The rooms are new, but whomever is cleaning them did jot do a good job. There was so much dust/ dirt behind the night stand that someone wrote their name in it. I also found a pill bottle with drugs in the drawer. It could be a great place, but they need to find better help to clean it.

The empoyee laughed en did not take us serious. The person who cleaned our room did not close our room so the door was open the hole day with all our staff inside. The empoyee laughed again. The room was fine and clean en de location oke but we dit not get what we want and they did not take this for serious.

Our go to place was Days Inn next to the Cape Cod Mall. Gone. Thought we'd give this DI a try. Same chain, right? How different things were. Room was freezing when we got there. (We had reservations for two nights) Had a hard time keeping it warm due to the huge gap at the bottom of the entry door. Had to stuff bedspread at the bottom of the door at night. Safety bar in the shower was firmly attached only at one end. Made us very nervous due to the slippery tub. Also, impossible get to get room... Read more

Stayed in Rm 170 (2nd floor, center of row, rt hand building) on Thurs 05/19 & Fri 05/20. Check In - Very friendly front desk person. Building: The style is more that of a motel than a hotel or inn as all the rooms were accessed by exterior stairways and walkways. Note: no ramps, elevators or any other type of assisted access was noted for the 2nd floor. Privacy: The window near the bed looks onto the walkway and has very good blackout curtains. The window in the bathroo... Read more

Pretty close to water and reasturants. The hotel is outdated and had wierd smells. Had a bottom floor and people upstairs walking knocked out smoke detectors off the celilings 3 times. The I'm assuming manager or maybe owner had family staying there and they were yellin. And screaming all night from the balcony of thier room. When we called to complain we were snickered at and told they would take care of it. Also don't leave anything in your car. Clearly there are people who live there and the ... Read more

Customer service was Poor. Arrived around 2pm on 6/5/16. The desk clerk was arrogant and rude mainly towards the lady in our group. Even after we spoke with Dave the manager the next day, he was defiant towards the manager. All of this over a few dollar difference. I spoke with Dave a second time and explained to him my position as the leader of setting up these trips for various locations for a group of 10 or more. The negative action of the desk clerk can alter our plans our future stay.... Read more

For a chain hotel I did not really expect too much and it was just a quick get away. I was surprised at how neat and clean the grounds were, the beds were amazing and what fantastic pillows (heavenly), clean room and bath, good shower pressure, soaps and shampoos provided as well as some coffee for your room. The windows opened wide to let air in which was lovely. The pool was fantastic with a view of the sunset. The breakfast room was cute and clean. Plenty of options to fill your belly at... Read more

our room was very clean and housekeeping did fantastic job. they do offer outdoor grilling and tables, however bring your own stuff, they don't clean out there and to buy stuff is very expensive. But pool is very clean, no sauna or was not working, free breakfast and good, she did very well to make sure nothing ran out so everyone had enough to eat. And if anything was wrong they would fix your problem or work on your concern. Staff was pleasant

this motel is in need of an upgrade/remodeling. i was given the room at the bottom of the stairs. when asked for another room, they put us at the top of the stairs. the room had ants and the rug was fraying. the websight showed an outdoor and indoor pool. the outdoor pool is now a parking lot and the indoor pool was cold. breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. we paid for two nights but our room keys were deactivated on the next day. i do not recommend this motel; not worth the price.

Note we had ZERO food in the room except for a few bottles of water. Sheets were sandy. Bathroom was just plain dirty. We've stayed at Days Inns all across New England, but this one is by far the most disappointing with regards to our room and the daytime lobby staff. The bathroom was literally falling apart and was infested with tiny ants. The smoke alarm required replacement after pinging with low battery at 4:30am.
