Look no further for the best hotel in Plymouth. Centrally located off the freeway, you are 5 minutes from the Plymouth waterfront, and seconds way from rt. 3 to take you to the Cape. This hotel has everything you could need- quiet, spacious rooms, a pool, and a comfortable lobby to spend time with your family/guests. Restaurants and shops close by, too!

We have stayed at this hotel many times through the years and have never been disappointed. Super convenient location and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Downtown plymouth waterfront is just a short 10 min ride away. There are also a few dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby is comfortable and a great place to socialize -our family always ends up spending hours down there visiting with each other. Will definitely stay here again.

This was fine, nothing exceptional. The rooms were good size and clean. The lobby was large for gathering with fellow family members and comfortable. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch. Overall, good experience. This requires 200 characters, but there is really not much else to say.

Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth was a great experience for us. The breakfast variety was nice, and we were in and out in a flash. Room was fresh, clean and comfortable and the overall hotel felt welcoming. Very good experience.

Clean, inviting lobby. Friendly employees at the front desk. Clean rooms. Clean, well kept pool/hot tub area. Uncomfortable beds. Flat, pancake-like pillows. I spent 2 nights with EXTREMELY noisy neighbors next door. Called front desk twice. Security spoke with them. Never quieted down. Did not feel that this hotel was "kid friendly." It was pricey per night, no free breakfast. Stayed at the Hampton Inn just down the road a few times. Per night is cheaper, free breakfast with same a... Read more

Stayed with a group for a tournament. Hotel is clean, pool is clean but small. We were disappointed breakfast was not included but dunkin donut, Friendlys and IHOP across the street. There were some wedding parties staying so a bit noisy in the halls at times. Short drive to downtown Plymouth.

We enjoyed the location, stay, the staff, accommodations and the complimentary wifi service. If staying in the Plymouth area again, we would definitely stay here again. There were plenty of places to eat in the area and plenty of historical places to visit in the area. It also wasn't a far trip to go to Cape Cod or Boston.

We (family of 3) stayed here 2 nights. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and there was free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The location was easy to find, quiet in the evenings, and with an IHOP nearby, we had a wonderful breakfast each morning (though one is also offered at the hotel which looked good). The HHonours app allows you to check-in in advance and pick your room, which was kind of neat. We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

We are a family of 5 (kids ages 10, 7 and 2) and stayed here over Memorial Day weekend after visiting Thomasland in Edaville. The hotel was perfectly located just 15 minutes from the park and minutes from Plymouth where we went for dinner. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. There were some issues with the pool during our stay which had nothing to do with the hotel but more to do with horribly inconsiderate guests. Each time an issue was raised to the hotel about the pool ... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were very happy. Clean rooms and a really nice breakfast cooked to order (kids loved the chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream). Indoor pool was never busy. This hotel is very convenient to downtown and Edaville.

This property is located in the middle of shopping centers. So, nothing spectacular to see (unless you enjoy gazing at Home Depot). However, it is a short ride from the popular sites in Plymouth. It's also convenient to most any chain restaurant. The facility appeared to be fairly new, and the rooms were what you would expect at an HGI. Staff was friendly and helpful!

We came here for the night due to our daughter's college graduation. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff were accommodating. The price was very reasonable since we were in season at the Cape.

I and a number of guests for my daughters wedding spent the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was awesome and super accommodating. They really know how to handle wedding accommodations there, from giving out gift bAgs, managing reservations, the breakfast, making sure we had what wAs needed in the room for makeup and hair ie chairs....the allowed the wedding party to come to their bar after the wedding and were so accommodating. I really can't say enough nice things about them!

Wedding weekend. Accommodations were fine, wish the room and the bathroom were a little bigger. Staff was terrific. Doesn't not do a complimentary breakfast. Offers a buffet for 11.95. Did not do the breakfast as there are other places to go in the area.. Convenient to the highway and historical Plymouth. All and all a pleasant place to stay!

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Close enough to downtown tourist attractions in Plymouth, i.e., Plymouth Rock, The Mayflower, etc. Would recommend having a lobster dinner at Woods Seafood, definitely not a fine dining kind of place, but who cares when it comes to eating a fresh steamed lobster.

