Used the stay and park option for a trip from Boston to Richmond. Met by Carmen at the desk who explained everything to me about how it worked, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Signed up for the shuttle to Logan for the next morning, the 4am shuttle was full so had to take the 430am shuttle which still got us there in time. Upon our return to Logan I called the Holiday Inn Express and told them we had arrived and had our luggage. It took about 40 minutes for the Van to arrive, ... Read more

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. The staff was great. It is a little far from the airport, but staff does a good job transferring to and from the airport and train station. It is about a 20-25 minute trip to train station. The first night they missed picking us up from the airport. They told us to get a cab and they took care of the cab fare. Very pleased! Would definitely consider returning if in the area again.

Renter a room with 2 beds for 3 ladies. Room was clean, quiet (even though they're right on Route 1 South) and beds were comfortable, nothing fancy but fine. They have a parking garage which is nice if you're traveling in bad weather. They have a 24 hour shuttle van to Logan, and give you a breakfast goodie bag if you're leaving early.

The hotel itself, the grounds, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, well maintained and seemed recently updated. Management really seems on top of everything. We were on a family trip, but my husband would definitely use this hotel/parking for business travel as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Adam and Ena were especially welcoming and professional. There are lots of dining options in the vicinity so we had dinner at a Mexican restaurant nearby. Breakfast was delicious and o... Read more

We stayed here the night before we flew out. The price is good for the type of hotel, much better than most of the other hotels within 30 minutes of the airport. You can get cheaper, but you'll get less quality, too. There are a bunch of restaurants right around the area. But it's on the main road, so you might need to do a few u-turns to get your food and get back to the hotel, as I did when I went to Chipotle on Cinco de Mayo. Even though we were on the road side of the hotel, it wasn't too no... Read more

After calling 4 times for the shuttle, the front desk clerk finally told me to take a cab. The cab driver could barely speak English and got lost. Then he told me he was turning off the meter and asked me to help him find the hotel. Then he turned around and tried to charge the hotel fro the full rate of which I objected. Check-in was okay. The room was okay. The bed was okay. Because of the location, you cannot walk anywhere and the road has a fence that disallows you from walking acros... Read more

Just want to give a BIG shout out to Anthony at front desk. He was incredible. He welcomed us when we checked in and the level of customer service was wonderful. He assisted us with dinner and extra parking for our truck and bike trailer. He even took the time to thank my husband for his service in the military. Really appreciated him. The breakfast and eating area was very nice and clean. Thanks for a great trip

This is a great hotel if your plans take you to Saugus, MA or if you park there and use their shuttle to go back and forth to Logan Airport. It's not a good choice if you are planning on being in the Boston, in spite of the fact the property less than 10 miles it's really far away from Boston proper. There is also the issue with the shuttle, since the hotel is far away it took over 30 minutes for the pick-up and then an additional 45 minutes to get to the hotel because it was around 6 pm. Ano... Smooth immigration and easy car pick up got us on the road about 10.15 pm and we would have been at the hotel about 11 pm had it not been for road works in the Saugus area, which crippled traffic. Arrived around 11.30 pm and the only dining establishment still open and in walking distance, was Hooters - a visit there may have gotten rid of a jet lag, but we opted for some fruit, which the kind guy at the re... This hotel claims to be convenient to the airport and to have 24 hour shuttle service. Let's get this part out of the way: this hotel is not convenient to Logan. We arrived at nearly midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle. This was just the first time we heard, "I've only got one driver on right now." This hotel offers some great benefits: First, their free 14 day park 'n fly program with a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Second, the staff go out of their way to insure guest satisfaction. Belinda exemplifies this in her desire to work through my off-the-wall requests. The breakfast person is on top of keeping her busy dining room stocked and clean. And third ... clean spacious rooms and one of the best breakfast setups we've seen. Keep up the good work. We will be back.

So the hotel is not the closest to the city at all, but they provide shuttle services to get you back and forth (make sure you call to arrange before landing). I took advantage of the parking that accompanied a one-night stay at the hotel. The stay was fine, and the ride to the airport at 4 AM worked out well. However, the pick-up after a trans-continental flight was poorly managed and I wound up waiting for an hour and finally taking a cab at midnight (they did pay). We did the stay here park here package through a third party. We got a great price so i hate to complain but had i paid regular rates i would be very unhappy. Belinda,Kiara and Bessie are the most helpful staff anywhere. However, my mattress sags like a whale in a Mud pit. Good welcome in amazingly decorated Halloween themed reception area, nice bedroom with 2 queen beds, with good mattresses, ... Read more

The front desk was helpful and friendly. In fact, there was a TV problem with one room, and they came up and fixed it about 5 minutes after I called. They offer a convenient shuttle to Logan airport, which we did not need, but I could tell would be useful. In fact, I would use this hotel for an early morning flight in the fu... Read more
