Room was pleasant. Décor was light and crisp. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for the side away from the highway due to the truck noise. I would stay there again. Good value with the breakfast.

The staff was just wonderful. Very friendly. They seemed to work long hours but always had a smile. They were curtious and friendly at all hours of the of the day and night. The hotel was booked with ball players and a wedding. Everyone seemed happy. Thank you

The staff went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my meeting. It was way better than any other Hampton that I have used for meeting purposes. I will definitely be back. The rooms were nice and kept clean.

Great hotel for business or leisure. Good value for price . Convenient location. A lot of amenities around the hotel from shopping to eateries. Shopping included grocery store, clothing and pharmacy. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

I am from Japan and stayed at this hotel on business for a few days. Room I used does not have bathtub but shower and it was a bit disappointing for me. And sound of air conditioning is large enough to awake me in the night (It may be normal in US). However, behavior of all staff is great and wonderful. It appears they enjoy their job. Great stay! Very convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Clean and neat. We did stay on the 1st floor and it was very loud with a wedding until about 130am. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Nice and clean rooms, great great service. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Conveniently located to major highways and Boston vicinity. On this trip, I stayed at 4 different Hilton properties and this was the nicest. We had a king suite studio which was enormous and had a kitchen area with coffee-maker fridge, microwave and free popcorn. The bathroom sink and vanity were outside the room with toilet and shower to provide easy access and efficiency in getting ready in the morning.The decor was modern and the breakfast area was large. Housekeeping was late on several days. Cleaning was not up to standards. Forgot towels and general wipe down. The internet was very slow and caused delays in my business needs. Only one elevator was working which created a line on more than one day.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby, only one night, but the staff & breakfast & room were all great. As Hilton "gold" members we were given a generous goody bag with cokes, chocolate, cookies & chips as we checked in & had a 10% discount price on the room. Our daughter shared the room & we had very comfortable beds, all clean & tidy. Stayed for two nights for work. This is a typical Hampton Inn. My room was clean and generally quiet. We didn't try the free breakfast as we were rushing out each morning. It's close to the technology park and walking distance to a Starbucks.

I was traveling for business and found Hampton Inn via a google search. The front desk staff was very nice and the lobby was very clean. I didn't care for the sitting chair in the room. Also the room temperature system didn't work well and room always felt very warm. Lastly the bed was uncomfortable. However, overall the hotel was a good price.

Was supposed to stay there this week with a few coworkers. We showed at 9:30 and were told the hotel was oversold and there were no rooms. They moved us to the Westford Regency which has dated but clean and comfortable rooms and amazing customer service, The guy at the front desk completely acted like it was our problem and said there is nothing I can do. No precall before showing up to tell us we did not have rooms.

Stayed here for a quick visit overnight. Great location with restaurants nearby and super friendly staff. Had a great relaxing stay here during an otherwise hectic visit. Went for a short walk to a nearby restaurant for a business dinner. Housekeeping was particularly noteworthy with prompt work

Wonderful stay because of top shelf staff, amenities, location and value. Staff rates a "10" on all shifts at all times. Comp breakfast, wifi, business center and fitness room were all excellent benefits.

Noisy guests from several athletic teams were an issue, but the Operations Manager was diligent in understanding and resolving our discontent. She was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction level. She met with us and offered to get us a better room in a quieter place in the hotel when we return.

Everyone at the Hampton Inn was amazing, Dawn was incredibly helpful and the staff is awesome! We were a large party in town for a wedding and they could not have been more patient and pleasant with everything. Would absolutely come back!

Dawn (head of sales) and the rest of the staff were just wonderful to work with. We had a block of rooms for my sister's wedding and there was a lot going on, and they couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. The staff went above and beyond.

I had an excellent time the service was great I would recommend it to anyone that visiting the area. Very nice people and the food was great, hot and well prepared each morning. The staff was very hospitable. they were at your service . It was very clean and you didn't have to ask for anything the came around every morning checking to make sure where satisfied with your room and everything clean towels where always available. I traveled with a girls softball team. We travel all over New England and this team books about 100 rooms per year. While some of the staff were pleasant, the senior staff was not accommodating. Our room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, promised a refrigerator that never happened, breakfast was atrocious. Daughter has special diet. Made special arrangements, however food was contaminated. Not even an apology!!! NEVER AGAIN

The people working at the hotel were GREAT. Personable and friendly. The hotel itself, not so great. One of the 2 elevators that was out of service in October 2016 was still out of service in July 2015. Housekeeping dirty laundry and trash was left in the hallway all day and through the night. Not picked up until AFTER breakfast the next day. Housekeeping NEVER left the requisite 5 items in the bathroom. Not there on check in and not placed during the 5 night stay.

