Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn during a college reunion weekend. The service was exemplary both in person and on the phone, and the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I had no issues with the wi-fi provided with the room. There was a late night fire alarm that required the hotel to be evacuated. I wasn't back at the hotel yet, so it did not disrupt my sleep. But the staff were willing to accomodate those affected by the disruption. And they asked everyone at check out how the... Read more

Parking is confusing. You should validate your parking ticket each day with the staff. Otherwise you will pay at the gate and you will also be billed on checkout. The staff did not discuss parking charges and if you normally leave the location before 0800 hours, there is no one in the parking garage to give you a receipt. The validation at the garage only accepts cash, and this wasn't explained wither. This could leave a business traveler in a bit of a jam if you rely on credit cards for bu... Read more

The hotel staff is very friendly and always looking to assist. Free parking is located in the parking garage across the street. Hotel is attached to a restaurant, which also provides room service. There are restaurants within walking distance, including a great Mexican one located at the parking garage. We also experienced the early morning fire alarm-not exciting and no apology. Check in was easy. Lobby was attractive. Our suite left a lot to be desired.Bedroom was fine as was the bathroom. The living room looked like it was only partially finished. The furnishings were spartan to say the least-no decoration , a ratty looking small couch, a small coffee table, a desk. There was a kitchenette area that looked as if they forgot to put in a cabinet. In the bedroom, the curtains were falling apart... Read more

Service at Hilton was always excellent. However; all pillows in room were fluffed up with air to make them look big; but we're horribly flat when sleeping on them. They should all be thrown into the garbage. This is first and foremost the most important detail is to have a good nights sleep; which the pillows did not allow! The worst of any hotel chain that I've been at!! Room was very ordinary.

There is a restaurant in the hotel, but also a good Mexican place across the street. This is an above average HGI. I stay at them a lot and this is the nicest one I've visited. Everything from the service, the room, and the attached restaurant was perfect. It's located in a great area of the city with many great places to eat. Would not stay anywhere near else when I return. It seams to be a brand new hotel. Highly recommend. Free parking in a garage across the street.

Like the title says the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, My wife and I woke up soar the next morning. Other than that the hotel was great, perfect location for attending a concert at the Palladium, less than a 5 min walk. Rooms were clean, the paint color was a little odd but overall good quality. I wasn't thrilled with having to park across the street at the garage and then having to cross a busy street with luggage.

The HGI in Worcester is my new favorite Hilton property. I travel for work almost constantly so have a ton of properties to compare it to! Very comfortable and clean room, great location, lobby provided a great work area to meet with business associates, but what REALLY set this hotel apart is the amazing staff! I can not say enough nice things about Rachel, Tony, Chanel, and Alexis.....but I will try! Let's start with Rachel. She was in charge of my check in. I arrived at noon (after taki... Read more

We were in town for a dance convention. This hotel was convenient to the DCU and restaurants. We had one minor issue that was taken care of quickly and the staff was so pleasant about it that really made the stay that much better. Every staff person we encountered was helpful and kind, we could not have asked for a nicer place to stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn is very, very clean, well lit and convenient. The breakfast offered has many delicious options and the staff is polite and attentive! The check-in was easy and quick! There is a direct entrance to Uno‚??s which is great when you want to grab something to eat!! Housekeeping kept my room spotless!! But, even though my room was on the sixth floor, street traffic noise, sirens, and trains did interrupt my much needed sleep!! Parking is located across the street in the g... Read more

From check in to check out, I was treated as if I was at a vacation resort. Definitely, the most gracious staff I have ever encountered! Breakfast was so good, I had to thank the gentleman, personally.

I stayed here overnight on a business trip. The hotel is located near the downtown part of the city. There never seemed to be a lot of pedestrians so I don't know how safe it is to walk around. The hotel design is modern and the lobby is nicely appointed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was a nice size and was very clean. It had a view of the parking garage across the street, There is free wi-fi. There is enough closet space but no in-room safe. Cons: There is a nice-size des... Read more

Try this hotel. It's clean, well located, surrounded by good eats and, most importantly, has some of the best front desk service I've encountered anywhere. They go far beyond normal service. It's a sweet spot in Worcester.

Parking is an issue, having to cross a busy street to get to the shared parking garage was an issue. Especially when you need to come & go. Which meant getting your parking ticket stamped so you only pay once

I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in various cities and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean with simple amenities, the breakfast has yummy and healthy options, the fitness center and pool are good amenities. The staff is very responsive. The rates are very reasonable and the locations are centrally located to many attractions and businesses.

The fridge and microwave did not work in my room. The food I rough to celebrate my boyfriends birthday spoiled. Spoke to staff numerous times and no one offered assistance. Parking cost additional. Breakfast is an additional fee. Beds were uncomfortable. No vent fans in the bathrooms. Not worth the money you pay.

When asked about why I got charged an extra 170$. The lady said it's normal on top of the other 50$. She didn't really explain why. So I was a little confused about that. I am still waiting for the money to come back to my account it's been about 3/4 days

Driving to the DCU Center for the Trans Siberian Orchestra and we found the parking garage next door was very full, but lucky for us we saw some great Hilton Garden Inn guest only parking! Validated the parking was discounted with our stay. After a full block walk to the show there was a long wait for restaurants. We could have had room service from Uno but opted to just wait from the comfort of our room and enjoy snacks from the little shop downstairs. (I do wish they asked if we needed bottles... Read more

We were visiting Worcester, MA for a concert. The hotel was literally across the street from the venue. It was a quick and safe walk to and from. I would certainly recommend it to anyone in town for any reason, but especially if attending a concert.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean and modern - and the beds were extremely comfortable - we chose the hotel for its location. It is right downtown within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and things to do within the city limits. Parking is a little difficult since their garage is located across the street, but they offer room in the back or front of hotel to load and unload. I would highly recommend this hotel for future stays.
