Very nice staff. Eager to help. Only complaint is that room was not cleaned on first day of stay. Excellent breakfast, lots of variety. I was not in the room a lot, because attending a school reunion. The location was convenient, and there was a special rate because of reunion.

Even though the hotel amenities were minimal at best, the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had a group of 5th graders and they were able to serve breakfast with ease. The full breakfast bar was wonderful with something for everyone.

The Hampton Inn in Natick is a comfortable hotel, with a great front desk staff (both during the day and the night staff), and very good rates. If you are visiting Natick, MA, to see Walnut Hill School for the Arts, or on business, this is a facility that will meet your needs, without any doubt. In addition to the complimentary breakfast and free coffee, the adjoining restaurant / bar (Skyboxx 106) is an enjoyable sports bar. One can get great burgers here.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. Most things were adequate: front office staff was helpful; rooms were decent except for a very small bathroom. The biggest issue for us was how dirty and sticky the floor in the breakfast room was, and we couldn't get anyone to clean it. We ate there only once, the other 2 days we went offsite to eat. Disgusting.

Very nice property especially for a Hampton Inn. Staff is consistently helpful and welcoming. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is well prepared and quite acceptable especially for a complimentary breakfast. Restaurant adjacent is also very good and a added plus after a long day. It's the only hotel I stay at when traveling to this area.

Had a predictable stay (which I like!) at the Hampton Inn in Natick. Rooms were clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare but well-monitored and well-stocked. The exterior of the hotel begs some updating but the interior is updated. My only criticism is that it doesn't have an indoor pool. Super close proximity to Natick Mall and other local attractions.

Just ok. Close to airport shuttle. Room was large. but looks very old. There was a unbearable stench (fishy or urine smell as though a commmode was broken) coming all night on the floor I stayed. Too tired to complain. Was watching TV (NBA Post game) after 11 PM. The security guard knocked and asked me to lower the volume even though the volume was very low. It looks like they have very poor or complete lack of insulation between rooms. This is the first time I have been asked to lower the volu... Read more

Just west of Boston does not offer a ton of options. this kind of hotel is all over the place. The staff here is GREAT but the hotel itself is garbage. The rooms are shabby and outdated. There is some cheapo coffee maker and no hot pot for tea. The walls are paper way to request a really quiet room (however, do ask for one facing the back and not the sports bar out front). But you will hear your next door neighbor. The one thing that is very good is the hot breakfast. The room it... Read more

This hotel was great!! I had a family emergency and this was the only hotel that was within my budget, was very lucky because the hotel had a few available rooms. The price was right and it offered continental breakfast which made it even better as i had to get back to New York City early the next day. The staff was excellent ready to take care of me with a smile. Loved It!!! Will stay at the Hamptons again.

The hotel was clean and in good shape, but kind of low end. Cheap toilet seats, paper cups in room, paper plates for breakfast, no fridge, etc. The staff was friendly enough. Their explanation regarding their higher per diem rate for a 'double bed' was weak. I didnt ask for anything other than a room at per diem rate. There is only one gov't per diem rate. $137. If they arent offering you that, don't assume they will. They didnt adjust mine after asking twice.

They have a shuttle that will take you pretty much anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Nice check-in staff with Gold recognition. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. I could use more pillows though. Plenty of parking. Onsite sports bar is decent enough. Not much to do in the area besides shop. A good option if you find yourself out that way.

Sleeping rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot and cold breakfast buffet items will appeal to most. Situated next to a large upscale mall and many great restaurants. Many meeting rooms and competent group services manager and staff.

Clean rooms friendly service at a good price. Location is not far off the Pike and close to shopping. Pub downstairs looked good but didn't have any time to check it out. Don't miss the free breakfast.
