Breakfast is good. The dinner menu is a bit repetitive once you've been there a few days. Rooms are big and clean. Gym equipment is dated, swimming pool is OK. Staff are polite and friendly. Not much to do in Tewksbury unless you're there on business.

I normally expect Holiday Inns to be shiny modern places but this one feels old and slightly tired. On the positive side the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. There is a quiet time policy in place that seems to work well. I didn't notice any noise at night. I felt the bathroom was a bit dimly lit but otherwise perfectly OK. The bar/restaurant was pleasant with perfectly OK food and a good range of drinks. There's a free shuttle that seems to be able ... Read more

Great room. Responsive manager who was genuinely interested in ensuring you had a positive experience at the hotel. Food is great. Room was very comfy. Restaurant had no problem catering to special dietary needs. Access to I-93 an Hwy 495 quick and painless. Area where hotel is situated very quiet. Never any traffic noise. Nice modern well-kept inviting hotel.

Very quiet. Great location. Very attractive. We were attending a funeral and weren't sure what to expect, but it was a lovely, quiet place. There was an in- house restaurant but there were other places to eat nearby. It was so convenient, we would definitely stay there again. Really enjoyed walking in the area as we felt safe.

Stayed here overnight after attending a concert at the Tsongas Arena. Hotel was nice and clean. Does have a pool but we did not use it. Restaurant services on site, prices seemed reasonable. Staff was friendly. Great location for this hotel, just off I-495. There is a Cracker Barrel and gas station/convenience store across the street, a Longhorn's restaurant and a Wendy's both 1/4 mile away. Only about 4.5 miles to downtown Lowell. Room was clean, nothing special, but the bed was good. Would st... Read more

We stayed her for two night while visiting local relatives. The rooms are a good size and quiet. There is plenty of free parking, and a good number of local restaurants, and one on the premises. We stayed with our small dog for $50 extra for the stay. There is free internet. My only complaints are that there are sharp corners on the edges of the furniture, the heating/cooling system is unacceptably noisy, and the neighbors used loud massive leaf blowers Sunday morning at 7 AM which only h... After shopping around a little for area hotels, this one was average priced, and if the quality had been good that would be acceptable, but the place really was a bit tired. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, Internet is painfully slow, little around hotel for restaurants and things to do. 30 minutes or so away, yes, but not right there at hotel site. Best thing going for them is the gym. OK is about all I can say. Nice breakfast, but pricey also. Restaurant was also average.

Somewhat secluded in the small New England town of Tewksbury, MA is a hidden gem of a comfortable quiet place to stay. We stayed for two days. Buffet breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lush green view was filled with 70' tall trees in every direction, which provided plenty of fresh air. Price was very reasonable ($92 a night). The A/C worked well and was quiet. Neighboring rooms were well sound isolated. My only complaint is that we were mistakenly ... Read more

Room was ok although the room darkening curtains had some tears/holes in them. $150 for 2 double beds not the best price. Both the ice and soda machine on our,4th, floor were out of order.Tried the stuffed mushrooms, they were rubbery. Stuffed French toast was cut too thick and dry in the middle. The pool is only open from 4:00-10:00PM. Pretty bizarre.

Convenient to my office site. Would rate higher if the WiFi was even halfway decent. I never could get a solid connection that wouldn't drop. Plus side - comfortable room, nice buffet breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator in room made it nice.

The bedroom is clean and standard. However, the service at the breakfast is awful : no smile, bowls & silverware are washed in front of you in a seal, the server is not serving you coffee and it's not at disposition... The sport room is dirty... I am disappointed by Holiday inn here!

We chose this hotel for its location relative to the Tsongas center in Lowell. No breakfast included unless you are a member of their hotel program. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad but service wasn't much. Room was clean and comfortable. Probably would stay here again as they do give retired military discount.

I stayed here since its one of the affordable places around Boston Airport. I wish they have Airport pick-up and drop off which would make them perfect airport hotel. They have a nice full restaurant inside the hotel and also a few places near by to eat.

