Such a warm welcome from the front desk on through the ranks of every staff member we encountered. Our room was clean comfortable and inviting. Complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon warmed us up on a chilly May Day. Breakfast the next morning was a real treat. Already thinking happily towards a return visit.

The Crowne Pointe is the place to stay when visiting Provincetown. The entire staff are very professional and friendly. The entire facility is quaint , very clean and welcoming and we hated to leave. The wine and cheese social gathering at 5 p.m was very nice and the breakfast and dinner was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. I would love like to also say thank you to the management at the Crowne Point for such a great experience.

We had not been back to Provincetown in 12 years. We picked the Crowne Pointe Inn because we stayed there the last time and knew it was a high quality place. We were not disappointed. Michelle and her team (John, Dave, David, Michael, et al) including the housekeeping and grounds staff did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly. The restaurant is superb and I'm sorry we only ate there once, but there's a lot to choose from in Provincetown. Our room was well appointed and had a number of ameni... Read more

We had been told to drive via Provincetown on our way from NYC to Boston by friends. We did not book a hotel upfront, so we did this the day we started driving. When arriving at the hotel, the staff immediately took care of us and we felt at home! Our room was wonderful, clean and the beds and bedding are amazing. Centrally located in the city we went for a nice walk and enjoyed the buildings, beaches and downtown surroundings. The staff even helped us in getting our laundry done and deliver it... Read more

Stayed for 10 days and so pleased we chose Crowne Pointe As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. Our room had a huge comfortable bed with a wonderful walk in shower with two heads so we could both shower at the same time. The toiletries were from Kiehls and were bountiful. Coffee machine fridge tv with hundreds of channels, we were left wanting for nothing. A fantastic pool not huge but perfect and hot tub you could relax in or out of the room. There was free wine a... All the amenities and luxuries of a 5 start hotel, however it's in the most quaint Victorian style house. We stayed on Saturday night and when it began to rain at dinner time, we decided to cancel our reservations and eat at the restaurant at Crowne Pointe. We each had delicious fresh lobster for dinner and a colorful beet salad as a starter. The spa is beautiful as well as the outdoor hot tub and pool. Big thank you to John for making our stay extra memorable due to his extraordinary hospit... Read more

This review is for the spa alone (we did not stay in the hotel). My husband and I were in town for a wedding and decided to while away some of the downtime by getting a couples massage. This spa was a wonderful find - they were able to accommodate us on short notice, and the entire experience was delightful. The massages themselves were fantastic and the extra amenities were a nice touch. They have a sauna, steam room, mineral bath and lots of comfortable, relaxing lounging about areas that they... I had an excellent massage and body scrub from Joe. It was a busy time during Carnival Week, but the entire staff was on top of things and created a very relaxing environment. A great respite from the hubbub of Ptown.

I have stayed at many hotels however there is definitely something special here. Amazing staff and wonderful facilities including a fantastic breakfast. Beautiful lounging areas throughout the property from the pool, hot tub, mineral soaking tub and all the little spots around the hotel. Definitely recommend checking out the spa. Very romantic..My now fiancé also proposed in Cap Cod so its extra momentous to me! We shall be back....

My wife and I were very happy to find this boutique hotel. The location is walking distance to the Plymouth monument and many shops and restaurants. The extra touches is what made this hotel a five out of five rating. The wine and cheese hour and made to order breakfast greatly improved our stay. My only warning is that the shower is very small. Luckily I am short so this did not matter. We would easily recommend this hotel for the clean, warm and friendly atmosphere.

We have stayed at the Inn several times and always fine it to be a wonderful experience. The rooms are very nice, very clean, and itâ??s nice to come back after dinner to the turn down service and the little chocolates they leave with the weather report written out for the following day. The complimentary cheese and crackers in the afternoon by the pool is a great way to meet new people. And if you are not in the mood to meet new people, itâ??s a great way to unwind and have a great snack bef... Read more

My stay at Crowne Pointe was a much needed mini-vacation. I was greeted by friendly and hospitable staff and the owners. My room was immaculate, nicely appointed and very tranquil. I loved the Kiehl's bathroom amenities too! Breakfast was delicious and dinner at the Pointe Restaurant was truly a dinning experience. They also offer wine and cheese reception nightly. It was great to sit by the outdoor pool and enjoy a glass of wine. I can't wait to go back to Provincetown and stay again at the Cro... Read more

We went to Provincetown for the Labor Day weekend with my daughter and her husband. I booked two rooms for our stay for 5 days, which was their minimum for the weekend. They put us on the second floor in the front of the hotel facing Bradford Street which gave us a great view of the harbor and the Monument. We were worried that we would hear street noise but once the door was shut, there was no noise. The rooms are small but the staff keeps them clean and well stocked. The pool and spa are... Read more

We stayed here last week and had a great time! A very welcoming staff who will seek to meet your every need. This is a group of houses converted into an inn and spa- very nice outdoor pool, spa, Koi pond with small waterfall etc in between the buildings. Parking is around the corner but not far. Breakfast was great- did not eat dinner here but the dining area looked nice with an enclosed porch overlooking the town. Overall a great place at the end of the Cape!

We spent our Anniversary at the Crowne Point this week and loved every moment we spent at the property! The staff and property were first class. John and David helped us out with restaurant reservations and tips,of things to do and were there for anything we needed. The breakfast was great and we also had dinner att The Point which was also a great experience. Sean and Michelle do a great job and the atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing. My mother and I stayed at the Crowne Pointe Historic Inn for 4 nights this summer and it was 100% perfect! Absolutely the best room with a lot of space. The bathroom was a delight - big and well-laid out. We loved everything about this property and would definitely stay there again.

The complex is a rabbit warren of tiny rooms. Still, they manage to accommodate most needs. The front desk varies from lovely to steely, depending on the personality you have contact with. The location is perfect. The laundry was done in record time. Breakfast was good, though the hot food takes a long time coming. All in all, a good choice.

Restaurant for dinner was great and the wine selection was good. The included breakfast was great. Spa staff and services were great. Rooms were small and once upgraded we didn't feel the move was worth the additional charges (above the kitchen is not the most peaceful location). Our shower had an annoying drip which didn't appear to be news to house keeping and not addressed during our stay due to the need to turn off water impacting other rooms. Staff were chatty outside the rooms ev... Read more

After a recent overnight stay at The Crowne Pointe, I just had to write a review. The staff bends over backwards to make you feel welcome at this quaint Inn. A full and delicious breakfast is included as well as a wine and cheese spread every afternoon . The rooms are clean and have several nice amenities including Kiehls products. The location on Bradford Street is so nice. Away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial St. but a very easy walk into town. When in Provincetown, be sure to stay at... Read more

So angry about the service here. Room smells of cigarettes and farts. After getting in late from our wedding, she was crying and emotional as any bride would be right after getting married and finding out the room looks nothing like the photoshopped bs photo of paradise they promise. The guy bangs on our door and tells us to be quite or he will call the police, knowing it's our wedding night! I told him go ahead because we are locals from Eastham who just wanted to get way from family for 2 days... Read more
