I love the location. You can walk to the fishing boats and every restaurant in downtown Plymouth. Hot tub. Pool. Pub. Restaurant on site. What else do you need? Great rates too. Most fishing charters stay here, as customers want convenient places that are nice. I've been sending my clients here for years and never a complaint (it used to be the Plymouth Radisson).

Played is a women's soccer tournament in Plymouth at the Jungleplex sports arena March 19 and 20. The hotels closest to the tournament that were recommended by the tournament staff were booked by the time we called to reserve. My sister recommended this hotel as she stays for work. We were so glad we gave it a shot even though it was a little further from the Jungleplex ( only a 10 min ride). So glad we did. It was a much better spot than the hotels we stayed in in previous years. It was di... Read more

Some words to describe our family's experience are inhospitable, unkempt, unclean, uncaring, and uncooperative. Thank you for the fresh wet paint headaches, no trash bins, or tissues in the room. Special thanks to the overnight clerk who was completely uncaring and unsympathetic despite the fact that we were there for a wedding which was booked 9 months in advance.

Booked a night here through, which conveniently did not tell me that the hotel was under construction. After a long day walking around the Pinehills looking at properties, we were ready to get our room and get ready for dinner. When we entered the place reminded me of "The Shining" - it smelled, there were signs taped to the door "use other door", and the place looked deserted. When we went up to the check-in, a man was already complaining that his wife said "their room reeked of s... Read more

Great location, across street & 1 block back from Plymouth harbor. Helpful and friendly front desk. We were warned about renovation activity. Very ambitious undertaking of older, large hotel property, formerly a chain hotel, now going indie. Given (mostly completed) renovated, standard rooms, overlooking pool area, missing some final decorating touches, but fully functional and comfortable. Pool a big hit with the youngsters. So, I was worried when I saw some of the other reviews as this hotel was chosen for us through an IVLP training program. However, after staying here I can say that it was a really fabulous little place, with exceptionally friendly staff and great service. First off, this stay was in season so every hotel I looked at was pricey. The location was excellent right on water street across from all the popular waterfront restaurants, that is if you made dinner reservations far enough in advance which we did not, but that is another story. The hotel is under renovation, and we were fortunate to have had a renovated room which was clean, updated and comfortable. Nothing fancy probably more inline with a holiday inn express. For our purposes, it suited... Read more

Stayed there in early June. Many rooms still going under renovation which was much needed as we stayed there in June 2015. Nice walk in shower. But towels were stacked up on bathroom counter which did not give much room for toiletries. No lunch served in pub. It is good location so we walked down to restaurants in the area.

We paid for a harbor view. However a boat sounds a horn night and day. I put the A/C on to drown out the noise, but it shuts off at some unknown temperature. We didn't have toilet tissue but nobody answered. So, my husband had to go to the front desk. The bathroom lights only halfway lit up and the shower drained so slow I had to clean it out before my husband could shower. When checking out the woman asked me , what do you want us to do about the boat horn. I told her maybe tell the guest befo... Read more

The hotel isn't waterfront but is right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the Plymouth attractions. Hard to give a comprehensive review of this hotel as we only stayed one night and it was undergoing a major renovation. What I can say is that the reception staff were fantastic. This hotel has, in the past, been the showpiece of Plymouth. It is my hope this will happen again. Perhaps, it really would have been a good idea to have closed the hotel during this period of renovation. There are some issues which have existed for a very long period of time such as the miserable dirty carpet in the hallways which has gone through an array of hotel owners. The small guest rooms seem to be fairly well renovated so I would think the carpet could have been taken up and replaced. ... Read more

Where to begin? Let's start with the unadvertised construction and ongoing renovation: nothing like making your way through a construction zone while headed to your room, and the sound of wallpaper being scraped, I suppose, is an adequate substitute for a morning alarm. Then there's the room size: Our reservation clearly said 2 adults, 3 children for which two double beds is NOT adequate. The hotel's response?
