I was leaving Massachusetts after a business trip and stayed here for the proximity to the airport. When I arrived, the small lobby felt chaotic and the front desk receptionist briskly checked me in (and was not overly friendly). There is a shuttle that will take you to two local restaurants so that is a nice benefit given that there is a small restaurant on site (but it didn't look very appetizing). On May 17th, I arrived at the airport at 10pm. Noone at the hotel answered the phone, despite numerous attempts at reaching them (I wanted the shuttle bus from Logan to the hotel). This went on for about 30 minutes. I think the hotel staff were overwhelmed or understaffed that evening, but from my point of view I was tired and getting a bit frustrated. This hotel is convenient to the airport, clean, breakfast included, small lounge with bar food available evenings. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast doesn't open til 6:00 am but they do offer to-go snack bags at the desk if you leave before. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes and they will take you to some restaurants nearby. Be aware that the vans desperately need new shocks and the rides are VERY uncomfortable, but free.

This is a great Boston Logan International Airport Hotel. The hotel staff is exceptional and the FREE Breakfast is always great! The shuttle runs ever 20 minutes to and from the airport and the van will drop you off at the nearby train station.

When at arrived at this hotel the staff was very helpful. They gave us tips on. How to spend our evening in downtown Boston. We took the train and the shuttle bus picked us up from. The train staction, which saved us money because we didn't have to get a taxi. Great drinks at the bar after 5.

I booked three rooms for my family to stay here for my son's Harvard graduation. We were picked up by the hotel's shuttle from the airport. It took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel due to heavy traffic. Check in was quick and easy. Check in was at three, but my son and his family arrived quite early.. around 8am, They let him check in early which was great after driving all night. Being a H Honors Diamond member i booked with my point (think that was the real problem - they don't may be like my points) and everything was bad. They didn't respond to my call with the shuttle from the airport, the reception was even worst, the wifi did not work needed lots of tweeking and trial, which they were not equipped and after a long struggle i stumbled on a solution. We missed a flight and needed a hotel at the last minute close to the Boston Airport. I called the Hilton number and asked them for the least expensive hotel in the area. I had really low expectations. It turns out, this was a great place to stay! The hotel is convenient to the airport if you're flying out the next morning. There's not much to see and it's a little bit pricey, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend based on the helpful people who work there.

Don't expect much. The hotel is in an industrial part of town with nothing safe in walking distance. The staff isn't much more exciting. Fairly near the airport; useful shuttle. Neighborhood is industrial, not the greatest, but the shuttle will take you to the airport or to a train station to get to Boston or where ever. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Rooms were nice, a little older but clean.

Great hotel, shuttled to and from transit. Hop On and Off tour trolley picks up right at hotel! Breakfast was great every morning and plenty of it! Pool, work out room. Ate at the restaurant after our late arrival. Good was good.

Hotel was nice. $300 a night is a joke! It close to the airport 3 miles. No place to go around the hotel, the van can take you back to the train station to get into downtown Boston. The staff is helpful

This is our fifth or sixth stay here. Very convenient to park and fly. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Breakfast has plenty of options. Eggs, breads, pastry, cereal, yogurt and of course, waffles. Stayed in room 635 a king suite with a city view. Plenty of room with a separate bedroom from the living room/ kitchen. Small microwave, small fridge.

The bed was extremely low quality, uncomfortable, very lumpy and bouncy. You might be able to make it work for one night sleeping alone. But you won't survive with another person sharing the bed. The whole bed shakes violently with even the smallest of movements. I certainly didn't sleep. Would have been better off attempting to sleep at the airport and saving the money. The shuttle was Great, easy access to subway and 2 stops from downtown for a night at the pubs. didn't have to worry about driving. everyone was safe and had a great time, Staff went above and beyond to show us how to get subway tickets, how to board train and how to return to station. called for shuttle on return trip and was waiting for us at stop at midnight.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was very good. The airport shuttle driver was friendly, and the van was clean. Not much near the hotel to walk to and the Spa was under repair while we were there, which is why I picked this hotel over others near the airport. Overall a good pick near the airport.

