This motel is in a great location with easy access to shopping and food establishments. Motel is clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. Room price is a bit on the expensive side, and the check-in lady scares me.

Nice hotel & breakfast, watch out for wooden areas on breakfast chairs. We had a brown stain rub off of the wood onto our clothes and it did not wash out, even after using stain remover and multiple washings.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was chilly out, so they had a fire lit in the fireplace located in the lobby, along with freshly baked cookies and drinks. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nice size and clean. The breakfast was very good and a good variety of things to choose from. The only problem was the chairs at the bar in the eating area. Not for sure what it was but when you touched the wood part of the chair it left black sticking stuff all over you (hands, cloths, whatever touched). It ruined some of our clothes. always clean and very consistent at all locations. I would rather stay at a Hampton Inn rather than any other hotel. all employees are nice and always helpful. I have been pretty lucky that there is a location within a few miles of all my travels.

Air conditioning kept kicking on and off. Quality of the room was excellent otherwise. Breakfast was fair. Waffles, oatmeal, baked products good, but eggs and coffee should not run out at 7am. Wifi excellent, people wonderful.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the area. The first night was fine - just a normal quiet Friday night stay with no serious problems. The second night, however, was a nightmare. We returned from a day of exploring Plymouth to find the hotel overrun with teenage sports team of some sort. Not only were the teenagers running up and down the hallways screaming and laughing, the "adult" coaches and chaperones were allowed to set up camp outside on the patio with two coolers full of beer. We had not visited Plymouth before but had used Hamptons. So, we chose on past experience. And we were not let down. Hampton Inns usually have good sized rooms, mini fridges and microwave ovens and plenty of parking, so the stress of managing the little things goes away. Too many children running wild and not being watched by their parents or monitored by the hotel breakfast area very poorly filled after 8:30 am got same room as another couple and was embarrassed when we opened the door food and drink brought in and children under 16 clearly in the hot tub with no parent supervision Hotel needs to monitor the pool area ,

Hampton Inn is usually very clean and nice. This one is not, at least during my Memorial Day weekend stay. The kitchen floor was sticky with maple syrup all over every day during my stay. Even the lobby floor felt a little sticky. My room was spacious but the bathroom was not clean. Very nice, clean, and well located property, but way over priced. The room was not furnished as expected for this price. There was no couch, no fridge, and no micro. The hotel was clean and hotel staff were very helpful. We were in town from the west coast for a family wedding. The front desk was very helpful when we had questions and the shuttle service was very convenient. We took it from the pb bus park and ride to the hotel, and to dinner. The shuttle makes up for the location being away from the sights. If you want mall shopping, this hotel is perfect for you.

The hotel is on the edge of a retail complex about 10 minutes drive from central Plymouth. Parking is plentiful. The reception staff were very welcoming and the room was spacious with a large bathroom. It was all very clean. My only negative comment would be that at breakfast, I had to wait 15 minutes for the egg section to be replenished. The Hampton Inn was great!! The rooms were clean, air condition was cold! The lobby was very clean with plenty of room to chill. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices and the coffee was extremely delicious! If you plan on going PLEASE ask for Suzanne Babcock, who in every way was AMAZING!! When we first arrived, the room they gave us was not the greatest. There was not a refrigerator (they said we didn't ask for one, but in all the other Hampton's we have stayed at we didn't have to ask ). There was not a comfortable chair to sit in either. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast, it didn't have much variety. But I was disappointed the most with seeing dirty bathroom floors in the guest room.

Having stayed in many Hampton Inns, I can say they aren't all equal. This one is very well managed and maintained, with extremely pleasant and professional staff. They honored my request to be on the "tree" side (vs parking lot view). My brief stay over at this hotel was very comfortable. The service was good and the hotel was clean and pleasant. I took my teenagers along and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was very pleasant with the girls while I worked. The beds were very comfy and breakfast was hot and delicious. It was a very comfortable stay.

A pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn! The staff was great and very helpful! They greeted you with a smile which doesn't always happen at other hotels. Hotel staff was extremely helpful upon arrival. its a perfect spot to stay if you are going to Edaville railway. It is a 10 minute drive to Plymouth waterfront. At least 6 restaurants within walking distance.

Got in late, Alexis checked us in, when we got to room it was the wrong type. Only 1 bed and their were 3 of us. Alexis fixed the problem on the spot. Great customer service. It is also pet friendly which made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Even gave our dog a goodie bag when we checked in. Great location and amenities! breakfast was great. We were here for our daughter's wedding. We booked a room block a year ahead. We also rented a meeting space for hair & make up. The staff passed out welcome bags. Our every need was met & the staff were phenomenal!

We stayed here to visit Thomas Land and as HHonors Gold Members we were happy with our stay. All the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Victor at the desk was very nice at check in and the next morning. The pool was cool, not heated, but in July, most people like that. Thank you for a great stay! Our 5 1/2 year old son enjoyed it too!

