Loved this place...lots of nice upgrades, especially the fantastic rooms! Reasonably priced, especially for the amenities. Only a quick drive from Boston yet easy access to the main roads to NY, CT and PA. We'll surely stay there again on our next visit.

It was my daughter's college graduation and we chose to sleep near the college to lower stress level. This is a expensive hotel but we got it a few month ago from TripAdvisor for $100.00 at night. The location is just perfect, we walk to the Natick Mall. They also have different plazas withing walking distance. The hotel has good customer service and beautiful decoration. The restaurant service was just right and best of all very clean. Parking breakfast was included.

Booked here to overnight after returning from overseas into Boston - arrived late at night (a few minutes off Mass Pike, about 30 minutes west of Boston) - there's a huge sign on the roof that says "The Verve" but the Crown Plaza signage (not illuminated that night) was not visible. Luckily GPS told me I had arrived. Once inside, a "modern" themed Crown Plaza which looked like it had some nice amenities, which I didn't get to try (arrived around midnight and rolled out at 7 am). We discovered "The Verve, "several years ago and always make it a point to stay here when visiting our family in Boston, as it is conveniently located about 20 minutes away, with complimentary parking.I called to make a reservation directly with the hotel and Brett was extremely professional and very accommodating with a lovely room on the executive floor. We enjoyed breakfast at the Pantry and it was tasty and prompt. We also enjoyed an ice cream snack there in the evening.... Huge portion!!!! ... Read more

In town for some graduation celebrations. Comfy beds and nice location across the street from a very nice mall with good shopping and dining choices. That's it, though. Very, very loud room doors that slam shut (including by the housekeepers) - so forget about quiet and sleeping in. Housekeeping serviced the room and left no clean towels of any kind. On the weekends, the hotel gets crowded with with kids' groups (e.g., sports teams) whose behavior is generally out of control and management do... Read more

The rooms are fine but that is what you would expect considering the very high prices of the place. This is already quite far away from Boston, so the name "Boston" in some of the hotel names is misleading. I found the place extremely noisy. There were (multiple) parties resulting in people shouting outside on the parking lot and late night in the hotel corridors. In addition, the rooms close to the roof get very loud bird noise in the morning. I do not usually get bothered by small noise but th... Read more

We spent one night that we got on the choose a mystery hotel through Hotwire. The room was ok and seemed clean. The TV shut off in the middle of the night and when we turned it back on it was blank. We could not get any menus or input to pop up a dialog. We decided it wasnt worth fixing and went to sleep. We forgot to put out the "do no disturb sign" so we got woken up by room service at 9am. I was glad we paid a discount.

Do not stay here if you can. The hotel was really dirty. The shower had hair that was not ours in the shower and also pubic hair in the toilet. Gross! There was a horrible musty spell. Also there was a horrible leak. Do not stay in room 214. I told staff about leak when we checked out. The staff was dismissive. Only good thing about the hotel is the room service.

I stayed one night and had a patio room on the first floor. I thought it was one of the nicest IHG hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff was fantastic and very friendly. I liked the hotel, design, staff and food at functions and on my own. The website refers to a lounge on the top floor that no longer exists and that was disappointing. I also had loud noise from the birds that another reviewer referred to. The room was nicely furnished, the amenities nice, design very modern however PLEASE get rid of the window air conditioners. Not quite a full service hotel, but fine for us visiting family in the area. Downsides: no vending machines and the little coffee place in the lobby is only open for a few hours in the morning. There is a bar and a restaurant. Probably a better fit for business travelers but there were lots of families there on their way to summer vacations. Not a pedestrian friendly area, so although you are surrounded by restaurants and shopping you need a car. They do have a shuttle that is on a schedule that... Read more

Stayed on the 7th floor near the stairs, there is a keurig in the hall with k-cups and all the fixings that was free and convenient in the morning. The service was fantastic and the gym is state-of-the-art. There is a restaurant on the main floor that is delicious, although limited menu items are available, and some portions are too small, but none-the-less, really yummy and very affordable. My only wish is that it would have a pool, whether it be indoor or outdoor.

I stayed there for two weeks during a business trip and can totally understand why Crowne Plaza has become a defacto standard for our Company employees. I was on crutches during that time but my stay was made pleasing by the super welcoming staff. The highlight I would say is the free shuttle service, which comes pretty handy for a sad place like Natick. One obvious thing missing was the complimentary breakfast. All in all, a good choice, looking forward to visiting again.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet, however it was a little small. The room also did not have a refrigerator (would have cost $15 more per night) which was annoying that we couldn't save leftovers from dinner and the only way to keep drinks cold was by using the ice bucket. But overall, the hotel was very nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have to say it is not that great. The gym is relatively small, no swimming pool. The food breakfast is not that great, ended up going to Starbucks every morning (which is close). The rooms are nice and big. The shuttles are great as they work 7 days a week. There are always events going on but I find it hard to understand why choose this hotel above and beyond the fact for its location.
