The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was satisfactory. I even liked the comfy chair and mirror, as well as the beautiful bureau. However, the desk did not adequately explain were to park around the back or how to enter from the back entrance, so we ended up hefting our luggage all the way around again. The hotel did not accurately communicate with the restaurant which severely impacted our stay, nor was the restaurant staffed properly when they were fully aware a large group was bo... Read more

This is the kind of place where you don't want to take your shoes off. I am sure in it's day it was a lovely place to stay but the stained blue carpet and crumbling popcorn ceiling tell me that day has come and gone. I was told some of the rooms have been upgraded. I was not lucky enough to get one. The pics on tripadvisor are clearly of the upgraded rooms. It's as clean as it can be - no visible mold or bugs as previous posters have said. Front Desk told me all of the rooms had recently be... Read more

Very clean, quiet hotel. Even the upholstered furniture was clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. It was worth the cost. All the staff were nice & helpful!! We parked in front, unloaded & then parked for the nite. The hotel was full of hi school soccer players & their parents. No sounds in the hallway leaching into our room. Nice big counter space in the bathroom. I take meds which have to be refrigerated. I never mentioned a refrig when I made the reservations. There i... Read more

Room very clean. A bit dated need more outlets with all the phones, tablets and computers. Could use room darkening shade for late sleepers. Pool was great. Convienent to intertstate, restaurants and stores. Would stay again.

Stayed for a couple of days on a business trip. Average room, ambience and food. Great service at the restaurant for breakfast included in the room rate. Old furnishings and decorations could have been updated. Close to work and restaurants.

I had one of the renovated rooms on the first floor. It was nicely appointed; bed was comfortable; pillows were OK. Oddly though, for a renovated room it still had a big old fashioned key for entry to the room--something that I remember back in the 80's... Not only is a key system not safe (with lots of folks able to pick locks...) it is inconvenient. Workout facility is very nice--older with several rooms of weights, cardio, etc., but lots to choose from. It actually is a health club that ... Read more

This hotel was awesome. The staff was very helpful. Looking at the reviews I thought it was going to be horrible but for the price we were staying there anyway. We checked in went to the room and was amazed and none of the reviews does this hotel justice. Located in a central place very close to where we were going to a conference. Workout room was decent. I really enjoy my stay here will stay again and advise you to stay here as well

Stayed here a couple nights while visiting my mother. Hotel seemed nice to me. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again but probably not pay the extra for the breakfast - didn't feel that was worth. We got their breakfast 1 AM and just went to Panera the next. Our room was located more in the back on first floor. Next time I would probably ask for not the first floor (windows open which I like but makes me nervous on first floor) and not the back. The back had a big s... Read more

Everything was okay. Room and bathroom were clean and acceptable. Continental breakfast was fair, consisting of bagels and miniature Danish pastries, juice and coffee costing $ 7.95 - way over-priced! Competitor motels offer this as a free amenity.

We held a "Celebration of Life" memorial at the Westford Regency and were very pleased with the entire experience. The event planning staff were very professional and helpful and managed the event beautifully - from technology support to quality of food and setup of the ballroom. We had ~ 150 people in attendance and the afternoon event was perfect. I would highly recommend the Westford Regency for large meetings and conference events.

A nice place. Looks deceptively small from the outside. A lot of restaurants around within walking distance. Have not been to a hotel where you have to use a key rather than key card. Found that a little amusing. Friendly staff and a so so breakfast spread.

This is a pretty nice hotel. I received a voucher for the upgraded breakfast. I had a western omelet, sausage and juice. It was top notch. The best thing about this hotel was it's gym facilities. Its basically a full scale gym and free for hotel guests. It includes all the free weights and machines you'll need to get a good lift in.... as well as plenty of cardio equipment. There are also racquetball courts!

Big property with nice clean rooms. I like the fact that the windows open as I enjoy fresh air in the summer. The shower was cold on the first day during the day. By night it was able to run hot. The 2nd day the shower was fine, but on my 3rd day it took about 10 minutes before it got hot. New plumbing maybe needed? The hotel has 2 restaurants...neither were open for lunch, which was disappointing as I was working and had off during lunch hours. I like the hot tub & pool... Overall, I would reco... Read more

This hotel is in a great location that's central to everything I needed access to. Unfortunately, the room was worn and felt dirty despite being tidy. The uncomfortable, squeaky bed and lumpy pillows made for a restless night. I woke up with shooting pain in my shoulder that has not subsided after 2 days. The wifi was so weak, I was unable to stream videos or music. All in all, I wish I had spent more money on a better hotel.

