My daughter and myself were tired of driving and decided to pull over at a hotel. This by chance was the hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly, positive, well dressed staff member who checked us in. Prices were reasonable. Room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast in the morning was terrific and the tables were kept clean. The clientele was upscale, well mannered, and friendly. We were both pleasantly surprised!

We were visiting Newport and chost to stay at Westport. It was almost 1/2 the cost of the Hampton in Middletown. Worth the drive, the money we saved on Hotel, almost covered cost of all the attractions we visited. Having a mini frig. in the room would have been nice.

We had the 2 queen bed room and requested one that was away from the freeway that this property is adjacent to and our room was quiet and the beds were very pleasantly comfy! Breakfast was also good with sliced fruit, bread items, hot food and fresh coffee. Also served fresh cookies in the afternoon! Pool and Jacuzzi are indoors so you could definitely get a strong whiff of chlorine. We would recommend the Bittersweet Farm Restaurant and Tavern for lunch/dinner as it's a very nice property w... This was a return trip to the Hampton Inn in Westport. We had stayed there four years ago and found it clean and comfortable like most of the Hampton Inns. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating and gave us vouchers for appetizers when we told them we were going to the Grill for dinner. The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the restaurants very convenient.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Got kind of crowded around the weekend, but that was to be expected. Room was quiet and clean. Complimentary breakfast was typical: muffins, toast, eggs, waffles, etc. Location was ideal for seeing a lot of things with quick on and off of the highway and short drives to everything.

Not up to the expected Hampton Inn standards. When I did online check in the day before, it was hard to tell which side of the hotel was facing the highway and which was facing the back. Previous reviews said for a quiet room to ask for a room in the back. So I called the hotel and the host gave me a room that he said was not facing the highway and would be quiet. However, something about the room number seemed not quite right. So I called back and spoke to someone else who said no I was on ... Read more

I booked 4 rooms here over a June weekend for a small family gathering and everything was very good. For whatever reason (college graduations?), the Hampton in Seekonk, where we have stayed in the past, was twice the price as the one here in Fall River and there was no noticeable drop off in service or the accommodations. Everything about this hotel was great. My 17 year old son and I loved the breakfast . The individual omlettes and sausage were great! Another day they offered bagels with cheese and bacon instead of the sausage. Wild blueberries and whipping cream for the waffles were a great addition! Fresh cut fruit & yogurt rounded out the regular offerings. I would have expected this kind of environment at a more expensive hotel. I do not have a single suggestion for improvement.

Very much a business hotel and yet, plenty in the near vicinity for tourists. Especially with the motorway access which can get you to Boston or Providence within an hour. Also a few good restaurants within walking distance. Totally recommend the Whaling museum in New Bedford and the USS Massacheusetts in Fall River.

This is a good hotel with regular benefits of a hampton inn. We stayed using our hilton points and proved to be of great value. The hotel has good amenities with a tennis court, and indoor pool and regular fitness center. Can't ask for more in the price. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee machine was really outdated, and didn't work after multiple attempts. Location was decent with both Providence and Newport around 20miles. Overall a good stay.

We were staying for one night for a wedding near bye. We arrived very early but our room was ready so we were able to check in. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The room was great and very clean and well kept. The breakfast was included and was great. Food was fresh and hot. Will go back again if we are in the area!

I stayed just for one night, on our way to Newport, RI. The room was spacious & well laid out. Front Desk was very customer oriented & helpful. Hotel is located close to the highway making easy access to Boston/Newport. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, it was a pleasant overnight stay.

We came in for a wedding. The rate for the block of rooms was well worth it. A telephone call from the front desk asking if we were satisfied with our room was unexpected and a nice touch. Rooms and public spaces were clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. We loved making our own waffles - another nice touch. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

Hotel for the area is good as there are not that many quality options. Rooms are adequate and hotel is clean. Staff are accommodating, but could be more attentive. I had requested a room on the backside of the hotel and was assured of this. Arriving I found the rooms were given away and mine was facing the highway. The main problem with this hotel is the highway noise! It is non-stop traffic and I found myself waking up throughout the night. I could also hear the TV of the next room, thou... Read more

First time to stay at a Hampton Suites and I was thoroughly impressed. The standard king room included a sofa bed, mini-frig, and micro. The room was a nice size and we had a great view of a nearby pond. Each night they offered complimentary hot soup from the restaurant next door, which was delicious. They also had fresh apples in the lobby from a local orchard. Very good hot breakfast. The staff was wonderful.