The shower was not clean when I checked and. The shower drain was clogged with hair. I brought thios to the attention of the front desk on the second morning of my stay. They assured me that it would be taken care of. When I returned to the room late that night not onpy had the shower drain not been cleaned but the housekeeping had not even been into the room to make it up. We always stay at Hampton Inn. Sadly, during this particular stay, there were a couple groups of teens there for softball and baseball games. Not certain they were the problem, but the walls and ceiling are paper thin. Took a two hours and a call to the front desk to finally get to sleep. Creaky, noisy, poorly constructed building made our stay rough.

Overall very good. Convenient location for me, at Exit 32 off I-495. It was a very warm weekend, temperature controls in our room worked perfectly. Only downer is that I prefer rooms with windows that can open. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Some restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel. I'll stay there again.

Driving fatigue and too much traffic helped us decide we need to exit now. My wife, when business traveling, always favored a Hampton inn facility so we drove to this location. We arrived at an extremely clean, well defined and welcoming exterior. Inside we found much of the same, neatness, clean and a welcoming spirit. This is a great hotel for business or for anyone visiting the metro-Boston suburbs. You can get to Boston easily enough since this is right on Rt 495 (and so by heading either N or S, you can pick up any of the roads that lead into the City) and the neighboring towns have commuter rail access, but it will take you at least an hour. This is a great place to stay - for business, leisure and other needs. Our check-in was delayed by a bit more than the projection via the app. However, the staff was not frazzled and off we went to our rooms - set up to provide good comfort. We spent 4 nights here in June while our son attended an academic conference at the Tsongas Center in Lowell at UMass. This hotel is well situated near places to eat. Hotel options are very limited near UMass but this was a great option. Hotel is fairly new, typical Hampton Inn with complimentary breakfast, small gym, pool, etc. rooms are nicely appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel when in the area.

Hotel is well kept. Employees are friendly. Quick access to shops and eateries as well as grocery store. There is some road noise so if you are a light sleeper be sure to ask where room is in relation to roads/highway. I'll be staying there again!!!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very welcoming. My family enjoyed the stay. I would stay again. The breakfast was nice and the everything was in place. We enjoyed the pool. It was close to the highway and it has many restaurants and shopping near by.

The highway noise is clearly audible inside the building. I had trouble falling asleep and also work up 1.5hrs before my alarm because the road noise kept me awake. I always travel with earplugs and still could hear the road noise clearly.

The hotel Rooms were clean and it was fairly quiet for a busy hotel. Bedding was comfortable with average mattresses. Easy to get on and off Highway which was important for us since we were traveling back and forth for tournaments.

We stayed here while visiting the Boston area. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice. It seemed a little far to travel into Boston at first. The distance is not bad, it's all of the traffic. Hotels directly in Boston are very expensive, so this was a great alternative. I will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Convenient to restaurants and highway. Try for rooms facing front of building to eliminate road noise. Nice size rooms and attentive staff. Access to jogging trail. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast with a fair selection of hot and cold choices.

Hampton Inns as a rule are pretty good and this one is no exception. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast area large and inviting. We thought the room could use an additional chair ours having just one desk chair so either I or my wife was sitting on the bed while watching TV. We were on the third floor and could hear thumping (walking) every time the person above us moved around.

Stayed at this hotel for work - it was a good, fairly basic hotel. Breakfast was average but was good enough. There is a small gym that was mostly empty so was easy to use. Close to some restaurants which was convenient.

Hilton has reached a new level of providing basic hotel accommodations. This facility is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and new but very basic. Don't expect any luxuries because they don't exist. Expect a very nice, safe stay

This is a nice hotel with a great price. Our King Studio was roomy and the furnishings nice. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast bar is fast and okay. I'll stay with you next year when I return to the area.