We checked in late and had to return a car to the airport. This hotel's shuttle picked us up at the car rental building and saved us lots of time, so efficient. The hotel is super busy all the time, since it's close to the airport. Surprisingly it was clean, the rooms great, clean, all furnishing is great condition, beds were great, bathroom towels good and breakfast was well presented and the staff always made sure that all the hot food was full and the area was very clean.

It was great and everything you would expect from Hampton Inn chain. Shuttle was frequently available and easy access to metro train with city of Boston being 3 stops away. Free Breakfast until 10am. Only pitfall was that the hot tub was under construction and not useable.

We had a great time staying at the Boston-Logan Airport Hampton Inn. Great breakfast every morning and a nice clean room. We took advantage of the shuttle service. It took us from the hotel to the Wood Island Station where we caught the T into downtown Boston. The shuttle was very quick and efficient. All the drivers were very polite and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. They cater towards being an airport hotel and we were able to drop off our rental and get the shuttle back to save time in the morning. Beds were good. Bar inside closed by 10pm and the inside pool was okay. Business office had 2 working printers so I could check in early.

This is OK for a one night stay bit it's not as good as most Hampton Inns. The 2 bed rooms all have double beds which are small for 2 adults and there are not microwaves or refrigerators available in the 2 bed rooms. The front desk staff told me only the king bed rooms have microwaves. That was not clear on their website. This hotel does not live up to Hilton standards. The staff isn't friendly, nor are they helpful, or efficient. The customer comes second to the chit chat they are having at the front desk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the shuttle service to the Wood Island metro station was really convenient. However, we were extremely disappointed in the pool and hot tub. We stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was on the first floor and the ceiling is very high, so the room echoed. Noisy neighbors a couple of nights. Ice machine is on all floors but the first floor, but the ones on the other floors were inconsistent with providing ice. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn locations. This one was a bit below average. Pantry was poorly stocked, rooms are clean but a bit tired. Decent for short business stays. I wouldn't reccomend for family holiday travelers as the location is not close to much.

We enjoyed our night at this hotel which as close to Boston Logan Airport. They had a shuttle to the airport and it was great as we had a very early flight. The shuttle was there at 4:20 am and we were at the airport by 4:30. They also provided us a brown bag breakfast since it was too early for the buffet. Clean and quite rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff here is wonderful we used the shuttle to get to the local subway station. Overall the hotel could use some updating but the real important thing to me is the bed which was great. The complimentary breakfast is great. They had coffee all day and in the evening cookies!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The availability and convenience of the shuttle was well worth our stay in Boston. The shuttle was prompt, would pick us up when we called and saved finding parking in the city of Boston. The room was clean, beds comfortable and amminites were very adequate. I was not pleased with the 50 minute wait for the hotel shuttle, had the desk clerk told us it would be a long wait, I would not have been irritated. Our room was very comfortable, excellent bed, nice refrigerator. I wish the room deodorizer was terrible, but open window got rid of it. Check in was efficient and morning shuttle was on time.

This was part of a family trip to explore the sites of Boston. We wanted to be closer to the city but had trouble finding availability. Although further out, this hotel was great- the shuttle service dropped us off and picked us up at the T for easy transport into the city. Driving there, it didn't seem like we were in the best part of town, but the hotel was quiet and we didn't feel that safety was an issue at all.

We only got the chance to spend 7 hours here because of a significant delay with our flight, but this hotel did a great job for us! We stayed at this hotel for one night before transferring to another one closer to the city. While it is pretty close to the airport, it is in the opposite direction from the airport that you want to be. It is a nice hotel to stay at if making an early trip to the airport, but if you plan on being in the city for most of the trip, try to find something else. Close to the airport with shuttle service every 20 minutes. Our room was quiet and very large because it was a wheelchair accessible room. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were nice and the room was clean. Not cheap because it is close to the airport (and it is Boston). The bar was downright depressing but sold beer and wine in plastic cups to be taken to your room.