Our room was on the third floor overlooking one of the roofs. It was seriously outdated. The bedspread, curtains and carpet may be from the 90's. Lace on the windows with shades that needed replacing. The knotty pine furniture was a throw back to the 50's. The wifi did not work in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to access it. TV reception was fuzzy. The bathroom was basically clean, but the grout was discolored. The sink faucet was loose and the handicapped bar in the shower was about t... Read more

My wife and I stayed at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center for 4 nights starting September 8th. We were part of large group of people attending the recent Northeast Meet-Up for Model A Ford owners. Our room at the hotel was located on the 2nd floor and it was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. The room had a coffee maker and refrigerator, and the bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel staff from reception to room cleaning staff were extremely helpful, courteous and pro... Read more

I stayed at the Westford Regency Inn to attend a nearby auction. The room was clean and large as compared to other hotels. The Sunday morning breakfast buffet was excellent and was moderately priced at $12.00. When I stay at different hotels one of the important things I look for is are they easy to do business with. The Regency made it easy to do online reservations, easy check-in and check-out, as well as the food and bar. Also, it is conveniently located just off a major highway. I will stay ... Read more

I attended a 3 day conference here. I was impressed with the facilities for the conference, all was top notch. We used a room that was an amphitheater which made it easy to see the speaker and the video screen. I walked the grounds and hotel and it was impressive. Only complaint might be about the temperature in the conference room. It was freezing and many of us had to wear coats.

When you walk in the front door of this hotel you can tell immediately that this hotel is different from your usual chain hotel. Here we were in a small town in central Massachusetts outside of the hustle and bustle of Boston. The lobby has a central atrium surrounded by dark woods, plants, and rose marble...beautiful. Upon entering you are greeted by a friendly staff who seem to be there solely to be of your service. That goes from the front desk staff to the dining personnel carries onto ... Read more

This hotel looks beautiful when you first arrive. On the inside it does look a bit 1980s and I noticed they were updating the first floor hotel rooms. There is a lot of gold and dark wood in the main areas which looks old, but it is still nice. The hotel rooms are huge! We had a king bed and still had room to open up the double sofa bed for our children. Had some nice perks like face wipes in the bathroom, but also had a lot of problems with our TV and changed the remote 3 times but it still w... Read more

Their staff is super friendly and have hot breakfast on site. Location is bite off the grid but close to local highway. The pool looks pretty good but I didn't go inside. However, I didn't really like the room and hallways. You can definitly feel the mositure and the carpet smells a little. The bed is squeeky, water pressure is ok. They have old school style to order breakfast and have them bring to your room if you like, got to do it by 3AM. They will also stick the bill under your door ... Read more

We booked from the road the night before. We were trying for the Freedom Trail in Boston the next day but the weather didn't cooperate. The room was a small double (two double beds) for three grown people. A bit tight. We stayed on the third floor, room 319. For the Boston area, this was a great deal. The room and the bathroom were dated but clean. They're still using keys instead of key cards but they're renovating. Parking was a little funky from the room. We used the stairs at the end of the ... Read more

Colonial style hotel, currently under redecoration to restore some former glories. Nice breakfast service runs by professionals. There is a big shopping center just around the corner that can be accessed just walking some hundred meters. Surrounding beautiful nature make it attractive as such. The only but to my stay is maybe the noise coming from the nearby road, also with traffic at night.

Don't be too impressed with the front facade or the nice lobby of this hotel because once you hit the aging elevators it quickly goes downhill. Walking into a guess room is like walking into Gramma's parlor circa 1984 complete with peeling wallpaper, out-of-date telephones, alarm clocks and air conditioning units. On the bright side, the rooms have all the modern conveniences of flush toilets, running water and electricity - you just have to get over the aging electrical sockets, missing "cold... Read more

This was a nice place to stay for my husband and I. We booked last minute so we didn't have a lot of options for places to stay. The rate seemed a little high for how old the hotel felt, esp. once you got inside the rooms. All the hotels in the area were the same price though. Rooms had wooden furniture that had some serious wear and tear, made it feel very antique. There was even an actual key to get into the room instead of a key card.

The hotel has pros and cons of course. The hotel is beautiful from outside. Inside is nice too but the room has has a vintage look to it. The lobby's beautiful! The room is small. The furniture is nice but old-fashioned. The wall paper is from the era I wasn't even born. The key is copied from a horror movie "Skeleton key". So yes, they got it all! Upon checked-in we noticed the crowd that came in for a wedding rehearsal. Someone's getting married! Not me! This hotel is probably known for its ve... Read more

We held my mother's 75th birthday party at the Westford Regency and we had excellent service from the moment I started planning the event. The day of the party the staff went over and beyond my expectations and the party was a wonderful success! We had some out of town guests stay and the staff was very polite and pleasant. I would recommend the Westford Regency for any event!