Staff were friendly and explanatory. Full service rooms were quite nice. I needed a room between Merrimack and concord. This location was the answer. Cracker barrel was very close and delicious. Hotel had pool, gym, free wi fi and free parking at a good price. I would definitely stay at Tewksbury holiday Inn hotel again.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms and bathroom large. Plenty of room!! The bed and pillows were so comfy which was very much needed after playing softball all day! We didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't speak about the food, although others did and said it was good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included for our group, but I think it is $12.99 - you might need to double check that. The breakfast food was plentiful and very good. The head server at breakfast was a li... Made same day reservation with ease. Arrived late at night, found parking near the rear, and didn't wait long to check in. Room 410 is far from the elevators but between 10pm and 1am there was occasional loud laughter and excessive door knocking that could be heard. I was working on pc so it didn't bother me, but I'll make sure to ask for a room away from groups of young adults next time. So rude, they have no consideration for others trying to get rest. I've stayed at many Holiday Inns while growing up, but hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn in the U.S. for a long time. Based on my recent stay, they have gone downhill. My hotel was clean and the staff was great. The disappointments started with the bed. The mattress was dead, it needed replacing. The hotel wasn't built correctly, because a third of the rooms faced the roof of the restaurant. On the roof was all the HVAC systems and kitchen vents. So we heard the sounds of those climate systems ... Read more

The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning women do not speak English so it was impossible to get them to clean the room before the water in the entire hotel was turned off to replace some parts. Therefore we had to wait until water was back on to get our room cleaned and that was well after 3PM. We spent two nights here on a Staycation. Not having water was certainly an inconvenience and should have been compensated in some way. The swimming pool was closed with a sign saying to ask at f... Read more

We held our yearly company training at this Holiday in back in 2012/2013. The people that I worked with were always very nice. The restaurant always needed more people helping to clear tables, etc. Our meeting room worked very well for us. The movie, The Fighter had some scenes filmed here and each time I stayed I would ask if I could have the "Mark Wahlberg" room.. I can't remember the room number but it was on the third floor.

First, the beds at the Holiday Inn are like sleeping on a cloud. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a pool party for my daughter here and the staff went above and beyond to help it run smoothly. Also I have attended business meetings here and they have nice big function rooms. Very clean hotel with plenty of parking.

We had a comfortable room for 3 of us - 2 adults and 1 child who slept on a pull out sofa. Gym was very small and treadmills turned on and but was ok. Room smelled a lot like chlorine when we arrived but we knew the bathroom was clean. It was fine for one night but felt it was overpriced.

My remaining Uncle on my Father's side passed away (a bad year for us, all 3 brothers passed away within 7 months of each other) and I flew up for the funeral right before Labor Day weekend. That probably colored my stay, most of the other visitors at the hotel seemed to be in "holiday" mode, staying up pretty late and being pretty loud, so that's the main complaint I had, not so much about the rooms themselves, but people wandering the halls at late hours making lots of noise...I guess the st... We chose this hotel because of a wedding in the area. Staff was super nice and let us check in early (regular check in is at 3pm). Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was clean and freezing when we got there. Temperature was a little difficult to regulate, but not a big deal. The bathroom wasn't the best....had mold spots on the ceiling and the shower curtain pole was pretty rusty. The shower curtain also had a black stain on it. Everything else was fine!

The room was comfortable and clean however, the hotel was booked up to the max for a couple of weddings. The location was excellent for our use. The in room coffee maker was very good. I did get the senior discount. There is no free breakfast and you aren't allowed the discount buffet if you get the discounted room rate. Room was clean but the upholstered chair was falling apart. If you are in the Tewksbury area consider staying at the holiday inn. We found that it was conveniently located to many New Hampshire outlet malls, which was our reason for being in the area. I arrived late in the evening 10pm after a nightmare trip through Boston airport and the pleasure of British Airways losing my bag, I was pleased to see a smiling face at reception, who gave me complimentary Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste and comb to help me out. The hotel is nice, it's clean, room is nice (though the beds could stand to be replaced on the 4th floor). The problem is that during our 5 night stay, 3 of them were miserable due to a boy's hockey league staying there as well.
