Noisy hotel, hallways dirty, and poor service at front desk.Poorly managed. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this was one of the worst. The pool and spa were noisy and overcrowded with kids from group her were unsupervised, nightmere.

Overall, a good hotel, friendly front desk (although seems minimally staffed) nice little small restaurant/kitchen with really helpful/nice people working there. Room was a good size and fairly comfortable.

Very nice hotel right off of highway , nice little lounge and eating area , very clean pool and jacuzzi..stayed her for a night so son could participate in the Taekwondo Competition held at the Grafton high school....night desk person ( Nick ) was very helpful with directions and places to eat around the area ( there are many) ..Had a few drinks later that evening in the Bistro lounge and the bartender ( Marilyn ) was quite nice mixing drinks up for us...and the cook ( Patrick ) cooked up some ... pretty average room, comfy with the expected appointments. What stood out for me was the desk and bistro service. Personal, conscientious staff who followed up with their questions and made sure that everything went great. They even offered to top off our coffees after breakfast (with Starbucks) Management must hammer in the idea of personalized service at all levels....it was consistent.

Used this location as my base in visiting family close by. Staff was receptive, friendly, and accommodating. Can't say one negative thing about this hotel. Great location off 495. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Walking trail across the street.

I love this hotel. It's a great place for a quick family getaway, especially if you are using Marriott points. One major negative is Cathy at the front desk. What a nasty person. I'm not sure how she got put in a position for customer service. At both the point of checkin and when I needed something later during my stay she was rude and combative. Deeply disappointing.

I was very happy with my spacious suite and the friendly staff at this Courtyard. The room was quiet and clean. Every staff member that we encountered were extremely nice. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this Courtyard for business a few weeks ago and was not impressed. The rooms were very small. In fact, the room between the nightstand and the armoire was barely large enough for me to fit through (I'm also not obese). It smelled like dirty feet when I walked in as well, although the room appeared to have been cleaned. If it weren't for The Bistro (restaurant located in the lobby) and the service I received I would have been quite upset. There was also a small exercise room with 2 ... Read more

I live near this hotel and will often use rewards points to bring my daughters here for an overnight adventure and swimming. The lobby area is all updated with a little cafe and computers etc. rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a Courtyard - nice, clean. The service is fantastic. Having stayed here probably 25 times, I've never been treated with anything short of exceptional courtesy. Every request I've made of the staff has been accommodated, even when it was above and beyond what I ... Read more

When I checked into my room I discovered that the desk was covered in crumbs and the floor had not been vacuumed. Also the tub finish was cracking with rust showing through and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling with black mold spots showing. I would have given this place a poor rating if not for the staff replacing the gas grill when I pointed out that it had fallen into disrepair. Location wise there are plenty of stores and restaurants very close by. Overall the courtyard is nice with... Read more

Standard Courtyard hotel. My room had a moldy smell that was probably the shower curtain. Rest of the room was fine and appeared to be clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast sandwich I bought was good. Hotel is a little older but fine for a one night business stay but would not stay here if i needed a place for more than a few nights

We visited the Courtyard Boston Milford on Saturday August 6th for a single night family get together. We arrived around 10:00 pm and were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in quickly and efficiently. The hotel was very clean in the common areas and very quiet with very little traffic noise. We had two rooms with two beds which were clean and comfortable. We got a terrific nights sleep and were treated to a excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was served hot and ... Read more

Zoo package includes 2 adult and 2 children zoo general admission tickets and breakfast for all 4 at their Bistro in the lobby. The accommodations were very good, we were upgraded to a suite for our 2 adult, 3 children one night stay. The lobby is very expansive with ample seating, lounge chairs and couches. If you need extra zoo tickets you can buy them at a discounted rate at the hotel. You cannot go wrong with this package, you end up paying less than $100 for the room. The room we had w... Read more
