If you are going to Plymouth stay here. It's located walking distance from everything you could want. Clean rooms, and plush accommodations. The staff was awesome and friendly. Nicole helped me print out forms I needed for work and went out of her way to help me. Everyone was personable and nice. Best stay I have had.

I stayed here for 3 nights in Dec. 2016, it is a decent hotel with the basic amenities. I like that is is at a good location, close to shops and restaurants and the water. Plymouth is a quaint town, very old place. This hotel have comfortable beds, free wifi, a restaurant, and helpful staff. .

No surprises in this hotel near the shore, with a few restaurants and bars very close by for dinner. Walking distance to Pilgrim's landing spot. Reception fine, price OK, plenty of parking immediately in front.

I kept saying to my husband, "This is, like, the best hotel on the planet!" (and I've stayed in many hotels). Nancy and Patty were amazingly accommodating. Had our room ready early and even called me by name as soon as I walked in. We have a toddler and they treated him like a grandchild. They didn't balk when he ran laps around the hallways to let off steam. They even provided us with warm milk for his evening bottle. We had a room on the 4th floor (even number) with a view of the water (nice!)... Read more

The hotel was nice. It's best feature is the location. You could walk most anywhere. Our room was nice except that a curtain was torn and it overlooked a parking lot but they had plenty of room for family to gather outside of our rooms on many different floors. The bed was comfortable and the maid service was good. Friendly staff at the front desk. All in all a very nice place.

We as a family would travel for leisure a couple times a year, upon our last trip we ran into a mishap where the suite we had the dining table we had was broken and injured my son. We reported it to the front desk whom were a great group of employee's to deal with. We recv. conformation that the next visit to contact them and they would accommodate us to call ahead, well we did just that. Bad move I guess they changed hands and the rep. handling our situation informed me that well we just sh... Read more

Ok. I can survive well in a Best Western even if I like nice places. However, this hotel lacks good cleaning, maintenance and even though the room has been done over - the ceiling is flaming and falling on the floor, toilet was making odd noise and I found about 20 empty nip bottles, TV has not channel guide and the one they provide is not right. Just one of those places you stay because you have to. Not a place I would chose for a vacation. I'm stuck here for a conference and the team shou... Read more

I was excited to stay at this location only to be let down. It was quite old and dated. I did see signs in the lobby that talked about renovations to come. It was a bit pricy for what you were getting. The staff was very nice and the location was great but the rooms and the lobby left a lot to be desired. I would definitely go back after the renovations.

1620 Plymouth, Nice rooms, great staff!! We love the location. Short walk to ocean, shopping, and the best seafood you can get. We recommend East Bay Grill for a more upscale atmosphere, while still getting amazing food at reasonable prices for lunch. Same goes for Isaac's and the view if the ocean view at Isaac's is an extra perk. Cabby Shack chowder is The BEST, a must have every day. Woods Seafood is a must, a little more rustic atmosphere with great seafood and prices. We love Plymouth!