We'd stay there again. Location is poor, but shuttle service is excellent. They will drop you to pick up your hirecar, or to the nearest train station so you can get into central Boston. Boston, we loved it and recommend it. A very relaxed metroplitan area, with helpful and curtious locals.

We needed an overnight stay before beginning our driving trip through New England, so we used points to stay here This is your basic airport hotel. Relatively quiet although near a busy road. Typical breakfast for this chain. Location is very industrial and not walkable. Saw many airline crew members there - so it fits needs of one night and move on. Van driver was very helpful. Would not suggest this as your vacation central for a Boston visit - the rest of the city is much nicer!

We checked in and were repeatedly disappointed by our less than 24 hour stay. My wife--who is allergic to feathers--had to request the pillows be changed to non-feather, this despite our reservation asking for that. Needed a quick place to stay since flight came in around1 am and I was heading to Martha's Vineyard around 10 am. First it was difficult to find a hotel in the Boston area hence had to call around and this was the only one available. The room rate was 199 which was pretty high for this class of hotel and moreover I was only spending 6 hours in the room. Nothing like checking into a hotel of the Hilton chain and not being told about the issues they were having. Stayed here 2 nights in July 2016, before and after flights to/from Alaska. The park and fly option was a deal and made our airport access effortless. Enjoyed the 2 Doors Down restaurant as well as the hot breakfast (and great coffee) served daily. Here are the pros: excellent staff; great service; decent breakfast; awesome shuttle service The Cons: rooms look very dingy and dated; the beds very not comfortable The hotel is pricy for how dated it is. Stayed here for just one night. Had a King room with sofa bed. Room was spacious and clean. We really were only here to sleep so didn‚??t spend much time in the room. We stayed at this Hampton Inn to use the reverse park n fly option which worked out very well (10 nights free parking if u stay 1 night). We parked our car in their lot and almost immediately took the shuttle to Logan. We stayed at this hotel to get my son off for a 6AM flight out of Logan. The shuttle was on time, and they provided "breakfast bags" for those heading out before the hotel buffet was open. In addition, when I forgot my daughter's swim suit the head of housekeeping, Maria Berry, returned it to us. She was very kind and took a picture of the suit to make sure it was the right one. It is rare to have such attentive treatment after you left a hotel. Truly a great experience during and even after!

This hotel has a good shuttle service that runs 24 hours and they do a good job at it. Great for airport runs but they also drop you off a local train station. Excellent location and nice hotel for the money. Good shuttle service. Great breakfast buffet. Clean. Friendly staff. We stayed here twice. Before and after a trip to Iceland. The shuttle will take you to the T train so getting downtown is easy. The little bar and restaurant on site is a life saver if you arrive late.

This property is located directly across the street from Irving Oil Terminals. The rooms could stand to be updated. That said, the bed was comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Notable is that the property is "pet friendly". Their was a large dog in the breakfast area when I was eating breakfast. I find it hard to believe that's in keeping with health department regulations. Shuttle service is available to the T station, hotel and other locations.

Had a 2 night stay that was prepaid and had to leave early due to to an unforeseen emergency and Hampton still charged for the 2nd night although I was already gone and advised the front desk I would not be staying the 2nd night....Several calls where made to resolve this charge, not even asking for a refund but a future credit, but none of the 5 different employees helped or even seem to care...

Make sure to call multiple times if you want the shuttle to actually pick you up at the airport. I waited nearly 90 minutes after calling twice - the shuttles are filled with airlines crews and had no room for other passengers. Then the AC in the room was so loud I awoke thinking a train was in the room!

