After a week on Cape Cod, we booked a room at the Four Points because of its close proximity to Boston-Logan Airport. The room was very comfortable and clean and the check-in staff were quite pleasant. We had dinner and a drink in the hotel lounge and enjoyed the food and drink. I would choose this hotel during any future trips into or through Boston.

One of the hardest things to do in Boston economically is the reserve a hotel during graduation time no matter how early one starts. One place near TD Garden charged ovet 700 per night. Four points was that closest I got with reasonable rate. Reasonable means within 2x a normal room rate. Beside other nice surprises, I discovered that I was 7 minutes away from a Train station. That train ride was 15 minutes to Boston. This is the high point my my stay. Usually I view Sheraton more as a business... Read more

We got in very late. SFP sent a courtesy van to pick us up, check in took under 5 minutes. The room was lovely clean and comfortable. We slept so well we almost missed breakfast. Which would have been a shame because it was great.

Read some reviews and was worried. Turned out to be a great experience. Nice staff, clean room and the airport shuttle both ways was fast and drivers helpful. In fact Victor, who picked us up, waited while a baggage problem was fixed. He couldn't have been nicer. Also had a great meal the night before we left. Our new park & fly in Boston.

This hotel is situated close to Boston and close to Logan Airport but far enough away to miss some of the ever-present Boston traffic. Easy access to Route 1 North and South. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Ample FREE parking (I had a car) and even a shuttle to/from the airport and T station (Blue line -- about 15 minute ride into the city). Be sure to request a reservation if using the shuttle service. There is a Bisuteki Japanese Steakh... Read more

We will never stay at this location again. Terrible in every way. We where surprised that a Sheridan Hotel could be so bad. It was dirty and smelled like Japanese food throughout. Housekeeping left vacuums and cleaning carts in the elevators. Staff was unfriendly and didn't seem to care. Not enough shuttles to take you to the airport. Stewed coffee in the reception area.

Starting with the good, this hotel is conveniently located at a 15 minute ride from Logan International Airport and has a Japanese restaurant inside and is adjacent to an Uno's as well as a strip mall with multiple stores, including a Burlington's Department Store and a CVS. Also, the rooms are nice enough at a good size with fridge, microwave, great smelling soap and unlimited shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from rather large mounted dispensers. From there, it gets a bit rough. First, upo... Read more

Staff at the hotel were friendly and very quick with our check-in which was near midnight after arriving on a 16 hour flight. Our room had a serious bug problem which looked to have been half dealt with/exterminated earlier in the day as there were hundreds of dead flies near the window and AC. Was too tired to go back to the lobby and switch rooms. I'm sorry, but this kind of thing shouldn't happen in the first place much less when the cost of the hotel was near 250$. Three stars for the staff.... Read more

Our room was huge and the bathroom was tiny. The bathroom had serious faults, the bathroom door was a sliding one which was difficult to open and close, especially to do so quietly. Also, the shower tub wouldn't drain. You could hear a lot of noises in the room we were given. The staff, breakfast, and airport transportation was all fine.

I read several reviews and was worried at first but really guys, it is a nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are quite comfy, clean and pretty. It doesn't have great views, remember that it is on an avenue, near Northeast Mall (I think thats the name of the strip mall). Shutter is a plus! it can take you to train stations, airport, etc.. every 1/2hr. Pool was in maintenance but it has a decent one, Gym is extremely limited, but like new. This is a very accommodating hotel. I arrived very early after a red eye flight and was able to get a room early. I do not know if it was because I am a corporate gold member or they would have done it for anyone. It is a 15 minute drive to Cambridgeside Galleria, but the shops in the market place area is handy.