Overall the hotel was basic...good for a quick one night stay. Not good for hanging out long term. The complimentary "hot" breakfast is not what it seems. They don't have a kitchen or waitstaff. It is a continental breakfast with the only hot items being packaged frozen mini omelette type things that are just heated up, some biscuits and goop heated up to put on them and some oatmeal. This hotel stay was a very pleasant surprise. I didn't know what to expect when I booked a Hampton Inn room since I'm not very familiar with the brand. The people at the front desk were wonderfully accommodating and the room felt fresh and clean. I loved the bright white bedding, which added to the fresh feeling. The breakfast buffet wasn't super impressive, but there were enough beverage options, fresh fruit, mini pastries and a few hot dishes to satisfy everyone in our group.

I was working just down the road so spent 3 nights here. There's no bar or restaurant so didn't have the chance to eat here when I turned up at 9pm after a transatlantic flight. There are places nearby for food. The room was clean and comfortable but it was simply not possible to shut the curtains. This means you get woken up at sunrise. My wife and I were coming back from New England and we stayed at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was very new and in a great location. We were close to places to eat and to walk for some exercise. The Highway 476 behind the hotel is horrendously noisy. LOUD trucks heard above the room fan, all hours of the day and night. Great hotel in a nice town. AWFUL HIGHWAY NOISE. It was too late to attempt switching rooms and I thought the noise would die down by midnight. I was very wrong. It got louder. I love Hampton Inns but not this one. Just stay somewhere else and forget this one.

First, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, so of that is all you're looking for, then stay here. I was disappointed because there was no mini fridge or microwave. This is the first Hampton Inn I've stayed in that didn't have one. From now on, I will make sure it is listed in the amenities before I book a room. Breakfast was overcooked. Eggs were dry and so was the sausage.

I had a conference to attend and chose to stay here. Typical Hampton Inn & Suites. I had room 328 which had a king bed and sofa. It was on the side of the hotel facing 495 and was noisy. (Choose an odd numbered room to face the quiet side). The room was clean and the front desk was friendly. They have a pool (no hot tub) and a small workout room.

A shower with an old shower head that has poor pressure and squirts you in the eye no matter how you position it. Towels that I would not donate to Goodwill- absolute sandpaper! Wifi difficult to login and slow slow slow. BUT on the good side nice desk clerk, newish decor, location is close to restaurants. I'm ambivalent in the comfort or lack for the bed - maybe the shower experience has biased me unfairly. So make up your own mind - but that's what I experienced.

Towels pillows mattress should be comparable to room rate dining area should have tint on upper Windows so 1/2 the room isn't squinting during breakfast for such a remote location the evidence or possibility of cameras should be enforced in parking area

After traffic delays leaving New Jersey compounded by monsoon rains east of Hartford, we arrived at 10:00 pm and received keys to room 305. Nice location, clean. No refrigerator or microwave. Both bathrooms next to classroom stopped up and overflowing. Continental breakfast was not very appealing. Young man at front desk seemed bored. Lady that checked us out bubbly and personable.

Although a bit underfurnished with only one chair, there is good potential to be a very nice property. With one elevator broken, one elevator wasn't really adequate for the number of patrons. The breakfast was excellent. The dining space was spacious and pleasant.

My family and I stayed here for one night. I love Hampton Hotels however there was an issue with my credit card charges that Im still trying to address. The young man that checked us in was pleasant. HOWEVER, the staff that works during breakfast needs to be more pleasant and the woman that checked me out had no clue how to charge my card hence being overcharged. There was only one elevator that was operational during our stay, but overall the hotel was very clean.

I typically visit this part of the world for business trips. I have been to Westford before and I have stayed at other properties in this area. This was the first time at Hampton. It was a mixed experience, finding this property is little tricky but once we found it I checked in at 11:30pm without any hassles. Break fast is a little let down. Not much variety especially if you are vegetarian. Rooms are clean, but no refrigerator or microwave in the room. One of the elevators in broken.

It was a wonderful experience, Staff was very friendly, they all speak multiple languages and very professional. Breakfast was very good but maybe need more variety. We were not briefed about the services that the hotel offers. we would definitely come back.

Nothing special about this Hampton, it is what you expect it to be. A good clean hotel with a comfortable and nice room. I have stayed at this hotel before several years ago and it is nicer now than it was then, seems like a pretty recent renovation.