Nice solid hotel with very friendly, helpful desk clerks. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent choice! Not the cheapest but reasonable in a very expensive town. Very helpful to not have to rent a car to Boston sights and to the pier. $10.00 pp for shuttle ride to pier! A bargain!

This is a clean, no frills hotel that worked perfect to stay an extra day in Boston and see the sites after a business trip. Staff was great, the bed was comfortable and there were conveniences like snacks, laundry and a pool.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Helped us find a restaurant, ensured we were shuttled to the nearest subway station and also ensured we had the shuttle to the airport the next day. While located in a rather industrial area, it was central and easy to get to downtown Boston as well as to the airport. Coffee, cookies and fruit available all day.

Terrible experience. Asked for a quiet room. Got a room next to loud constructio equipment that began operation at 6:30 am. Asked for a rate adjustment due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep, and they said they could not give it due to the fact we booked through travelocity. Promised that the manager would call us back to discuss, but though she was in, and at her desk when we checked out, we never heard from her. Puts a serious dent in our use of Hapton Inn for future travel.

For our three night visit to Boston, we chose to stay away from the very high prices of the city centre and go for this Hampton near the airport. Took the ferry from P'town and it was SUPER easy to grab the train toward the airport - the Hampton shuttle will actually pick you up/drop you off at the train station, which makes it easy to get back into the city. There is also a shuttle that goes directly to the airport. It's also nice that there is a pool so you can unwind a bit the night before you fly out.

Clean, safe, quiet are my rules for hotels. This hotel rated on top for all three. The breakfast was very good. Helpful, informative and friendly front desk. Restaurant in hotel was very good. They have a shuttle service from Logan to the hotel and we also used their shuttle to Port of Boston. We got lost on the T. Stayed 1 night in August after arriving from a long flight. It was convenient located near Boston Logan Aiport by car. The aera isn't so nice but was ok. Choose a room at the back to you don't see the main road which is busy. King bedded room booked was on 7th floor, quiet and large enough. The hotel was great for an airport area stay. The view of the city on the sixth floor was very nice. Very clean rooms and quiet. They promote a bar, but don't rely on it for anything past 10pm, and a bartender who wants to be there wouldn't hurt. The HHonors points needed where extreme. But maybe that's because of Boston. Overall a good stay.

My 5 star review is 100% because of Elizabeth at the bar. She was the absolute best. She remembered us by name and what we drank after one time there. She is a huge asset to this property. She had great suggestions from the menu, and places to go. Make sure and stop by and see her when you are here! Front desk staff could use some customer service training. We stayed the night before our flight out of Logan Airport. The room was very nice and clean. All the amenities we needed. Customer service was outstanding! Everything worked in the room. The lounge offered very good food at a good price. Breakfast was available, but we had to get to airport. The desk clerk gave us a sack breakfast to take with us. This hotel is under construction and renovation until March 2017. Do not stay here. Everything is broken, warn down, dirty and noisy. The Free Shuttle did not show up 2 times for pick, so we had to get a cab. The Free Shuttle cost us and additional $24.00. Hot Tub not working - pool area tired, dirty and smelly.

Located just off the highway, this Hampton is conveniently near the airport and rental car return. We stayed last week and it was only 10 miles or so from Fenway Park and also from Downtown where we got to get some sightseeing in before our flight home. Updated hotel, nice stay. Recommend!

Overpriced hotel under construction. No snacks or drinks onsite. Vending machine on all floors not working. Was woken up two morning at 6am to the sound of hammers on the roof. We stayed here in Sept 2016 with 7 adults and a 1 year old. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were nice and I could sleep well, no outside noise. My wife stayed here overnight while preparing for a cruise to Bermuda and Canada. We always like to arrive one day early in case there are any delays enroute. This was a very pleasant hotel with a clean spacious room that had an extremely comfortable bed. A nice free breadfast was provided in the morning and there is a small restaurant on the premises. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in the midst of renovation. That a good thing since it needs it. Breakfast area is spread out. The restaurant /bar will be moved to new location and that probably a good thing. Breakfast food was decent. Waffles were tasty but stay away from the fake eggs. Shuttle drivers are very personable and helpful with places to eat. They gave my wife and I a room with 2 full size beds so we had to sleep separately. They didn't have anything else. I left the next day.

