Stayed overnight in order to catch early flight out of Logan. Everything was perfect. Check in and out was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy and just quite lovely, and very quiet! And it was only five minutes to airport (now it was a Sunday morning at 5:45 but still great distance). I would highly recommend and will stay again.

Our trip to Boston was memorable not just because of the historical sites, but more importantly because of the wonderful relaxation that came from our 6 day stay at this hotel. Accommodations started from Kathy, Greg, and Cindy arranging a shuttle to collect us from the airport, adjacent rooms for our children, and helping us get our things put away. Meals in the hotel were spectacular quality and always served with a smile by Dena and Julia. The pool and fitness center aided our relaxation a... Read more

This hotel had been open less than a year when we visited in late May, 2016. We were able to access the sights of Boston easily from the hotel, since the hotel had a free shuttle running to the Airport T station every 15 minutes on the quarter-hour. And it was easy to keep our car parked in the well-lit and camera-secured parking lot. The lobby and rooms were really lovely, clean and spacious. But the best part, by far, was the staff. The hotel was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. The name is very deceiving. Although close to Logan airport it is not actually at the airport and is a ten minute drive depending on traffic. Let's be honest... The hotel is named that way to trick people, not a good look.

We stayed here one night prior to an overseas trip and did not want to rent a car choosing to use the hotel's free airport shuttle. The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed-no carpet which is great-and had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The fitness center was one of the best equipped we have seen at a hotel. This hotel was less expensive than others in downtown Boston and they run a very efficient shuttle service to the airport 24 hours. You will drop you off at the airport train station and you can be downtown in no time. The manager, Zach, was very helpful when we had to change our reservations last minute due to flight cancellations.

Had dinner at the hotel bar. Dena, the bartender, was cheerful and attentive without being overbearing. She makes an excellent dirty martini. My dinner, steak with potatoes and salad, was excellent. Also, the hotel is very supportive of local community groups...another reason to frequent their restaurant.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn,s all over America and this one is the best that have ever visited so far. I used it as a base to visit Boston and the surrounding areas and for that purpose it was just perfect. My son and I stayed two nights while touring Boston colleges. I had called to confirm that they had a shuttle service to and from the airport, but when we arrived there was no answer to my phone call. We ended up taking a pricy taxi to the hotel and were told, when we arrived, that there had been a power outage -- hence, no answering phone. We needed a hotel close to the airport and this was the perfect choice. A selling point was the free airport shuttle that begins at 4:00 a.m. and runs every 15 minutes. The room was great, although the venting of the bathroom connected to the upstairs room's bathroom as well. This resulted in hearing things we didn't want to hear. That aside, the bathroom was well-appointed and modern. This place also has a business center, fitness center, pool and free coffee in the morning. The beds are co... Read more

I stayed in the hotel for five days and could not have been happier. The hotel is close to the airport, a mile away and a quick shuttle ride to the nearest T stop. I can not say enough great things about the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff, shuttle, room etc all five star without the five star price. I rented a car and what a relief not having to pay extra for parking. The rooms are designed so that any noise from neighbors is a non-issue, which for a light sleeper is fantastic. My husband and I have stayed at a number of Boston hotels, but none can beat this one for overall service and comfort. We never had such a clean, modern, comfortable, quiet hotel in the city, although we've paid more. The property is meticulously kept. Parking is free and the area is very well-lit. The lobby and lounge are modern and inviting. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Everything felt new and was in ... Read more

We spent a weekend here and I am so thankful for all the amazing staff members, our flight wasn't until 8 PM our last day in Boston and they helped us out with a late check out and held our bag for us while we went exploring free of charge. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

This is our new go-to hotel for Boston Logan park, sleep and fly. Open for only a year or so, this Hilton Garden is quiet, very clean and close to the airport. Staff was extremely helpful and obviously aimed to please. In fact, one of the front desk personnel used to work at the old Hampton Inn down the street and remembered our name from previous visits. We are Hilton Honors clients, but booked the park, sleep and fly through Buyreservations.com which has the lowest rates. Although we forfei... Read more

great stay, awesome staff could not be happier with the quality of the hotel and the people who took care of me during my stay. The room was like brand new, food was very good, excellent internet access and WiFi, in addition the hotel was very close to the airport, and extremely quiet

Stayed in room 111 which was a King Suite. I was concerned because the room was on the first floor and it was next to the fitness center and across from the pool. But the room was really nice and there was never a problem with noise. The hotel is very clean and has enough amenities to make your stay very pleasant.

My second HGI within the last month. I was at this hotel less than 8 hrs. It was one of those late night flights, a few hours of sleep, and on to the next meeting. I've stayed at a bazillion HGIs in the past and stopped patronizing them when they instituted those god-awful adjustable beds. The good news is that the newer HGIs have discontinued those mushy adjustable beds. What made this short stay memorable was a young lady named Sabrina who was working the breakfast rush. Check-in was fine; un... Read more

I know this is a relatively new property, was so excited to see how incredibly fluffy the towels are! Being on the road so much really makes you appreciate the nicer things of travel! Keep up the fluff, I will return!!!

We booked here on our last night before flying home. The service was great. Fab clean room, the breakfast was ok, eggs not so hot but the French toast yummy. The staff were so friendly and great help. The shuttle to and from the airport was great and we were able to leave our luggage until we needed to chech in at Logan. We will be back to stay.

It was a good clean room, very big, a mile or two from the airport. You have to call for the shuttle, and make sure you get into the right one - there is a Hilton Airport hotel as well, and it uses a different shuttle.

Easy and timely shuttle, excellent staff, incredible breakfast and a comfortable bed! Late checkout was available for 1pm...would definitely stay again. The room and hotel were clean. The rooms were also very quiet - couldn't hear anything outside or in the halls.

So what can totally ruin or make a long business or pleasure trip a success? That hotel you land in the night before your flight! We chose the perfect place. I prefer Hilton properties and the Garden Inns for business travel - but this property was over the top. Everything went right from checking in, to the quality of the room and internet, lots of towels, fresh linen, and comfortable bedding. I had to drop off a rental car at the airport the night before and a van was there moments later t... Read more

great hotel for flights from Boston Logan airport. close and helpful staff. Parked our car for one week. Shuttle in the morning to the airport is super easy and we had a smooth trip. Bed was most comfortable I've ever slept in.