The title pretty much says it all. Hampton is among the better of the inexpensive no frills properties, and the clean linens and decent breakfast options are always nice. The walls are so thin in this property that we could literally hear every time someone in the room next to us used the toilet. As they were a large group, it was pretty often. The hallway noise traveled as well. For being near not much, the property was very loud.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years while visiting family and friends in the areas. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-kept. It was the least expensive choice for the area and not sold out. So we were haply. Right between Boston and cape cod. So worked out very well for us as we got the best of both worlds. Very nice hotel and central location to all of Cape Cod. We were able to travel to where we wanted to go in all directions. There was a Wal Mart and Chilis close by to give us every thing we needed. Plus, we were very close to Plymouth Rock which was a big attraction for the kid.

great location and can walk to many stores and restaurants and short drive to historic Plymouth and less than hour drive to Woods Hole or Boston. No greetings by any staff ever and hall floors only gets vacuumed weekly and took over a week to get dryer fixed. Breakfast is good.

Very quiet setting with woods view out the rear. Rooms were excellently kept and appointed. Convenient entry and exit and on edge of shopping center. Excellent breakfast. Pool a bit limited access as was a very nice patio but the pool and exercise room were highly functional.

The most amazing thing is breakfast. My husband had warmed me numerous time don't have high expectations for continental breakfast. Still it is over my expectation with scramble eggs, sausage and self-made waffle. The room we got has sitting area with pull out sofa bed and mini fridge and microwave. I love the mirror I look slimmer^^ . Bed is comfortable and spacious shower. It's a hotel I would recommend.

If you are in the area of Plymouth, strongly suggest to consider this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, various options for breakfast, quiet. Stayed in many Hampton in the last 12 months. First room I checked into had animal stains on carpet And the bathtub was clogged. When asking to move to another room, the front desk clerk was very accommodating but the second room was even dirtier than the first. The hotel and staff were excellent. Complimentary internet speed is slow, almost like the phone dial-in connections of the 90s. For $5 a day you get "dee-luxe" internet speed. Charge us a little more $$ at the desk or another way to not piss us off. On business I'm just trying to do work and had to wait for the files to come in like molasses in the winter. Fire your marketeers and get new ones.

The rooms were very clean, easy to check in/out. Not that far from Cape Cod, ideal place to stay during summer. Easy travel on & off cape no matter the time of day or night. Staff was very accommodating all all around.

This was a short 2 day stay and will never go back. Normally we love the Hampton Inns but this one was terrible. Staff acted as if you were bothering them. As far as the shuttle service to attractions ( such as the Mayflower etc) the drivers were rude and again acted like they hate their jobs. Just okay. The room was a good size, but warm since the AC was not working properly. Plus I believe that housekeeping needed a new vacuum since the carpets were not cleaned. the mattress was okay, but since it was hot sleeping was uncomfortable. The locate was very good for visiting Thomasland.

Well...Hilton Honor members...beware...There is seemingly a scam from The Knot....We unknowingly booked our reservations through The Knot, wedding venue. Unbeknownst to the bridal party or others, the cost of the stay at the Hampton was $120 more per night than if we had booked directly. And there was no cancellation policy once we arrived at the hotel. And there were no Hilton Honor points given. My corporate rating would be a 3 because of this, but this faciltiy was an appropriate one

We stayed in a suite with our daughter and German Shepherd. I was grateful that we could bring our dog, since most hotels don't allow pets. We picked a room on the end of the hall for easier access to outside. Unfortunately, the room next to us was very loud until about midnight - not sure if they were having a party. Hamptons are hit and miss, this one is in the middle. Great that they allow dogs since I was traveling with one but the rooms for pets felt like they give the crappy beds to those rooms lol. Had a king size bed but it was a terrible mattress and didn't sleep well. The pet potty area was disgusting, no one cleans up after their pet and no one working there cleans up over there either I guess. Probably wouldn't stay there again when traveling through the area.

Great hotel friendly staff always willing to help with directions and local attractions. Very clean hotel with a great little smoking spot outside makes you feel right at home. The best thing is the hotel is dog friendly which is a must when we travel. Will go back again for sure.

Are you professional? Poor quality everything in this place. Breakfast was lame. The reasons we wee given for poor quality rooms and service, very lame. I cannot believe I used points to stay there. It took the fun out of a large gathering of friends. We, my wife and I, my son and his girl friend, could not sleep on what was supposed to be mattresses. Pillows were junk. The place was really a let down.

Booked 38 rooms for my daughters wedding for guests. They were awesome.They handed out the guest bags we made to everyone that checked in. The hot breakfast was excellent! And we had pizza delivered for the after party at midnight and they had a room we could use.

Stayed here for a wedding in Sept. 2016. Great staff, great hotel. They were great to work with for early check in and after the wedding we all met in lobby for pizza. The staff was really great with us. Would stay here again anytime.

Always lovely to stay here, lovely rooms, friendly staff and great location. We changed our rooms to two queen beds and the hotel staff were happy to do this for us at no extra charge. We love staying at Hampton Inn's. This hotel was at a good location and relatively quite. Breakfast was good and dining area clean. Love the fresh clean duvet covers on the beds. Hate bedspreads and sheets over comforters. This locations seems fairly new. Friendly helpful staff.

