"My husband and I stayed at Comfort Inn from Dec 11 - Dec 13 2011. We had a pleasant experience. The hotel lobby was very nice decorated. The front desk lady was extremely helpful. We drove from Toronto and by the time we reached the hotel it was quite late. We asked her for Boston tour options and she was very helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, make you own waffles,fruits, bread, cereal.We really enjoyed the free wifi. That waas definetly a selling point for us.

Now to some things they can improve on:

1) The hotel provides shuttle service from the hotel to the neareast train station which operates 24 hr. After we toured Boston the hotel staff told us to give them a call once we reach the train station so their van can pick us up. We were told the wait would be 15 mins we ended up waiting 45 mins in the train station for our van because the front desk told the driver to go to the airport to pick us but we were at the train station called the airport station. Due to their miscommunication we waited 45 mins in the cold.

2) Also their pillows are too small its a size of a cushion.

3) They did not provide any toothpaste. We had to ask the fron desk for it."