Attended a wedding in Rhode Island and this hotel was one of our choices..very happy we stayed here...comfortable and quiet room, even though location of room was right outside an elevator we heard nothing at all. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional..typical Hampton Inn complimentary breakfast..reasonable rates and easily accessible to highway

We stayed here for a night with our pooch and the hotel is easy to get to off the Highway and we grabbed takeout (since we had the dog with us) and the restaurant is right next door. Nice people and a good stay while we were on the way to Martha's Vineyard. We did not have breakfast so I can't comment but most Hampton Inn's have a similar offering.

Very comfy and inviting room decor. Bed was also very comfortable, everything was clean and bright. Staff were eager to assist with any questions and very accomodating. Breakfast was just average but acceptable. I very much appreciate the refrigerator and microwave in the room as a business traveler. One of my best Hampton Inn experiences!

Older hotel, but clean. Staff does not go out of the way to be friendly. Breakfast attendant was not very friendly. Front Desk either. Laundry attendant said hello every time she saw me. Housekeeper gave me exactly what I needed which was just a couple of replacement towels.

Stayed one night when visiting the area. The room was very attractive. Bed comfortable and lots of pillows so something had to work for nice comfort. Nice TV and soft drink vending down the hall. Unfortunately "sold out" of everything I wanted, alas. Front desk very helpful and morning breakfast buffet very tasty with a good cross section for everyone. Lots of towels. Felt like a quality operation!

Stay was consistent with expectations of Hampton Inn. We stay at Hamptons regularly and have always been satisfied. The room was clean and well kept, the staff was pleasant and courteous and the complimentary breakfast let us start our day without the hassle of running to a restaurant for breakfast.

Welcomed as a Diamond member with offers of snack/water and anything else. Even though this is a older Hampton Inn, everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was rotated every day I was there and the bedding was clean & comfortable. Have no problem recommending.

We needed a hotel close to Little Compton, RI, and chose this place at random because of location. It is immediately off the highway in Fall river, and we were very pleased. the complimentary breakfast is as fine as we have ever had, and the staff is very friendly; rooms were very clean, with nice TV and beds. If ever in that area again, will definitely stay there- also a pool and hot tub. Great hotel and a good advertisement for Hampton Inns.

When in the Westport, Fall River, Dartmouth area this is a great place to stay. Central location, great service and staff and restaurant next door. Standard Hampton Inn breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean but starting to show some wear since we started staying here about 4 years ago, not bad just some dings on the corners and scuffs on the wall from luggage. Beds were comfortable and the wi-fi worked.

We were on our way to new Bedford to take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. This is 15 minutes down the road, right off the highway. Less expensive than New Bedford options but still great quality. Other reviews said breakfast was bad, but we thought it was great. Hot oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereals/breads, fruit. Refilled frequently, clean. Friendly. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and most of them are excellent places to stay. But this Hampton Inn surpasses excellence. The staff are pleasant, well trained and efficient. They make you feel like family and that they are happy to see you. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast foods are plentiful, kept stocked by an attentive staff who also make sure tables are cleaned as soon as people leave. This is a quality place to stay.

Usually stay at Hampton Inn's when we travel. This property was disappointing. The hotel caters to wedding parties from the large hall next door. We were there on a Saturday night and there were many kids running up and down the halls all night. Loud wedding afterparties into early morning hours in many rooms and we awoke to throw-up on the hall carpet outside our room. Reminded me of a large college frat house party on a Saturday night. The hotel is an older property and is in need of a m... Read more

We always have a great experience when we stay at the Hampton Inn. We never have to worry about anything. The digital check-in is very convenient. The complementary breakfast, the 5 - 7 pm light fare, and ongoing beverage service fixes it so you won't be a loss for something to eat! Overall, a great place to stay.