We stayed here for four nights and we enjoyed this place. First benefit it's 24 hours shuttle to/from airport or Wonderland subway station with direct train to downtown Boston. Shuttle departures every half an hour from hotel. If you need a pick up from airport or subway station you have to call hotel and get shuttle within 20 min. Second benefit its a plaza right beside the hotel with restaurant, buffet, supermarket, apparel stores etc. Our 1 king bed room was nice, spacious and clean. Windows... Read more

Just returned from a one week stay at this property. We chose this place because it has three things we needed: free parking, free internet, and free breakfast. Overall, we feel this is a decent clean hotel, nothing fancy. But at $300 plus tax a night, it is on the pricey side. You should be able to get a lower rate if you book far enough in advance. Arrival and check-in: Although it bills itself as an airport hotel, it is a good 20 minute drive from the airport rental car center. It is an eas... Read more

Hotel appears to have been partially remodeled. Bathroom nice and bed comfortable. Carpet was dated. Did not have black out shades and room was light even at 4:00 am. Good full breakfast. Relatively close to airport. Only $20.00 lyft/uber ride to Fenway.

First, let me start with the good...the shuttle service was great! It was very convenient and the drivers were nice and timely. The hot breakfast was also a plus. Now for the negative. There were potato chip crumbs on my carpet (I had no chips), and a flea on my bed. I now have 3 bites that I'm hoping are from mosquitoes. The biggest issue, however, was the front desk staff, which consisted of a team of incompetent, nonchalant 20-somethings. They couldn't multi-task and would stop responding to... Read more

This hotel is advertised as an "airport hotel" near Boston Logan Airport, but it is five and a half miles away and even with light traffic it is a 15 minute shuttle ride, which means by the time the van makes the rounds of the terminals it takes around 45 minutes from the time you call them from the airport until the time you are at the hotel. However, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes starting at 2AM (!), and they put a second van on during peak periods, so it sure beats paying over $400 at th... Read more

A last minute trip to Boston meant that hotels were really booked up, so I stayed here. It's a direct drive from the airport, if you have a rental car, and the neighborhood by night looks distinctly, well, low-rent. By day, it seems fine, if a bit worn out. It is conveniently located near a highway, and I had to drive north some days, but other days, when I went in to Boston, I took the free shuttle to the Wonderland subway ("T") and that was the best way to get in to town. A few friends and I stayed at this hotel for a conference downtown and it was far away from both the city and the airport. If you're visiting Boston you'd need a car and an extra time to commute. It took us about an hour to get to the city with average traffic (more if rush hour) and $30+ for Uber to the airport. So, if you're staying more than a night and have to visit the city, look for another place. The hotel itself is quite average. The lobby area is decent but the rooms are old. So once ag... Read more

When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member, who was extremely efficient and helpful as we checked in. We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Boston. We chose this hotel because the downtown hotels were a bit too expensive. We took Uber when we visited the downtown area and we also drove. This hotel is comfortable enough and my impression was of professional staff. It is a bit of a ways from BOS although they do have a shuttle to/from the airport every 30min. This hotel can be a good option if the price is right, but if ready access to the airport is required, there are better options.

Difficult to find many positives. Chose hotel based on multi night special advertised by Starwood and proximity (?) to airport as we were to meet family members on a stopover through Logan. First of all, I want to thank Four Points and Starwood for their patience while I was dealing with a Best Buy hacker and a fraudulent charge. I had made a prepaid reservation thru their website ( I strongly recommend becoming a member) but because of this mess I had to ask Four Points if they would graciously delay charging my account, which they did. I travel a lot and am critical of properties that don't meet basic expectations for cleanliness and service. I chose this hotel for my family based on reviews I read on this site and must say that we were very pleased. The hotel is about 20 minutes (with regular traffic) from the airport. Upon arrival, I phoned the hotel, gave the person at the desk the number of our arrival door, and, within 20 minutes we were on our way to the hotel. Decent room, but several annoying issues: -- Sink drain locked closed -- No fan in bathroom -- Really strange/tough room access; need to go through breakfast room and down stairs? The only convenient door to my room was outflow only. -- TV interface barely usable, no guide option Well, little stuff :) Next time I'll try the Marriott further down the road and see if it's any better.

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, service was great! Loved the shuttle to the subway, so we didn't have to drive around the city. They even had a shuttle to and from the airport if you are flying in. Front desk was very helpful to get us where we needed to go around town. Breakfast was good, but they did run out of some things. Looked like one person was working hard to keep up with food and clean up. I will think of this place if I plan another trip back to Boston.
