Hampton Inn and Suites Cape Cod
99 Main Street Route 28, West Yarmouth, MA US 02673

Geographically situated in the middle of Cape Cod, our hotel in West Yarmouth is convenient to the exciting dance halls of Provincetown and the world-class dining halls of Hyannis; the quaint Gingerbread-style houses of Martha`s Vineyard and the historic lighthouses of Nantucket. With more than 550 miles of unspoiled coastline stretching out before you, the beaches are seemingly never ending on Cape Cod.

We couldn`t blame you if you spent your entire time here lounging in the sand, letting the ocean lap at your toes. You might blame yourself after you left, however. Spending all that time at the beach could mean that you`ve missed out on a challenging round of golf at Hyannis Golf Club, a whale watching excursion, a bike ride along an Oceanside trail or an afternoon of antiquing in the shops along Main Street. Don`t miss out on any of the fun Cape Cod has to offer.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We arrived late and the night clerk was very friendly checking us in. We brought our bikes with us and the hotel has a storage room to hold your bikes while you stay. The hotel is approximately 1 mile from Hyannis. The room was clean and big. It had a couch and a desk. The rooms are modern so they must have been updated within the past year to too. We decided to visit the week before Memorial Day Weekend as the rates are nearly 1/3 the rates M... Read more

Absolutely had the BEST TIME EVER during our stay here! I came with 2 kids ages 9 & 1. The pool was great, as was the hot tub. They had something going on every day for the kids! They had face painting & a scavenger hunt. One night they even had a pizza party in the main lobby! They must have ordered 20 huge yummy pizzas, and made sure everybody had plenty! Every night at 800 they put out fresh baked bomb chocolate chip cookies! What's better than that? The room was gorgeous and sparkly clean. C... Read more

This exact time last year I visited the Cape with a friend. I swore I would come back and I did. There was no 'hotel shopping' to be had. We stayed at the Hapton Inn and Suites, no questions asked. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spic and span, the convenience of the breakfast is handy. The location is perfect. I could not have asked for more. Hampton Inn, you never dissappoint!

Hotel in great location near Cape Cod lighthouses as several nice restaurants and Hyannis' shopping district. Only downside was the lukewarm front desk staff and the great need for carpet cleaning in the guest rooms (feet were dirty after walking 20 minutes barefoot in the room). Hotel did have an excellent breakfast.

My company chose this hotel for a conference I had to attend down the road. I must say, Michelle at the front desk is the best with exceptional people skills. I wish her well with her new baby girl coming soon. Hotel clean, rooms clean! Good breakfast. We stayed at this particular hotel due to overnight travel and catching an early boat. Hotel staff was perfectly accommodating and friendly even in the middle of the night with two sleeping toddlers. Clean, comfortable stay! Only down side was we were only there for a few hours and didn't get to sleep as long as we would have liked. Not the hotels fault obviously :-) Will stay in this location int he future regardless of hilton point usage.

I chose this hotel to use some of my Hilton points and it wasn't a bad choice. On a main road but the rooms were quiet. Very close to Main Street in Hyannis, which has many restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach. Staff was very nice. We never made it to the free breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Beds were very comfortable, rooms decent size. I would stay there again.

Only advice is you can get a uber or taxi cheaper to the heart of Newport than the shuttle. Shuttle is $3.00 per person one way. There were four of us so it was $12.00. The uber coming back was only $6.40.

Spent some vacation time, four days and three nights, at this site. From a friendly greeting , to some helpful advice for local restaurants, the staff was attentive. The pool was good and used by younger guests. Also, the central location on the cape was a plus for planning activites. The property was clean, modern and appeared well maintained. If we were to return to the Cape, this would be our first consideration for lodging.

See my previous paragraphs with complaint about having to wait a half hour in the hotel lobby because the room was ready. My reservation was paid fully in advance. Months before we arrived. Pros - good room, ok breakfast, nice pool, shuttle service Areas for improvement: elevators are very stuff and warm Pool Bar - wine option should be a notch higher and burgers but it could be stocked better, and a fresh food option would be better than the frozen burgers on offer A/C in room - loud Location - empty building next door is an eyesore and it is very difficult to turn left out of parking lot. Breakfast was wonderful, as always, with many breakfast choices, plenty of hot coffee, fruit choices.... Read more

We just stayed here for 2 days while visiting the area, we stayed at 3 different hotels over a 6 night stay and this by far was our favorite. Staff was friendly and they had cookies at night. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean shower could have been a little bigger. Breakfast in morning was very good and plenty of food for everyone. Would highly recommend and till stay entire trip here next time.

