, but they stepped up and charged it for me after finding a staff member who had one. Also, the staff serving breakfast was consistently friendly, professional and thorough.

Housekeeping was great. The personal attention with chocolate kisses, bottled water and friendly notes were a nice jester. I like that the sink is in the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable, the service was quick and the omelet was perfect.

Location is near a hospital so you will hear ambulance sirens a lot. Otherwise enough restaurants nearby to enjoy the town. Breakfast staff was a bit off kilter. Otherwise hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Room AC unit was on the noisy side. Gym was nice but small. Pool was too small to be useful for exercise. Even # rooms are on quieter side of hallway, away from busy street. Staff was very helpful, polite, and responsive. Uno's restaurant was nice - good beer selection.

On prior visits to Worcester I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express -- a block away from this property. This trip I decided to try the HGI out as the HIExpress was fully booked. There was nothing at all wrong with the hotel. However, with both hotels separated by about a block comparing the two was unavoidable. Upon arrival at the hotel, which is across the street from the DCU, I didn't know where to park to check in. It wasn't very obvious. Being on a main street, it didn't seem like p... Read more

nice hotel. friendly staff. comfortable rooms. good location. I attended a meeting in this hotel and it proved to be very comfortable with friendly staff. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but also a good Mexican place across the street. Parking is complimentary, but also across the street -- a small sign in front of the hotel alerts you to this, but doesn't tell you exactly where. The hotel is near several hospitals -- so be prepared for sirens.

The front desk was not friendly. Did not explain anything at check-in, and actually seemed bothered. The water bottles on the back counter were not offered. If you forgot any basic toiletries, you have to pay a huge mark up. Nothing is complimentary. We had breakfast, and paid, then was presented with another bill for $3.00. The front desk never gave the appropriate coupons as check in. We were to receive these daily and never got them on all 3 days we stayed.

We were charged for breakfast and they an additional 3.00 was charged. The front desk never gave the coupons. Right off the highway, easy to find and the front staff very helpful providing us with directions for a restaurant we were looking to try. Parking just alittle confusing, for a small fee its across the street. Stop and register or drop luggage then go to the garage a U-turn in front of the hotel and the next right. Hotel validates the parking pass. Rooms comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast available for additional fee or with your package. Room service til 10pm from the attached restaurant (Pizza ... Read more

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. It is very well equiped with friendly staff. The rooms are large with all the comforts you need for my short stay. I was traveling on business so no real time to explore the surroundings. Car parking is in the multi-story opposite which again is convenient. There is an Uno restaurant attached to the hotel but an even better mexican restaurant opposite. The gym is a little small but adequate. Overall, this is a hotel i would recommend.

Great hotel, friendly staff, close to everything in Worcester. My number one choice to stay in Worcester. Only downside is parking is in the parking garage across the street. It is not a major issue during the summer months but I could see the inconvenience in the winter months.