Its in a mall parking lot, so it makes for a weird feel... but its conveniently located for touristy things, indoor pool, clean, spacious rooms. I found the breakfast room way too crowded and not as tidy for my liking, so we didn't partake of breakfast. But the staff is wonderful and the place is clean, not a bad crashing spot. Our dog diva agreed!

We stayed here for two nights during our trip to Thomas Land. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for the highest floor and got that. Hotel staff prepared our room for early check in (noon) so we could change clothes after our 3 hour drive. This allowed us to attend a wedding ceremony refreshed. Room was clean as expected with no problems. Breakfast buffet was good. Some variety offered.

If you want to be walking distance from downtown Plymouth or the waterfront - this is not the hotel for you. However, it is a great hotel - convenient to shopping, restaurants and the highways. We had a large room/suite, very clean - good for a family of 5. Yummy free breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

Had an enjoyable three day stay here. Very clean, great staff and convenient when visiting the Cape. Lots of parking and very close to restaurants and malls. The staff is pleasant and professional.Also, the hotel is dog friendly.

We arrived early and as I wasn't feeling well the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in. The kids enjoyed the pool which was very clean and breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that the use of the term suite is deceiving. It is basically just a large room with a wet bar. For the price it was not what we were expecting. I believe if we were to visit again I would just reserve a reg room.

Very nice but front desk was a bit rude when we arrived. We stayed for a wedding and the women seemed very stress, we were supposed to receiv a gift bag from the bridal family, but they stud they ran out- three other couples checked at the time we did and on,y 1 receive the bag at the desk, the other two guest had the bag delivered to their rooms. We stayed for 2 nights in September. The hotel has a large car park. No problems with check in. Staff friendly & efficient. The room was a reasonable size so was the bathroom. Clean and bed comfortable. Sound proofing between the rooms is not good, I don't want to here people talking in other rooms when staying in a hotel. Stopped for overnight with bus group. Complimentary clam chowder. Rooms spacious. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Able to do water aerobics. Breakfast good. Enjoyed the fresh fruit. My only suggestion is small refrigerator to store water and microwave. But best hotel stay during our 7-day trip.

A quick decision to find a place on a Saturday night was easier than we thought!! Very helpful staff offered us a nice quiet room ( considering there were a couple of kids groups staying there as well). Offered dining suggestions and asked how we enjoyed dinner when we returned.

We stayed here for a long weekend with two kids and friends. The lobby of the hotel was decorated very nicely with a warm welcoming feeling. The pool area was very nice for a small hotel, our kids had a lot of fun. The rooms were pretty clean. Nice hotel, great beds, clean, but terrible customer service. Was greeted by a woman who should never be greeting anybody. Accused me of lying to get a rate as soon as she looked at my reservation. Stayed in this hotel to attend a high school. The only issue was there was no regular coffee for the room. Thought the room rate was high but it appeared to be comparable to area. Parking lot was difficult to get to because of shopping mall.

Service was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and tidy. Spent 5 nights in a King Studio Suite. Very roomy, comfy bed. Having the sofa is very nice - someplace to sit to watch TV besides the bed. Nice selection for Complimentary Breakfast. Colony Place is right next door for those who like to shop. Three restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is 15 min or less drive to every attraction in Plymouth.

My husband and I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth but couldn't get a room there so ended up here. It was o.k. Clean and nicely appointed rooms, no fridge or microwave in the room. We like Hampton Inn because they are somewhat consistent, good location, free parking and WiFi, clean room with comfortable bed and breakfast. Great stay. Just a couple suggestions - the non refundable pet fee is too high for one night though I do appreciate that the hotel allows pets. I also appreciate the well lighted green areas for dog walks. And please don't mix the coffee and hot water dispenser pots... Tea tasted of coffee.

We had a great experience here. The hotel was clean and located within walking distance of a ton of stores and restaurants. In-room microwaves and refrigerators are available upon request for no extra fee. (I was told they could run out if a lot of guests request them, but this wasn't an issue for us.) Our first choice does not take pets anymore. Hampton Inn was so wonderful for us on the day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day. The staff were extraordinary. I am a Hilton gold member and will go out of my way to avoid this place and go to a competitor just for the lack of customer service they show their guests. They made my dinner reservation and set me up with a van for transportation to the restaurant...The people I dealt with here were top notch!!!... my room is great... very quiet, and the thermostat control has the ability to deliver my needed "white noise"!! We booked our stay to be a relaxing weekend to kick start the Holiday season. This property had everything I needed and more, free breakfast, Wi-Fi and a great indoor pool for my kids to enjoy. On the first night we arrived when we were getting settled in to bed we found 4 bugs in the bed, I brought the bug to the front desk and was told in the morning that ," its that time of year for those they come in the vents". My husband and I closed up our Son and daughter in laws home. After the movers took the furniture we were old and sore so we booked into the Hampton. The hot tub was a god send for sore muscles! This trip was set up for a swim meet in buzzes bay. This hotel worked out fine for its location. Good food in the area great sea food. I would like to recommend Wood's Seafood in Plymouth center. Nice clean room and good service.
