Stayed at the Marriott in downtown, just off 91. Had an event at Springfield College and this hotel was convenient to the campus. Beautiful lobby, the restaurant Champions was terrific and attached to the hotel. Food was great, hot and fast. Beer was cold as was my son's bottle of rootbeer. Really enjoyed our dinner. I hate paying for parking but there is no choice when driving to destination. It is just annoying! My only complaint was the fridged pool temp. Our polar plunge on Cape Cod ... Read more

My daughter and I stayed here after a full day at nearby Six Flags - then woke the next morning to ride the rides again. Effortless stay - easy check in, easy parking ($17 a night, fine for a city). We swam in the pool, enjoyed the hot tub. We even took advantage of the room service - which was delivered much quicker than promised, always nice! My only complaint is that we rarely ever sleep in, but because the hotel had such great room darkening shades we decided to sleep in, yet at 8:10am house... Read more

It had been 2 1/2 years since we stayed at this property and we definitely will be back . The health club and swimming pool are a nice treat and it is walking distance to several good restaurants.while we didn't have room service on this visit, it is a perk to have it available. We were there on a Saturday with no major event at the Mass mutual center so street parking was plentiful . Some rooms have a better view than others. Ask for River view on an upper level.

We recently spent the night here as we had an event in the area. Hotel was kept up great, staff was very accommodating, and service overall was excellent. Hotel is right in the city, with very nice and comfortable rooms. The décor is the typical Marriott, but still very current. We ate at Champions and the food was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms on higher floors have a better view if you are facing 91 - great view west and the Connecticut River. We are going to retu... Read more

We stayed here from 5/2/2016-5/4/2016. The hotel is in a great location and it's within walking distance of Grill 350 and Theodore's. I generally stay at SPG properties, and my experiences have been impeccable. Due to the upcoming Marriott / SPG merger I decided to try out a Marriot property. I booked two rooms. One for a colleague and one for myself. After checking in and settling into my room, I heard someone opening my door. Apparently, the front desk double checked both myself and my colleag... Read more