Although this hotel did not have the comfortable beds I have come to expect with Hilton Garden Inns, it did have outstanding front desk and restaurant service. The location is convenient for driving to many of the tourist attractions in the area.

Nice and new. People super friendly. Has a bar and 99 restaurant is nearby. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Has a nice patio area & an indoor pool. Breakfast was pretty good - some made to order items the rest buffet. Coffee good. About 10 minutes into Plymouth. Some Plymouth hotels are older- so we opted for a quick drive.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth is conveniently located to the various sites (Mayflower, the Rock, etc.). The hotel is clean, there is a nice indoor pool, and the breakfast is a good quality. Our visit was coordinated with a small group of friends and the hotel staff was accommodating in helping us arrange adjoining rooms and our needs for extra towels, etc. This hotel is fully consistent with the usual high standards of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. This is a very good travellers hotel. Clean with comfortable beds. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is there is no complimentary breakfast. It's a small buffet you must pay for. Regardless I will be staying there again.

For the past few years we have been vacationing in the region and the staff at this Hilton are the most professional we have encountered in our travels. Always friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel important. I have never encountered anyone who is not engaged with their job, and this makes us want to stay here each time we visit. Sam did a great job getting us checked in in less than 30 seconds, really, nice job. The rooms are always clean, smell fresh, and I've never once had to try to r... Read more

Stayed in June. Very nice room -- comfortable bed - pillows were a little soft. But nice amenities. the pool is small and shallow but good for a dip. Nice hot tub. We stayed with friends so the added convenience of the connecting rooms was a bonus. The in hotel breakfast area is not free but worth the money for the buffet. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping too. Overall a good place to stay.

Not sure why we were allocated a disabled room but the positive was it was larger than the standard. Negative was there was an ac unit right outside our window which took a little getting used to. No one advised us in advance ( we booked thru a third party site) that the pool was closed but as it was indoor we probably would not have used it anyway. Simple continental breakfast was excellent value at $5.95. Fresh, modern and clean, this is a decent hotel in beautiful Plymouth.

Everything you expect from a Hilton brand. Front desk was helpful answering my questions, and even provided plates and cutlery when I realized I had none. Easy access off highway by exit 5 and only a few minutes from Plymouth harbor and bar scene. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was good--we were in town for a funeral--room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good--reasonable price $12 for adults. Staff was attentive. But when I called two days later to report that I left a pair of sandals in the room, they said they never found them.

Stayed for a single night in June 2016. Hotel room was nice and clean. They have a breakfast buffet in the lobby for $12.00. It was pretty good and convenient. I was a little confused trying to figure out if it was waitress or help yourself. Many people were going up to the window to order an omelette but as I was waiting my turn a waitress took my order and brought it to our table.

Stayed here for four days. The hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, beds were comfy. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. BREAKFAST was amazing loved the cook to order omelets. The outside patio/bar was set up very nicely and enjoyed this area the most. The convenience of shopping and excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive made my stay an excellent adventure. A very consistent and good hotel choice while in Plymouth. Clean updated property with breakfast service. Breakfast at $11 is a bit expensive but definitely several levels above the competitions free breakfasts. Always seem to gravitate to this Hilton Garden Inn while in the area.

Perfect place for a visit to Plimoth Plantation and the cute town of Plymouth. I got a great deal on this room, so it feels like an especially good value. Location ideal! Staff wonderful!! Bed nice and cozy. A minor negative... Breakfast was available 6-10am....we went at 900am and not fully stocked. We are vegetarians and one morning they offered bagels topped with sausage & sausage patties. It would have been nice to also have plain scrambled eggs. (Don't get me wrong...There were other vegetarian options (oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles). Also it would be nice to have things better labeled.....given all that, I would still stay at that hotel next... Read more

Few problems- no laundry soap in nock. Although one of the staff went to purchase some at the dollar shop. And the did let me have it for free. Also no playing cards in nook even though they said there were some. A staff member lent is theirs. A little confusing regarding which credit card to use for the whole stay. My daughter was paying for one day, I the other two. There times we spoke to the front desk. A bit noisy as there were several weddings events. All in all it was ok.
