Very nice accommodations convenient to our company's HQ, but also to many other companies and, for that matter, to Cambridge, Arlington and even Boston. Right off 128 and across from The Naked Fish, one of my favorite places. Back to the hotel: pleasant and helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Cannot go wrong!

This was my 4th hotel in one week and it was by far the best because of the staff. At check-in we were greeted by Kevin Walker who was efficient, polite, charming, and made me laugh out loud. He made me feel like I was a regular when this was my first stay at the hotel. This was followed by an enjoyable visit with Carly Mucay at the bar. Again, another friendly and welcoming person. My first contact at he front desk set my great experience in motion with his attention to detail, first to my conversation which he paid attention to and responded. I picked this hotel because the brand and the area if you are travelling by car is 20 min from downtown, the staff service is outstanding. The only thing that I didn't like it to much was the bed, little soft for me I need something more rigid, but everyone is different.

A nice representation of the brand. Standard Hilton Garden Inn. The room was a little on the smaller side. And the mattress was not all that comfortable. Even though it was that dial a mattress kind of bed. It was kind of saggy. The hotel was quiet. It's close to a couple restaurants. And the service especially Kevin was top-notch. Nice property overall. Clean and comfortable.

Boston hotel prices skyrocket during graduation week. We found this hotel to be a very good value at that time. While a bit distant from our graduation activities in Cambridge it was a pretty easy drive most of the time, and a nice way to stay out of the crowds and congestion closer in. The only downside was a very noisy air conditioner in our room.

I stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights due to its convenient location (easy access to downtown and the northern suburbs and towns), availability of rewards nights, and free parking. Mainly it was availability of reward nights on short notice. I've stayed at a couple other Hilton Garden Inns, including the new one by Logan, and was dissapointed to find that the walls in this hotel are paper thin. This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel. Both times were for business. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and smooth. The staff gave me a room away from the noise as I had requested and it was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff did a nice job of keeping it tidy for me between nights. The breakfast was tasty. Pretty much the same fare that you would expect (eggs, cold cereal, sausages, muffins, juice, and the like).

Second stay in a row where they did not replenish towels where I had to go to the cart and get towels. The first time I complained to the front desk and had them bring them to me. If you take away 3 used towels, you should bring 3 fresh towels to the room. I think that makes sense. Also second stay in a row they did not replenish the ice bucket bag. Overall a nice experience. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean though the layout was a bit odd. Had minor issues with hotel housekeeping in that they did not provide enough towels for a family of 4. Had dinner at the restaurant. It was ok. Food was served hot and quickly. Service was a bit slow. Loved the complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby.

My daughter is in a power wheelchair. We did not know that they could not accommodate her. Her wheelchair could not fit by the beds nor in the bathroom. They told us the only room available that would be big enough for her had only a king size bed.... not appropriate for two parents and two children. In addition to not being able to, date her in the room, the pool they said would be able to accommodate her as they had a lift chair however after we got her in her bathing suit and to the pool the ... I booked the Hilton Garden Inn with hilton points. i needed a place to stay after giving a talk at Brandeis University which is about 3 miles away. Given the many companies located in Waltham, hotels can be on the expensive side, even though Waltham is quite far from Boston. Generally, the property is well maintained. Check in was smooth. Parking is convenient. I'm Hilton Honors gold so breakfast was included. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice, easy to get to, clean, well-priced. We had a problem with one of the lights in our room not staying on. The pillows were very uncomfortable, but I now know to just bring my own. I would definitely stay there again. The lobby was a wonderful gathering place with comfortable seating and complimentary lemon water.

Room was great! It was clean and had absolutely everything my fiance and I needed, FREE WiFi (for HHonors [free to join]), FREE parking, tasty breakfast, kind staff, free tea/coffee/hot cocoa 24-hours in lobby, Keurig in room, WILLIAM from the restaurant/bar was great and so was the cook! The room is 20 minutes from Downtown Boston by car. Overall, an exceptional experience! Would definitely stay here again!

The final negative was the day housekeeping neglected to clean our room and the front desk response at 8:30 pm was to say they were sorry. We had to ask for clean towels. Overall the hotel was too much of a get what you pay for. The manager to his credit deducted one night's charges the next morning.
