Thank you for the opportunity to review my 12-17 May stay at the Hilton Boston/Woburn. I could only make one selection for type of trip and I selected business because the first part of my trip. However the last two days were a family pleasure outing. I had two separate reservations for this hotel, each funded differently. The first part, was for business and the second for family/pleasure. We stayed for one night on Saturday 4/23 as we were coming back from Manchester NH. It would be quick, in and out and our flight was on Sunday, flying out of BOS to ORD. We were not looking for anything special, just a clean room. We checked in online with digital key ahead so we don't need to check in at the counter. We got the digital key info, went to the room and it doesn't work. We tried and tried and it just didn't want to open the door. Went back downstairs to the counter and we have to g... Read more

I booked this hotel during the Memorial Day weekend to stay for two nights. We decided to leave a day ahead and I had to call the Hilton Boston/Woburn. They were very accommodating to add one more night. We only booked a standard room and it was very clean, comfortable and the beds were made to perfection. We had a balcony overlooking the atrium. I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of our stay at the Hilton Woburn. We reserved an "Executive Room" only to find out on weekends the Executive Lounge is closed. I wish that had been noted in my confirmation. The king rooms are pretty standard. Ours faced the street and the window opened about 8 inches for fresh air. Some rooms have a balcony opening into the enclosed atrium - no outside exposure. The décor was pleasant and low key. The bathroom was large - the amenities are nice. The Wi-Fi - kept dropping and during peak period (Saturday night at 9:00) I coul... Read more

Great staff and a beautiful hotel located just 20 minutes away from downtown Boston. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was a bit lacking but understand since it is a continental breakfast. The bar was elegant and offered a variety amount of food on their dinner menu. The interior of the building makes the hotel look great. Internet was a bit lacking.

Traveling to Woburn for business I never expected to be kept awake every single night of the week with loud thumping music from the bar, screaming and yelling and groups of people singing. As most people who travel for business need to wake early it's a shame this hotel does not the sense to turn the bar music down during the weekdays. On top of that I had co workers have to change rooms several times due to cleanliness and one day I returned to my room and my sink was black!! So gross

This Hilton is extremely nice, located close to I95 and I93. The rooms are very tastefully designed and the bathrooms actually have 2 mats, one at the tub/shower and one in front of the sink. Humm, what a novel idea especially for a bathroom of it's size. There is plenty of parking with underground which makes it nice in the hot weather. But the best is the view of the lobby going up the 2 front facing elevators. The pic is attached.

The rooms were nice with great beds and pillows. Nice large TV. The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed. The bad news- Outside the conference room we found a mouse trying to find his way out of fear hotel. I thought the bartender was rude and might have even been drunk.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean, with plenty of room for a family of 4. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Conveniently located close to Boston, we drove in rather than take the T. (which we understand was very near to the hotel) We did not spend much time in the hotel as we were busy being tourists. Saturday evening, we spent some time at the hotel bar. The bartender was pleasant and efficient. We stayed on the Executive floor, which included breakfast in the... Read more

Hotel is good for a night stay and hanging in the pool. Bfast staff is not as attentive as you would expect from this type of hotel. the rooms are outdated, rooms smells like people smoke on them although is a non smoking facility. The pool is nice. Beware of the bar prices, there are discrepancies between was charged and was in the menu.

Overall speaking, the hotel doesn't match the expectation as a Hilton hotel. My friend and I didn't feel welcomed at all when checking in the hotel and the front desk guy(black short hair, around 30s) was impolite as a hospitality person. Also when we called the FD about shuttle service, the staff's attitude was impatient and rude.

Room was OK. Staff friendly. Be sure to ask for a room that does not face the indoor pool. Pool activity was very loud and could be heard in my room. I thought the slider door might be open when I first entered the room, but it was just that loud. I'm sure other rooms were better. Did not eat at the hotel or go to the bar. Seemed to be a lot of people there though.

The location of this hotel is a little weird since its sort of situated in a business park near some residential homes. Besides that, the room and staff were very nice. The hotel had a pool and bar (we didn't use them) and it's about 20 minutes from downtown Boston. This Hilton was much cheaper than the one in downtown when I booked it and for the cheaper price it's worth it. If you want to be walking distance to Downtown though, then just book something closer to the city.

The noise from the pool is amplified upward throughout the atrium. I have had to listen to screaming and yelling for two hours and the front desk told me it will go on at least until 10pm! The hotel does not monitor the noise and the glass doors facing the atrium provide a zero sound barrier. I am extremely disappointed by the unwanted intrusion of noise due to the terrible design flaw of having a pool in the middle of an atrium. Hilton, this design needs to be eliminated!