Be aware this hotel has construction going on. It gets over crowded especially on weekends. The facilities, especially the breakfast area, are dated and the food is average at best. Also the shuttle service is qwerky and may not pick you up where you arrive and asked us to walk to another location to be picked up.

We needed a one night stay near the airport for a morning flight. To call this an airport hotel is a stretch. It's a 10-15 minute drive on a busy highway. They do have a shuttle service which we had to call from our phone because they don't have a courtesy phone at the airport. The pickup is located on a floor above baggage claim (unlike a real airport hotel) so you have to schlep your bags up there, not fun after a long international flight. Staff and cleaning crew extremely nice. Went out of their way to be polite. Room very modern, clean. In initial room, tv did not work and after tv was not fixed by maintenance, they volunteered to upgrade us to a suite. The suite is significantly nicer than the normal room. Would stay at the suites in the future.

We called from the airport and the shuttle picked us up almost immediately. The hotel itself is fine for a stay before or after a flight, despite the construction. Breakfast was pretty much a standard Hampton breakfast. But the person at the front desk at check in was snappy, and not at all friendly. This person had the same attitude in the morning when we left. Not everyone was like this, but this person set the tone of our visit from the outset.

Perfect place to stay near the airport. We stayed here only 2 nights, but found it very nice. We were happy that they had a shuttle to the airport and subway station. This was terrible. The rate value to what we got in service and appeal were not comparable. The outside looks abandoned. The service desk was horrible. Never offered any amenities for being a Hilton honors member. I was embarrassed that I recommended this place to my friends. I will never stay at a Hampton inn. Ever. You lost a customer.

I just stayed before flying out of Boston Logan. Hotel was under construction on the outside and made the driveway only wide enough for 1 car. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It was just fine.

I paid to park and stay while flying out of Boston Logan, the hotel was ok and staff was decent, until I called for a ride upon my return. The staff member was rude, I waited an hour and a half and ended up ordering an Uber to retrieve my vehicle.

My daughter wanted to visit Salem for her birthday. Found this hotel be 10 miles away. We took UBER which was efficient. However there was construction going on at Hotel that we were unaware of. It was a busy hotel. Average breakfast included. They had a bad. That was opened til only 11 pm. Bartender was NOT friendly.

Brutal stay. Hotel is under construction. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay. Staff doesn't care if you are unhappy. Remotes don't work, Wifi is iffy, telephones don't work. Worst of all, hotel is VERY NOISY! Car noise is bad enough, but the heat/airconditioner is even worse.

We ended up spending $$$$ for an 8 day stay but it was worth it. The breakfast was REALLY good. The staff always helpful. Arrived at Terminal B on American for an overnight Saturday stay in Boston. Called the hotel for shuttle pickup. Desk clerk was pleasant and instructed me to go to door B115 for the courtesy shuttle. About as close as you can get to Logan but in terrible condition. The shuttle ride is worse then a stage coach ride. The restaurant is your only choice is your are without a car but don't expect much with either the service or the food. There is a new Hilton Garden Inn very close which Is where I think they are trying to get you to stay.

I thought this property was located on the airport campus but it's a few miles bumpy miles away (yikes, taxes sure aren't going toward road repair!) The shuttle driver came promptly and will help you with your luggage; ours came all the way to the terminal door to assist us. The overnight hotel stay was the perfect jumping off point to a week away. The hotel was close to the airport, perfect for a very early morning flight out. We took the shuttle in and it it picked up us a week later to retrieve our car. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, courteous, gracious and helpful would describe them all.
