We booked what what supposed to be a one bedroom room with sleeping for 4. Instead. the room had a loft, which had no door and had a wall with a cutout overlooking the living room below. No privacy at all. The other sleeping area was a saggy pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kids ended up sleeping on the floor on top of the cushions for a week. The room was an inside room, with no windows and no exterior lighting. It overlooked a indoor pool, so the drapes had to remain closed or p... Read more

This review is made up in two sections: a) General feedback on our stay b) Tips for people who choose to stay at the Cove. A) General Feedback: First off, it is a resort but they say NO COOKING? Really? We stayed in what I thought was an off-peak time, with the exception of New Years Eve which was packed, so much so that parking was atrocious at best, forcing us to have to walk like 4 blocks in the cold to get to the unit. B) Tips for Staying at the Cove 1) Checkin parking is an immediate l... Read more

On our last trip to the Cape I thought we would try a place we hadn't been to before. The Cove offered a good deal. I liked that the rooms had two levels with a bedroom upstairs along with a full bathroom. Also there was a television you could watch form bed however, we couldn't get the "sleep" function to work. We has a very nice view overlooking a small cove...hence the name. The fridge was a bit small but the room came equipped with dishes, cutlery and glasses etc. It even had a little b... Read more

Being a native of Cape Cod, I know that many of their hotels and resorts are outdated. I had booked through the Armed Forces vacation club and by the pictures and other reviews that I saw, I felt very confident in booking here. I am so glad I did! This resort is completely remodeled and looks amazing! The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. We had originally been put in a room facing the parking lot but with a two-year-old that is a very light sleeper I had asked if we could please be mo... Read more

I stayed in a loft style suite with two bathrooms and a fold-out sofa. There is no stove-top, oven, or wash-dryer in the room. My suite did not have a balcony, but they did give me a partial water view at my request. The rest of the view was of the woods, which was still pretty nice considering the fall colors. I enjoyed the location, since I wanted to explore all of cape cod during my stay. This is central, with Provincetown and Wood Hole each an hour away. The mall is a few minutes dri... Read more

My daughter was visiting from Texas for her 40th birthday and wanted to spend a few days at her favorite vacation spot when she was a little girl. We spent 3 relaxing days at The Cove. Our townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a perfect ending to our evenings!

People were helpful and fixed a problem we had. Rooms were nice even though we had to change rooms for Internet to work. Huge indoor pool and hot tub so you can use that in any kind of weather. Beautiful view if you walk around the back of the buildings, but there is only one way to get to it so I'll bet most people don't ever go to it. Could have activities for owners that are more engaging. Weakest point.

We are seniors who have been timeshare owners for over 25 years. Our reservation was an exchange and we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cove. We have used timeshares throughout the country and this was the most frustrating experience to date. The check in and check out were fine. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. This made getting our belongings from the parking lot into the room a bit of a challenge. Then we found out that the unit was also two stories - the bedroom... Read more

Really nice!! The staff is so friendly and takes care of your every need. Clean and well kept we were here to visit the area and they were very helpful in helping us to plan our sightseeing trips. Would be nice if they had free coffee in the lobby having to pay a $1.00 for a pod was not good. But everything else was great

Nice clean property and great staff I do go over the room with wipes to make sure phones remotes door knobs light switches handles on bureaus are germ freel. The indoor pool is very nice We prefer the first floor suites. Townhouses do not offer privacy because they are open. We have had company stay for a night or two and the suites have a door to the bedroom. Both room types have two baths and two TV' . Each room has a microwave a coffee maker and fridge. A dining tab!e and chairs when yo... Read more