I just enjoyed a 2 night stay with 2 other adults. Our room was clean and just right for 3 women traveling with far too many bags. The staff was welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. My personal favorite was the free infused water offered all the time! Breakfast was decent, it was the weekend, so as expected, food ran low and there was limited seating, which is to be expected! I would definitely come back!!

We have stayed here before and came back because of the service and the location. We did not realize they had a shuttle to get us to and from the Vineyard ferry free of charge which was nice. It saved us a parking fee of $17.00. Plus it is so crowded down there, just driving can be stressful getting through the streets! It was perfect. The fresh cookies in the lobby were a nice surprise when we got back from a long day on the Vineyard! I love how they have the hot drinks available at all times i... Read more

We stayed here for one night during Labor Day weekend. It was a very comfortable stay - bed was just right, enough towels for 2 adults and 2 kids, and clean! Breakfast was decent (and free) and the location was quiet. We really just went the Provincetown for a day and drove here to stay overnight. Nice stopping point going back to Boston.

Our trip was hastily planned due to a family death in Chatham. Although we??ve visited the Cape in excess of a dozen occasions, our accommodations were always at the family home. The West Yarmouth Hampton Inn was a pleasant surprise, very friendly staff, room was spacious and quiet (2 queen size beds), the facility was very clean and well maintained and the complimentary breakfast was standard Hampton fare. Rooms included a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker along with free WiF... Read more

Our room was a corner suite which was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was self-service and was fine

Very comfortable stay, very clean, great beds ( great night sleep) , central location and great value. Only complaint is that the breakfast utilises paper plates and plastic cutlery which is not great to eat off and not environmentally friendly. The staff on check in were very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay on Cape Cod at this large, clean Hampton property. Great breakfasts, nice pool, comfortable room. Shuttle service to ferry for our visits to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard were a plus as well. Definitely recommend this hotel! We'll be back to visit again!

not bad was only there for less than 24 hrs before we moved on.the price for the room given it was off season was really high.don't know why being a Hilton honors member that the price was so high.I thought being a member would give me an advantage over the rest

Picked this hotel as was unsure about independent hotels. Selected a suite as this gave plenty of space for the number of days we were spending in cap cod. The room has lots of space with a king bed and at the other end a sofa and small kitchenette. Check-in was very efficient, Erin performed this. She was able to make recommendations for suitable restaurants for dinner as well as coffee shops. Hotel is very clean, has an indoor and outdoor pool. Also a hot tub inside which we used each evening... Read more

We just returned from the Hampton Inn in West Yarmouth. Clean, quiet, spacious room on the 3rd floor. Efficient remote check-in and we were able to select the room that we wanted. Helpful, pleasant staff. TV was top quality and very easy to use. Plenty of convenient space to place and open luggage, including a bench at the end of the bed. Everything that we have come to expect from a Hampton Inn.

Billed me three times for a single stay. Called to try to work it out and was given no help whatsoever except: go call your bank. Absolutely unacceptable - both the fraud and the service. Don't stay here.

The Hampton is close to it all, the staff professional and friendly, the rooms are comfortable & clean, what more could a guest ask for? Breakfast was hot and delicious, the pool was sparkling and the hot tub was HOT!!! I will be back.

Not too friendly, additional charge at check in to cover "possible incidental room charges" which get taken off days later if not used (without explanation-had to ask). All Hampton Inns that I've stayed out usually have cookies or fruit at check in...not this one. Cookies were put out when we were off at dinner. This nice touches are a reason I've used Hampton Inn in the past. This location was a disappointment.

This hotel is INSANELY expensive given the neighborhood and quality, even accounting for the overpriced nature of Cape Cod. It is a perfectly normal Hampton Inn, in that it is "fine," but isn't exactly as clean as one would want, doesn't exactly smell as one would want, the lighting in the bathroom was a disaster, but it got the job done. Nothing terribly bad happened, but there also was nothing particularly good.

This Hampton in was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable, clean and had a staff with service that was outstanding. The lobby and pool area are cozy. The free breakfast and the cash bar were great too. I will definitely stay there again!

This is a fairly new Hampton Inn located right on Route 28 in West Yarmouth. It is a beautiful resort with lovely landscaping. It does not have a water view but the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod are around the corner along with many shops and restaurants. It has great amenities and is conveniently located.

Our family loves staying at this hotel when we are visiting Cape Cod. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. Their room selections can accommodate various amounts of guests. We enjoy having the wireless service in our room and always enjoy the breakfast each morning. Definitely consider staying at this hotel when you are visiting this area.
